I ordered $260 dollars worth of clothes from them, and you would think they would have the decency to send you things without rips in them. Anyways when I received my package i bought a couple of things like dresses, tops etc. One of the dresses had a rip in it, and I took a picture of it and emailed them right away. It was a Thursday I received my package, days went by no email back to the point i even forgot I emailed them. Then I remembered and commented on their Instagram I got a reply saying to reply to the automatic email so I did, no reply I emailed them again the next morning and went and commented on their Instagram once again. I go and look in my email, I got a reply back saying they can't do anything about it because I didn't report it within 2 days, remind you the same day I got my package I emailed them about the rip in the dress. I went back on Instagram and saw others commenting about the same situation or them not receiving their packages. They kept deleting my comments and others as well. I'm guessing they got fed up of me complaining and blocked me. They don't want to give me back my money, but want me to dip into my pockets and send the item back after they made the mistake by sending me a ripped up dress to begin with. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Not to mention I order from them almost every month and this is how they treat their customers.

I've had no real issues with shipping, payment, refunds, etc. They're super quick with everything. However, I ordered a couple pairs of plus size jeans from the site and was unhappy with the fit. The skinny jeans had long baggy-ish ankles that weren't flattering - this is somewhat common with plus size skinny jeans. I left a review, I think 3 stars? I'm not sure. But it got deleted! It wasn't even super negative, I said that I ordered too large but regardless the length and size of the ankle wouldn't have worked. They processed my return super fast, so I can't really complain, but if people are leaving comments like this and they're getting deleted it's not right. I wouldn't have ordered them if I saw a similar honest review like mine. One other small gripe is that if you order something, pay for it, and it doesn't ship because it's out of stock, they only issue store credit. Which is dumb, they should give a full refund. Returns are also only store credit, but this is more common.

I was shopping on the fashion nova website. Found this dress and added it to my cart. Spent another 20 minutes on the website to add up to the $75 for free shipping.
My entire purchase was focused around this dress. When I go to check out, the dresss became unavailable for stocking purposes. What a total waste of time. If a item is in someone's cart while actively shopping, it should not be taken it regardless. Any well designed database would not allow this. Called the 800 number and was on hold forever until I just hung up.
I've spent thousands of dollars here but no more!
Very disappointed and frustrated.

I've heard so much about fashion nova so I decided to give it a try. Ordered a jumpsuit and a bra, bra came next day as I spent the $15 for delivery, jumpsuit was out of stock so they sent a gift card. Tried to re order 3 different times each time it was processed with my credit card and then later returned bc of items were out of stock AFTER I received shipping and tracking info. Finally I ordered a pair of boots. I placed the order last Monday, paid for two day shipping. Figured it'll bc a day behind bc of the holiday, no biggie. Except now it's more than a WEEK later, and my package still hasn't left LA. I've sent countless emails, tried calling only to be ignored and given no response! I'm so disappointed. I had purchased the boots originally to be worn for my sisters birthday which was last week And it's looking like it won't even show up this weekend. I had already started a cart for this week filled with plenty of items, but I'm not sure if I'll even spend my money there any more because of this long stressful drawn out process. I paid two fail delivery there is no reason I shouldn't have received my merchandise almost 10 days later AND to not even be given any correspondence regarding it. So extremely disappointed!

It's been almost a month and they haven't sent me my package. There's absolutely no way to contact them to get a proper response to what's going on. They've been blocking their comments and when they unblock them and people decide to complain because that's the only way to get their attention they just disable the comments again or delete all comments concerning missing packages. And then finally, they block you if you're too persistent. So f*ck them.

I ordered 4 items off of their site and 3 of the items did not fit as advertised. Cheap clothes, low quality, and terrible customer service. Dispite the fact that based on the measurements they provided, the sizes should've fit me perfectly they didn't even come close. I'm shaped like the average girl, 5'7 height 130 pounds, when shopping at a mall I rarely get to try on clothes that don't fit properly so that should tell you something. I ordered two heels both in a size 7.5 one of the heels was very big on me and the other was a tad bit too tight. That also tells you how accurate their sizes are. I tried to leave a review on their official website and they deleted it. Funny how that works. To make all the matters better, they only issue in store credit lol as if I want to get something else from their website. Oh and you also pay for return shipping. Cool. $110 wasteeeddd. You also CANNOT return any sale items that means prices ending in. 96 cents. 97cents and. 98 cents they don't mention that anywhere on their website. They sent me that little disclosure in the mail.

My first purchase from Fashion Nova arrived saturday. I placed the order on Monday and they didnt start the shipping process until thursday. Then 2 days later I got my package. Cool. All my clothes fit perfectly. Im happy with the fit. The only thing is the quality of the clothes isn't great. Kind of thin and I wonder how long the clothes will last. Some of the pieces were better than others but I suggest only shopping the sales and blowout section. The bodysuits are not worth 20$ to me.

I just placed another order last night. I couldn't help it, the models are beautiful and the clothes look stunning on them. So my order came out to 200$- all sales items. Less than 15$ a piece. I had 2 discount codes to use and didnt see the box so i figure let me hit "complete order" and maybe the promo box will be on the next page... well my transaction was completed and the money was taken out of my account almost immediately. I tried to find an option to edit my order and there was nothing. So I called and left 2 messages and emailed them as well. All within 10 minutes of placing the order. They haven't responded yet... we'll see what happens but I doubt that they will allow me to edit my order since they pride themselves on shipping quickly. But if you remember, they took a few days to fulfill my first order so I assume I have at least a few hours to edit this order...

UPDATE: They responded shortly after I posted this review and they are giving me the discount I would have received on my purchase in the form of a gift card. I am happy with that.

I've been hearing about Fashion Nova forever, so I figured I'd give them a try since everyone raves about them. I should have kept my money! First off, I ordered during the Memorial Day so they were offering a 30% off. Okay great! So when it was time to check out, I was looking for the promo code box to enter to code. So I figured once I get closer to the check point it would pop up before I finalize my order. No where to be found! So I submitted the order, I reached out to them to let them know I was a first time shopper with and wanted to know if they would do a price adjustment. The message was send on Saturday, it's now a week later and I still have heard from them. Also, I recived my item, and my item is broken. I will not be ordering from them in the future!

Whatever you do ladies and gents do not buy from this scam of a website. They have no customer support and all their emails are automated. Their phone number listed on their website and all over social media is a scam. The number is not manned by anyone it says "there is no support to take a call". They shipped my items to Ontario instead of British Columbia and it's been a week and I can't get a hold of a HUMAN because it's all automated email responses. Save yourself the hassle that I had to go through and never got my money back.
