I ordered 7 items and i was so excited to recieve them! I get an email saying that 1 item ( the one i wanted the most) was out of stock. They dont refund they give you a store credit gift card. Ok whatever so i waited to get my package. Today i got it opened it up and right away i see an item i didn't order. They sent me some sheer skirt with black underwear underneath like maybe if i was a hooker i would order that lol. It was sent instead of the cute black tshirt i ordered thst had holes in it. The second thing i was most excited about receiving. So i open the sweatshirt it says extra small that thing was almost down to my knees and super loose i dont know on what planet that is a xs. And the sleeves were super short lol. The other items were cheaply made. I wont even bother sending back sense they dont give refunds just store credit! I dont want anything more from your crappy store! Plus all the reviews on the site are good didnt see any bad ones lol they must remove them!

Made an order never received anything. Can't reach them. These people need to get seriously exposed. For all the people who are worried call your bank and get your money back. But it is wrong that such brand dares risking their name like that.

I've spend over $100+ on their website and they sent me a bodysuit in a size LARGE when I originally ordered in a size SMALL! I feel like they this because the smaller sizes are out of stock. They did not get back to my e-mail or helped on ANYWAY?! They expect me to ship it back and PAY for it for the mistakes THEY MADE? They should be shipping the right size bodysuit back to me free of cost! It's their fault... not mine. Terrible site and customer service. Items are also poor quality and sometimes look and fit completely different from the models they have on the site.
I ordered a romper and got an email that it shipped. Tried tracking it after a week. It said in transit. After a month of this, I emailed them. They replied back that my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. My thing is. Why would you send an email saying the item shipped if it is out of stock? Frustrated very much.

I ordered $100 USD of clothes from Fashion Nova about a week ago. I received an email from them saying that my package would be delivered today. When I received my package, it was already opened, none of items were in the package, except for the packing slip and return card. I tried to call the customer service number and all I got was a recording saying no one was available to take my call. I sent an email to the customer service department. I got a response saying that since they received a status from the USPS saying it was delivered, they are no longer responsible for the package and that I needed to contact my local post office. It's like they don't care. No further assistance was offered. I filed a complaint with my local post office. They didn't seem to be of much help either, so we'll see how this turns out. I have been a customer of Fashion Nova for two years now and I have never experienced terrible customer service like I have today. They have just lost another customer.

I was skeptical to order from Fashion Nova because they're an online company, their models are super curvy, and I wasn't sure how their clothes were going to fit me. Their clothes look so adorable online so I took a chance. On the website, they say free 2 day shipping so I was excited to receive my items in 2 short days! Unfortunately, that 2 short days turned into 2 long weeks. They failed to mention it was going to take them a week and a half to put my items in the mail. So I get my package and only 3 out of 7 items fit me correctly. 1 dress was too large and the other 3 items were extremely small. I ordered a size small in everything so not sure why everything fits differently? I'd honestly be very skeptical to order from Fashion Nova. Unless, you like wasting hundreds of dollars then there are definitely better places online to shop! And they delete reviews on their website unless you're riding a good review and giving them 4-5 stores. Very sketchy.
I ordered 3 items. The dresses were totally trash they looked like someone made them from curtain, the material was suppose to be satin but it was terribly made. The second item was the same thing, poorly made and material did not match the fabric in the picture and I ordered lashes and they were missing. They DO NOT reply to emails and this have been on-going since April 29th. I returned my order over a month ago and have not received any response or store credit. On the website, they have my complaint marked as solved but I have not gotten a refund. Such a terrible site im better off on ali express. NEVER AGAIN
I ordered from here, and first of all, they take my money, and send me a shipping confirmation, and then oopsie, wrong, they refund me on a gift card because some of the items were completely sold out, which they didn't tell me before they confirmed my order! Ok? No problem... mistakes happen. THEN they ship me the entirely wrong jeans. Wrong size, wrong style, wrong name even. They will NOT pay for the shipping back, and won't pay for the restocking of the item THEY got wrong! And? I get another gift card so they can screw up my order again. Thieves. Worst customer service ever
I would give this online site a NEGATIVE 5 rating if i could. So I ordered clothing from this site of which i thought looked amazing! The clothes were funky and a lot of celebrities seem to wear their stuff too. My bab for spending $100 because it has been two months and I still have not received my purchases. It is impossible to reach them and when you do they are very rude. After one month of not getting anything the girl told me that it was lost in transit and it will be resent. Another month went by and still nothing! :p So annoying. I commented on their instagram photos saying horrible customer service and they DELETED my comments (and BLOCKED me). I mentioned this to the girl on the phone and she said, "oh well that's your fault right". I left more emails and a couple of voicemails and they do not even bother to answer. I was inspired to shop at Fashion Nova after seeing so many women talk about it. I was devastated to learn the company is terrible and unprofessional. I bought over $75 worth of stuff which qualifies for "2 day shipping." It's been a week and my items still haven't shipped. I had an important event I needed the clothes for. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and they do not respond to emails. As my last resort, I took to their IG page to figure out where my shipment was. They deleted my comment. I posted the question again and they then proceeded to block me. What company does that?! This is the most ratchet business I've ever purchased from. If you look on Twitter, you'll find thousands of customers who have experienced similar issues. If my shipment ever comes in, I will be returning it immediately and getting all of my money back. Fashion Nova will never get my service again.

I used the gift card and never recieved my item, i got an email a day later saying we have refunded you the payment. I never received my refund. We ordered over £250 of clothes for my daughters 15th birthday. Amongst the order were 3 pairs of boots ordered uk size 5.5. These are far too small and nowhere near a size 5.5
In order to send these back it will cost us over £70
Fashion Nova have told us that it is our responsibility to meet these costs however this is an issue with poor sizing. They also sent us a voucher for an item that they did not have and for us to order a replacement for this this will cost us just short of half the cost of the item. I have sent over 6 e-mails on this matter and their response have been cold and automated.As a U. K. Customer this company reflects awfully on US customer service.The pity with this is that generally the products are excellent but the perception that they have created is that this business is not managed effectively and for me and my family our hard earned money has been lost and we feel that we have been SCAMMED

If I could rate them a 0 star I would! I purchased 4 items from fashionnova.com back in April. The total of my purchase was over $80 on their merchandise. I only received 3 of the 4 items, however, all 3 of the items were incorrect. I then went online to contact them and could never reach customer service, so I looked up how to return the items. I sent the items back through USPS, on 4/17/2017 with two day shipping. They should have Recieved theitems with their return card that was asked to be filled out on 4/19/2017.

I have reached out to this company several times through phone and email. I was told that my return never made it back to their company, however, I contacted USPS and they stated that the item was returned to the company within the 2 days that I shipped it off.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
