Don't do it!

I should have read up the reviews before I purchased. Do not be fooled by the Instagram photos! The quality is terrible, they charged me for an item I never recieved due to a "stocking error" and gave me store credit, never responded to my email regarding this, shipped my paper thin jeans in an overstuffed box in which I had to purchase a new box to return all the crap I bought and ended up being 18 extra dollars. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Places an order June 15th got 2 day shipping it is now June 21st and I have not received a tracking number never the less the package itself and customer service is no help, they will not answer. WORST decision I ever made.

I have never had an issue with Fashion NOVA I have been ordering things since last summer! I ordered a jumpsuit last Wednesday on the 14th. Got my confirmation email and that's the last time I heard from them. Sunday when I noticed I hadn't received an email I wrote them, called them Monday, on that BS customer service line and left a message. Later that evening I get an email stating their apologies they are revamping their website to accurately account for stock blah blah and everything would start back shipping Monday/Tuesday! Well here we are on Wednesday and its been a week still no shipping confirmation! So I email again like wheres my order and this $#*! Chelsy responds super casually like, "once you get your shipping email confirmation tracking will be available! UMMMM that's not what I asked you!
Super pissed!

Give 0 stars! I ordered things for my vacation one went out of stock the day after I paid for it which was very misleading and I ordered something else the same week and the next day that order was stated that they screwed up and to accept their apologies jit never have I received an tracking number for the item. I've called emailed and no one has replied I did report them to BBB so everyone else should too so they can stop stealing customer money! I hate Fashion Nova and I'll never do business with them again period!

FASHION NOVA NEEDS TO STOP USING LASERSHIP FIRST OF ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE HORRIBLE ON THEIR OWN I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE TODAY BUT WHEN I TRACK IT IT IT STILL SAYS LABEL CREATED I ORDERED THE CLOTHES FOR A REASON WELL AHEAD OF TIME BECAUSE I HAVE A EVENT TO ATTEND SATURDAY NOW I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I'LL GET THE CLOTHES ON TIME AS LONG AS THEY KEEP USING LASERSHIP THIS WILL BE MY LAST ORDER

I attempted to order an outfit from Fashion Nova in March that was out of stock and signed up to be notified when it became available. In May I received an email that the set was back in stock so I ordered within minutes of receiving the email. A little over a week later, I received an email stating the item was out of stock and that my account would be refunded. It took almost 2 weeks to get the refund. Crossing my fingers, I reluctantly ordered some items on 06/14/2017 for my upcoming beach vacation. It is now 6/21/2017 and I just received a generic email from Fashion Nova apologizing stating that my items have not shipped and that they are working to fill orders. Mind you, I paid for 2 day shipping. This company is a joke. I will NEVER order anything again. I am thoroughly disgusted and Thank GOD I ordered early enough that I can find another company to buy my vacation sets from before July. I sent them an email to cancel my order and left them a voice message since they never want to answer the phone. I was very straight forward and told them I expect a full refund by Friday.

I was given "store credit" for an item that was NEVER fulfilled, as in it was out of stock even before the other items shipped out and then I receive the other items, DID NOT LIKE THEM so returned and now am stuck with $100 in store credit that is still missing about $30! They do not give you your full refund. WHAAAT!

I've ordered from Fashion Nova multiple times and never really had a (major) issue... until now. Yes, they definitely so claim to give 2 day shipping which takes longer than 2 days - that was the first annoyance. I'd also paid to have expedited shipping which is supposed to be 1-2 business days and it ended up coming in 3-4. The issue I'm having now is that I returned items that got delivered to them on JUNE 7th. 2 weeks later and I still havent received my store credit. I've emailed multiple times and called (which is pointless, no one answers). And now I'm pissed! Not only is the money I paid for these items MIA but I also paid for shipping to send them back. Extremely unsatisfied.

I honestly wish I would have read these reviews first. Fashion nova use to be great on shipping but recently it has gone bad. After this I don't think I'll do anymore shopping with them even though I love there clothes. I ordered one item on June 14, didn't receive confirmation that they created a label and was ready to ship off until June 17. Here it is June 20th and it still hasn't shipped off and I paid for 2 day shipping. Fashion nova use to be very dependable but now I just don't know what to say. I truly hope I receive the item I purchased. I also sent an email and only received the automated msg.

The last two times I've order from this site something has been wrong with my order. The first time they didn't send my whole outfit then it took them 4 days to finally respond to me to tell me the top is out of stock. And they won't give you your money back even if it's their fault! I ordered something again on a Friday and it took a full week for them to even ship my order. They suck!

I've always hated the idea of purchasing something online because it's not reliable. So many things can go wrong, from your clothes not fitting or maybe the package isn't delivered at all. But I took a gamble & tried fashionnova.com for the first time and I am extremely disappointed & pissed off with the results. One of their biggest sell points is that they claim to have packages delivered in as little as 2 days. Not only did I order 150$ worth of clothing from them almost an entire week ago (Jun 14th) its now the 20th & it's not here, I haven't even received a tracking number to say it's been shipped at all! Yet the money is gone from my account... I've left 3 voicemails & 3 emails & they have not gotten back to me. I'm taking this as a lesson learned and I will not EVER be shopping with them again. Their customer service is trash

STAY AWAY. I WAS A VICTIM BY ORDERING OFF THEIR WEBSITES. MY ORDER WAS WRONG TWO DAY SHIPPING END UP TAKING A WEEK. THEY WILL SALE YOU ITEMS THAT ARE NO LONGER IN STOCK. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS GIVING OUT WHOLESALE CLOTHES.

I ordered my purchase on 6/15 with 2 day shipping. I still haven't received my order and it's 6/20. I ordered it to the place I'm staying for a week. I tried to call and email them but no response. I don't think I'll receive my clothes on time and will have to get a full refund. I have no way of getting in contact with support and I'm very sad my order won't ship in time.

Going downhill fast

I ordered for the first time from Fashion nova last fall. They used to have super quick shipping and I honestly never had any issues. They have some cheaply made but cute staples. Well I guess this is the end of Fashion nova. I placed an order on 6/14 just like the rest of these folks and my order hasn't even shipped. It is now 6/19. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone from the company. I have faith that my order will actually ship, but this turn around time is AWFUL. They cannot keep up with the new amount of orders coming in. I believe this will be my last time ever ordering - I wouldn't be surprised if the whole company toppled in on itself in the next 6 months. I am just hoping that my order will get out of there before it happens. Long story short, if you're reading this, you missed your chance to ever enjoy anything from fashion nova. Don't waste your time, your order really may never show up.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

I saw this company being used by so many people online so I thought I would try them. I ordered two items from their website. Upon receiving my order I only had one item I ordered and a random item ($5 sweater). I emailed their support and explained what happened and told them if they would send me a return label I would send the incorrect item back to them. They emailed me back and told me they refused to send me the item I ordered until I sent them their $5 sweater back to them but I had to pay for the return shipping. I told them I'm not okay with that because I wasn't the one who made the mistake but was still willing to work with them. They told me they do not send labels to their customers and that even if I did send it back the product I ordered a few days prior "could be sold out" and if that was the case they would offer me store credit and no refund. I have an online business myself and think my experience with FashionNova was absolutely terrible. I never got my product, money back OR store credit (which I wouldn't use anyways). I will not be returning and would give this store 1 star if I could.

Before all of their millions of followers on IG, I was a big fan of Fashion Nova, but now its like their customer service/warehouse can't keep up with the growing set of customers. They offer 2 day shipping and I used to actually get my order in 2 damn days, now it's a longer and longer wait each time and customer service does not get back to you. I ordered my items last week and still haven't even got a shipping confirmation. It sucks because their stuff is really cute and reasonably priced but I'm done with them and will never recommend them again

I ordered from them almost a week ago and paid for two day shipping it is now 5 days later and my order status still remains at ordered. No one answer the phone, they send automated responses to all emails. They're no way to get in contact with an actual representative. It's terrible, they even had the audacity to send an email saying they messed up and gave 30% off your next purchase coupon. If I can't get this one order why would I ever give this company a second chance.
