I normally do not post reviews about places, but for this I'm going to make an exception. My boyfriend is graduating bootcamp in less than 2 weeks and I need a dress. I decided to look to see what "Fashion Nova" has to offer and fell in love with this one dress. Apparently, 5 days after ordering it, I get an email saying how they are refunding me the money because they don't have the dress anymore. Never mind me getting my money back, but I have LESS THAN 2 WEEKS now to find a dress. Also, forget about trying to talk to them on the phone because "All representatives are currently busy" is the only thing you're going to get. I've called multiple times and have left messages. They tried to offer a 10% off discount for the "inconvenience" but I will NEVER waste my money by purchasing from this company again. I would have selected 0 stars if I could.

I received my items today
The one thing I was excited about the most were the jeans
I took everything out of the package and I saw the brand of the jeans and they were U. W. Jeans
Guys, I'm being dead serious you can go get these jeans at a local swap meet
I know because I have some of the same brand in my closet already!
I paid $25 for these jeans off fashion nova and I could have got them for $10-$13

I ordered a bodysuit in a size M but clearly the size chart for bodysuit are way off because it didn't fit. I couldn't even get my arm into the shirt and I never forced it wasn't on my body just my arm. The tags are still on the shirt as well as the packaging. I would like if you guys put up a size chart for bodysuits because now I am out of 13 dollars on a shirt I cannot wear. When contacting customer service it was the most difficult and annoying process, I sent an email to *******@fashionnova.com only to get an automated message and at the very bottom of the message it says to reply back so I just copy and pasted my message. Then I got another automated messages saying the same thing except at the bottom it said to open up a ticket which was link which redirected me to a website like a blog for Fashion Nova. I had to sign in using my Fashion Nova account then write a form so once again for a THIRD time I copied and pasted my concerned about the body suit not fitting and never putting it on only putting my arm into it and that it had original tags and the packaging is still good. One or two days later I got a very bland response saying they can only give me 50% store credit back on the items which would only be about 6.50 which I do not appreciate. I understand that certain items are finale sale items such as undergarments but going off your size chart I'm a M in tops and the items didn't fit when I ONLY put my arm in and instead of 50% credit back I would like the full 13 dollars because I was scammed in a piece of clothing I wanted to wear that does not fit and would like a full refund. When you can't physically try on a item and only go off a size chart then receive that item and try to send it back the same day because your arm can't get into it and full refund should be issued. As well and creating a size chart for bodysuits. This is the second time I have ordered from Fashion Nova and I did not appreciate the customer service as if my business wasn't important and the fact I won't get issued a full refund. If it is your first time ordering from them go a size up always.

I ordered about $100 of clothing on Fashion Nova because of the free 2 day shipping deal. It didn't come for about a week. They got my address wrong and I had to call the post office to redirect the shipment-- paying an additional $25 since NOBODY replied to my voicemails/emails to customer service.

When I finally received my clothing, the colors of a dress were completely off from what was advertised on their site. I mean, I knew I was getting cheap clothing and didn't expect much, but the dress they sent me looked like it had been chewed up and spit out.

Of course, true to awful form, there was also an additional item of clothing in my package that I never ordered and never paid for so joke's on them.

Fashion Nova is a mess. Save yourself the trouble and order from windsorstore.com instead.
