I LEFT 12 VOICEMAIL AND HAVE SENT 17 EMAILS. NO RESPONSE. YET I WENT TO FACEBOOK AND LEFT A COMMENT ON THE MOST RECENT POST. WITHIN 10 MIN. THEY DELETED MY COMMENT AND ALL OTHER NEGATIVE COMMENTS THAT WERE WARNING PEOPLE. THEY BLOCKED ME FROM BEING ABLE TO COMMENT ON THEIR POST. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I've never in my life written a bad review about any business but i felt compelled to warn others do not shop from this site for a few reasons no one ever answers the phone your emails sent to them they ignore their 2 day shipping that's advertised is false and the icing on the cake is my order i placed which said my order was shipped then days later said that some of the items were out of stock (how could this be)then i received my box with the listing of what was packed checked off and what ran out of stock was highlighted but i quickly realize that i was sent a gift card with credit for 2 items so im now paying for a dress i never received i want my credit or send me the dress. Then the same dresses the claim is out of stock i went to the site and was able to order it again SMDH they are incompetent and do not care about providing a good customer experience once they have your money now i will be disputing there charge and ill provide my bank with the numerous email i sent them trying to resolve this.

I ordered last June 11, and the items arrived more than a week after (supposed to be 2 days with order above $75). When I checked the contents, one item (in this case, it was a tunic that I ordered) was not right. But on the invoice, someone checked it beside the item I ordered. I noticed that the label on the plastic wrap was correct but it has been opened and sealed again with a tape unlike the other items I received which were all sealed. I presumed that someone took it, and switched it with another item (it was switched with a shorts which has a different brand). And I was shocked to read on that return card that all sale items may not be returned and refunded. The tunic I ordered was on sale. That made me really mad! And to think they sent me the wrong item. What a shame!
I have never experiences such bull$#*! in my life. I placed an order on 06/13 and still have no recieved them! Then today I get a $#*!ty email stating my order is in transit and will not be delivered until Monday 06/26. I am super poor pissed as I am leaving the US Saturday and need my items
I order a package over a MONTH ago and I STILL haven't receive it. Its like they scam certain people or something. It's been at the same status for over a month now. I've contacted them plenty of times and absolutely no response back. They don't know how to send packages, respond back to emails or return calls but yet they know how to take money out bank accounts. They are straight SCANDALOUS! Why do they have contact info when they don't even know how to contact back. If you wish to order from this company beware. They are some straight bull$#*!tin $#*! people.
Fashion Nova should be reported to the better business bureau. They are scammers, the customer service agent lies. Second time I've had this experience. Luckily I paid with Amazon, I'm am now trying to get back my money because I haven't received my order. Beware
I returned 2 items back usps. I order all the time online and never have any problems. Fashion nova says they never received my itmes back. My daughter spent her birthday money and was crying she is out $50. Ive tried at least 20 times to contact them by phone. Always never anyone available. If you order from here u better make sure you get it right the first time cause if send anything back someone there will intercept it
I ordered from FashionNova before plenty of times and received tracking within the time frame that they promote (2 day shipping over $75). This past order which was placed last week on June 14th, I still have not received tracking. I pretty much have the same complaint like the rest of the most recent reviews on here. You can't get a hold of customer service and it's an automatic reply when you send them an email. They did send an email stating that orders have been delay since their site upgrade but still, they should have inform the consumers before hand. To be honest, it doesn't surprise me that customer services isn't responsive. Just another website that's quick to take your money and goes ghost when you have an inquiry. I suggest if you pay with PayPal, dispute your transaction through them if you are looking to get your money back.

Website redesign=Horrible product inventory and horrific customer service. There products are similar to other vendors, but the service does not compare. No one answers the phone. When you send an email asking for the status, I received automated email responses offering discounts, and apologies for ongoing delays. There company policy is 24 hours for processing and updating online order status. Plan for 7 days processing and order status updates. I am not impressed by your new website at the expense of horrible inventory management and unresponsive customer service. I would rather pay more and have confidence that I will receive my items. Do better F Nova!
I literally have been trying to get in touch with Fashion Nova for days and they do not email back or answe the phone! There is no point in having a customer service number when they never pick up. I am beyond mad and will never in my life order from them again. I hope this business crashes and burn! I wish I could give them zero stars
ORDERED AMOUNT 320.83 WORTH OF ITEMS FROM FASHION NOVA ON THE 14TH OF JUNE 2017 AND NEVER RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER. THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER AS A BUSINESS TO INFORM CUSTOMER ABOUT THE PURCHASE NOT BEING IN STOCK OR EVEN JUST KEEPING THE CUSTOMER POSTED ON MY ITEMS. THIS ORDER WAS ACTUALLY FOR A PHOTO SHOOT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND IT WAS PLACED FOR 2-3 DAY SHIPPING SINCE THE ORDER WAS OVER $75 AND NOW IT'S BEEN 6 BUSINESS DAYS WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER OR UPDATE ON THE ORDER. CUSTOMER CONTINUED TO CONTACT FASHION NOVA AT *******286 NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK OR SPOKE WITH A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE. THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU https://www.bbb.org. I have had problems with this company the first and only three times conducting business with them. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
My first issue is I did not receive and item I paid for. I was told to would receive an in store credit email. I never received the email.
I decided to give them another shot disregarding the fact I didn't receive my credit. Their clothes are cheaply made and didn't fit properly. I sent back a few items. The shipping was $20 to return the items. They did not give me a refund for the shipping.
Keep in mind they do not give refunds. I was forced to order with them for a third time. I placed this order on 6/14 Wednesday. That is over a week ago and I have not received a shipping confirmation number and my order says it's unfulfilled on their website.
It is impossible to reach anyone. Their phone line doesn't go through. No one will call you back if you leave a message like they ask. It takes DAYS to resolve an issue via email when it can be fixed quickly over the phone.
I would not have put my money in the hands of this company if I had known I was putting my money at risk!

My first order with fashion nova was bad. I ordered a "on the run" jumpsuit and I ordered it in an XL and tell me why when I opened my package they gave me an XS. Idk if they trying to tell me to lose weight or something. Anyways. I sent them pictures and showed them my receipt and gave them my tracking number. I was upset because how do you mix up an XL from an XS. Idk. Anyways. So I had to pay shipping to send it back to their warehouse and instead of getting my money back they gave me store credit. And I am thinking, why would I want to shop with yall again?! I was calm about it and received an email the next day. After almost a week they gave me a refund, but then they refunded me for an item that I already had and it was cheaper too! So I had to send them another email saying that they refunded me for the wrong item! They eventually fixed it. I just ordered on 6/16 on some items that I knew I didn't need right away. Its 6/21 and online it says that my order isn't filled yet, hot mess... but their "2-day shipping" is a lie. I don't have a confirmation number and they are trying to give me a 30% off discount smh where's my 100% discount for all the crap I had to deal with... like someone said in the reviews "why would I order from you again, when I don't have my items by now". Fashion Nova has some super cute clothes don't get me wrong, but its not worth the pain, struggles and regret. Please shop somewhere else!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
