So I've been buying from Fashion Nova since about 2014-2015. Their jeans really are great quality and a fabulous fit for curvy girls with slim waists. I've never had an issue with them until now. On a monday i ordered an outfit i (thought) i was going to wear to my birthday on Friday night. I paid 6.99 for TWO DAY shipping. Apparently to FN this means two days AFTER they PROCESS your order and not two days after you PLACE the order. It is now friday night and i have to run to the mall right after work to scramble to find something to wear because my item didnt even ship until wednesday. Seriously i feel like ive been mislead. TWO DAYS should mean TWO days, not FOUR. HIGHLY dissapointed in them and honestly wont buy from them again because it really put a damper on my birthday... not trying to sound like a brat but i paid a lot of shipping for something i could have driven to LA and picked up in one day...

I have seen the brand all over social medias and fell in love with how good looking and cheap the clothes were. I've ordered for about 400$ CAD of clothing with express shipping and haven't received anything yet.
I've got given a tracking number but it hasn't left California yet and it's been a week. It's just written "ready tor UPS"
I'm still hoping for the best. I've emailed the brand and I understand that they receive many orders. It's very difficult to get ahold of them...
I feel sorry to hear about all the bad experiences.
In my opinion, if you are in a hurry to get clothes, I wouldn't bother ordering with them.
If I end up receiving my package I will update with more details of the quality.

I finally took the plunge and ordered from the infamous fashion nova! And I was SOOOO PLEASED AND EXCITED at first... then 4 days passed and I still hadn't heard anything about my order so I emailed... nothing back emailed again and got a shipping number back, yay! Then 3 days passed and it still said "label was made waiting for parcel" ok it's been a week why haven't they brought it to the post office. 2 days later I get an email that one dress I ordered is now out of stock and they are giving me a $6 gift card... $6 what, my dress was more than that and also I don't want a gift card you thieves I want my money back.
If you would have packaged and shipped my stuff WHEN I PURCHASED IT not a week later I would have got my dress.
I work too darn hard for my money for you to be LAZY and CARELESS with it and then to give me a gift card and tell me "we don't give money back" of but you can give a crap load of money to all you celebs that post photos in your crap clothes.

Bottom line, cheap made clothes, HORRIBLE customer service, liars, no moral company. Get your ish together fashion nova.

2 months ago was my first and last time buying anything from fashionova! I bought myself the lift up bra and it's been 2 months now nothing has arrived. I have emailed them 3 times now with just automated reply saying they will get back to me but they have not. I called the customer service line but no pickup. I even left a voicemail couple weeks ago but no one got back to me. I finally resorted to messaging them on instagram and all they said was to email them. I mean it's been 2 months I have not received my package and they seem to not give one $#*! about it. Very disappointed as my sister has been fashionnovas customer for very long time and I decided to try it upon her recommendation but biggest mistake! Needless to say me and my sister both will never be shopping from here again!

I have been regularly ordering clothes and being extremely satisfied with my orders. I buy clothes at least every 2 months. It was my favourite affordable clothing website. However, my most recent order was not a great experience. I had a decent amount of items. Firstly, they let me buy an item that turned out to be out of stock with no explanation. I was just sent an e-gift card before my order shipped. This is okay since I can use it towards another purchase. However, I doubt I will order again. When I received my order, it was missing one item that was really what I wanted the most to wear to an upcoming family function. I have written over 7 emails over several days with no reply, just some useless automated reply that keeps telling me to reply?! Do they actually have a customer service agent? I do not know. I was blocked on Instagram after inquiring about how to go about my issue. I'm very dissapointed and will not be a customer anymore. If anyone knows similar websites that ship to Canada for reasonable prices, please let me know.

I needed my clothes by today, Wednesday the 7th, and so I ordered them on thursday. Never got a confirmation email or an email saying they shipped. The people I emailed were all very helpful and I was told it shipped on monday. I ordered two day shipping because I could and my mail has come already and there is no fashion nova. So, the two day shipping is a lie and now I can't use the clothes I needed them for even if they come tomorrow. I am super disappointed

Fashion Nova lets you order things you DON'T have, just so they can send you a gift card so they can keep your money. You won't get an apology, you'll just get a gift card refunded to you with no explanation. Even if that was all you liked on the site, tough luck. Their customer service is horrible and they are basically unreachable. The things I finally did receive were cheap and broke almost immediately. This company is a scam.

Fashionova has the latest trends but you get what you pay for. Don't expect to get high quality clothes when the most expensive item is $30
I ordered 340 dollars worth of clothes and as soon as I checked out, I got two emails: one confirming the purchase and the second issuing store credit for two items (I have to admit that I took time to scroll trough the pages) but I updated my cart before checkout and they didn't warn me that the items were sold out... I still have yet to use the credit they issued because I feel kinda cheated into just giving them money while they knew they didn't have the items... all in all its just a website looking to make as much money without any regards to ethical treatment of their customers.

I purchased an item on 5/30. The item was in stock before proceeding to the check out. Once paid, I got an order confirmation number. Two days later I receive an email that my entire order had been shipped. I received the tracking number for all 5 items. On 6/5/17 I received an email the day before my delivery was to be delivered stating that one item was not in stock and they are issuing me a gift card. I want my money back for an item they declared out of stock ONLY after I paid for it and was notified the day before my shipment is due that one item was not in the delivery. A fault that's not mine and they still want to keep my money. This was not my doing. I did no return or exchange so a gift card is not okay. If you no longer have an item in stock only after someone pays for it, be a business and refund them their MONEY back not give a gift card. I don't want to shop at your store again. Online or in store.
