This is by far the biggest scamming Instagram boutique in business. They have scammed me out of almost $300 promising me 2-shipping with 24-48 hour processing. It's been well over 48 hours and the item(s) have already processed yet they still haven't been shipped and it's been a week. I am LIVID and determined to get my money BACK. Not to mention they blocked me on Instagram for exposing their poor business tactics. I have ordered from them twice before and had no problems, apparently I'm not the only one who's had a decent experience with them before only to have money stolen after they've gained my trust. Definitely will be taking this into legal matters if necessary. I don't play with money. They got the wrong one :).

The worse

Everything that everyone has gone through is TRUE. I paid for Priority Shipping and it's going on 7 days now. Everytime you call it says Agent is unavailable to answer your call. Sent an email and they have a automatic response email responding back. I will never order from them again.

I made two separate orders in april, it got sent back there was no communication its the ending of may and no one has gotten back to me. I have sent so many emails and so many calls, there is never any available agents when you call. I do not recommend ordering from them. I would never do services with them again.

Disappointed

Brought an item, which was lovely, however it did not fit. So I proceeded in sending it back, paying all together £40, to then be told I will not be getting a refund, but I will be getting 15% off another item. They did not tell me this before purchasing, so already I am upset because I am not getting any money back. Then they continue to ignore my emails and reject all my calls. So in conclusion, I have spent £40 or more pounds on nothing.

I ordered 7 items and was told it was shipped out and it's been over 10 days and still haven't received my items and then a couple days ago was told one item was available got a gift card and needed to pay shipping separately I've emailed them as the tracking number says it's in Canada and when I called ups they told me it wasn't in Canada.

I ordered 3 items on May 2 and i haven't receive my items yet and when i called them, they put u on voicemail and no one called me back and i even send them bunch of emails but they put auto reply and today i got email. They gave me fake tracking number, i couldnt track my items and today i got an email frm them saying oh we sent ur items but u refused them so they are shipped back... Omg im so pissed coz its a lie and they know tht... i asked them to send me a prove to show me tht they sent it but there is no answer... So People pls dont buy anything frm this store, they will steal ur money... there nothing but scams

I placed an order of 2 dresses, after a week they sent me an email saying that they don't have the size of one dress that I ordered. They sent me an email regarding a code that I can use to purchase another dress but the thing is you have to pay again for the shipping. Until now I haven't seen any response from them. PLS DONT ORDER WITH THEM. The dress are nice but the expirience is horrible. They are such a scam!

Ordered a pair of jeans from them may 23,2017 and recieved tracking 2-3days later and now this morning i recieve an email saying my order has been cancelled and ive been refunded but i check my bank no refund from them and even if they do store credit i have not recieved anything about that either and calling them takes forever and a day to reach someone, you pay for 1-2 day shipping but recieve your items a week and a half later and they block you for asking about what you paid for on social media so dont ask anything on there they spend all day on instagram blocking concerned customers but cant answer the phone so annoying i still need my refund or e gift card!

I placed my order on a Tuesday and received free 2 day shipping, which worked out because I wanted the clothes for Friday. It is now Saturday and I haven't received my order yet. I spent at least 2 hours calling and calling and they do not answer the phone. I tried all different times of the day. I love the clothes and the site but the service is terrible. No wonder the clothes are so cheap.

I ordered all the time online with other companies and never had any problems. Fashion Nova however, i placed an order 5/13/2017 and still haven't received a package. Today is 5/27/2017. I received a confirmation # a week after I placed the order provide with a tracking number. However, when I tracked the package, it stated that a PREPACKAGED LABEL was made but USPS is still waiting on the package to be scanned so they can mail out the package. I called USPS they told me NO package was found at the facility that I will need to call FN to let them know the package NEVER arrive to USPS... I called FN customer service told me that it's probably at the post office they might just haven't came across the package yet and if I don't get the package on 5/26/2017 to call back FN so I can get a refund. I called back to FN on 5/26/2017 doing normal business hours but kept getting a recording says there is no one to take my call to leave a message. I sent a email to FN, and I will be calling them asap next Monday to get a refund. I won't order from the site again and I don't recommend anyone else. Wish I would have read FN reviews before ordering. Not to mention I sent $92. And they claim it will be a 2 day shipping. I never bank on the 2 day shipping but I would have at least thought the package would have arrived in a week.

Tons of reviews dogging this company for not receiving orders in 2 days but if u need ur outfit fast pay $15 for overnight... I placed my order thursday night 5/25 and my package is out for delivery on Sat at 9am 5/27! My party is 5/29 so im super geeked its here on time especially since i read all those bad reviews! U getwhat u pay for! Dont get free shipping and expect expedited services, that makes zero sense!

I am a US Citizen living in China. I ordered 3 dresses and two pair of heels. One of the dresses was out of stock so they gave me store credit. As for the shoes, I ordered the One Above Heel-Olive in a size 8. They run extremely small. They are more like a size 6 or 7. I have read many reviews on these shoes where people say they fit perfectly but that could not possible be true. Only a fews reviews are real where the person gave them a five star and then commented a the true size. I believe they have the ability to stamp the sizes at their warehouse because there is no way these shoes run this small. Also, I ordered the Tiny Peak, Peak Heels-Black(8) but I did not get black I got nude which looks grey to me. This color was intentionally shipped to me because they ran out of black and wanted to keep my money. These shoes fit perfectly but they are not black. This is also why I believe they may have manipulated the size on the other shoes. First Experience is HORRIBLE!

I have ordered from fashion nova before, I am absolutely in love with most of their things, both times I ordered I received 2 day shipping and received the items in 2 days, 3 max, until now. I have been waiting 5 days for my items even after they promised me 2 day shipping. Contacting them is impossible. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and the only email they respond to you is an automated one with FAQ. Now I'm afraid that my items will not get sent, my money might have gotten stolen, and there will be no way to solve that issue due to their horrible customer service.

LISTEN to your customers! Fashion Nova is a business on the rise, and if they want to stay on the rise their customer service is vital to being successful. With all of the Instagram and celebrity endorsements they have, one would think they could afford someone to answer customer calls AT LEAST M-F 8am-5pm. I ordered some shoes on Sunday, paid for 2 day shipping, and they didn't arrive until that Friday. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO CORRESPOND WITH WHEN MY PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE WITHIN THE 2 DAYS I PAID FOR. There is a 1800 number listed, but it goes straight to a recording that asks the caller to leave their email address. WTF?!? Email address?!?!?! I sent 2 different emails, and all I received back was an automated email. Thankfully, my shoes did come and I love them. However, the fear of paying a retailer for merchandise, and then not having anyone to communicate with in case of a "hiccup," has lead me to be thankful everything turned out great in this scenario, but never to order from them again.

Scammers

These people are scammers, 2 day shipping but it's been over 5 days. They don't answer they phone. I planned to wear it to an event now I'm stuck looking for something else. I'm sure they'll offer me store credit but that won't do. I will never shop with this company again.
