I ordered 2 outfits on June 14th with what I was told per website that my stuff will be shipped out in 2 days. Today is june20th and I haven't even received a tracking number. Now I get that they are in high demand I mean its over instagram, but what I hate is that I sent 5 emails and left 4 voicemails and I haven't heard a thing back. Well the automated email response doesn't really cut it because I have yet to get any info as to when the items will be shipped. I have never experienced this EVER in life and its really disheartening.

If I could rate Fashion Nova a zero I would. I ordered from Fashion Nova on June 15th and PAID for the second day shipping. I still have not received any tracking info 5 days later. I have called, left messages, and sent emails with no response in return. They also sent me an email saying they screwed up with 30% off my NEXT purchase. Are they joking? I will NEVER order from them again! Fashion Nova is a SCAM! Fortunately, my credit card will be refunding me money.

I placed an order with Fashion Nova on Tuesday, June 13th and also paid for 2 day shipping. Even today, my order still has "unfulfilled" and it's a whole week later.

When I call "customer service", no matter the time of day, the same generic message "No customer service agents are available"... but yet they continue to post new clothes all day, but can't respond to customers. And you're a business, but never answer the phone... that in itself was a huge red flag to me, but I was till hopeful and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But then I started seeing A LOT of negative feedback on their social media sites from ladies that the same thing was happening to them as well (order not being processed, not responding to emails/posts on social media, can't reach customer service, deleting/blocking comments).

Yes Fashion Nova deletes customer comments and also I can't comment on any of their Facebook posts any more so I'm sure they blocked me from commenting there too. They are very unprofessional and don't give a $#*! about their customers... and I received an email about 30% off next order, ummm that will never happen... they messed with the right one with me because I'm about to write reviews all over every review site... yeah they can block me from commenting on Facebook, but people read reviews on other sites as well. Anyway, I've opened a claim with PayPal and escalated it this morning, and I will have my money back... I don't have $75 to just be giving away!

So I had my order unfurfiled for two weeks and then when I finally got it, the quality was tack and disgusting, they also sent me the wrong size and then they make you pay to send it back and will only Issue a store credit plus delivery up to 10$. I'm shipping from Canada so it's more than that and when they finally respond they send you the same generic answer! I wouldn't do it again, I'd rather spend the money and go to dynamite or something where they won't fraud you out

Fashion Nova is really a joke. I ordered my clothes June 15th and my order still says unfulfilled on June 19th. I spent over $100 and qualified for 2-day shipping, but I haven't gotten anything. I emailed them and they responded that the website was down for updates in May. They gave me a coupon code, which I won't use because I refuse to order from here again. What makes this worse is that my birthday is literally in a week and I'm leaving town and got 2-day shipping so it could be here on time. I'm so disappointed. I just want my money back, and I can only get a store credit. I have nothing to wear for my celebration and I feel scammed. I don't think it's okay to market 2 day shipping or up to 24hour processing time if you cannot deliver the items in a timely manner.

Ordered some items and got the 2 day shipping which wasn't 2 days at all. It took 7 days for me to receive them. Not a big deal, because I've dealt with this before. When I finally received my items I had to return an item because the quality was terrible. It's been about 3 weeks since they've received it and I still have yet to get my store credit. I've been emailing them non stop and they've consistently given me the run around. First it took 3-5 days to process returns. Then after emailing them they assured me it takes 5-7. I waited three more days and still got nothing. Emailed them around the 9th day and was told it takes 7-10. Waited three more days and guess what? Nothing. I emailed them and didn't even get a response. I've been shopping with them for about a year and have spent a great deal of money with them. As much as I love some products, this type of service is just ridiculous. Never shopping with them again.

I've ordered from fashion nova many times and I've liked the items that I've bought. I spend over 75 USD to get free 2 day shipping all the time and always get it right away but I spent $140 about a week and a half ago and still haven't received that's it's been shipped. I've called and left several messages and I've emailed them and I still haven't got a answer about where my items are! I needed it by this week cause I'm going out of town :| this is the last time I order from them ever again! Def calling my bank to get my money back!

I ordered 10 items from Fashion Nova one week ago. Even though shipping was fast, the material is pretty cheap. I feel like if you are going to charge 25.00-40.00 for each outfit, the quality should be a little better.

I realized I was missing something from my items but they did not contact to tell me I wasn't going to receive it. So I emailed them, notifying that I was missing an item. They asked me to take a picture of my packing slip so they can "investigate" for them to only say "this item is not in stock. Our system doesn't know how to keep up with how many orders we get. We will send you store credit".

I go back on the website right after the email and it still showed that they have the item in stock.

I feel like If you have a system that can not keep up with your inventory, you need to come up with one that will. Because now they are taking people's money until the customers realize. If you don't realize, they do not say anything.

The people that are giving reviews on here are so negative out of pettiness or misunderstanding. I've been shopping from Fashionnova for 2 years now and they are AMAZING! Tips to avoid problems: READ their policies. READ the size guide before you order. Common sense. They aren't scammers, people think this is solely an online company lol it's NOT. They are a retail store located in California Malls. If you have a problem with an order then email them instead of harassing their Instagram. Instagram is their place for advertisement NOT customer service. This is such a good store that even celebrities shop here. If it was truly bad then they wouldn't be this popular! 8 million followers on Instagram. They have great deals and need to open more store locations

Firstly they are not a scam you actually receive your items the only problem is they lie about the shipping time, if you get standard shipping which is 2 days your items actually arrive after 4 to 5 days
I purchased two tops and two pairs of jeans, the jeans are wonderful they fit good but however i am 5ft10 and they were top short for me which i was very disappointed about.The tops however were very cute the quality was nice as well beware that the clothes do run small my suggestion is if you're a curvy girl order a size up in the jeans they are stretchy but fit very snug
