All my shopping experiences with Frauding Nova were horrible. But due to the fact they don't issue refunds but a damn giftcard I had no choice to keep ordering from them. They wait until AFTER you pay for the items to kindly let you know that the items you ordered are OUT OF STOCK and how sorry they are. Also another time I ordered from them I spent abt $55 Cdn on a pair of jeans and they sent me ones that were $19.99. Called abt this since they messed up my order and I was informed that I'd have to pay to ship them back and get issued a giftcard since they do not do exchanges. I've been online shopping since I was legally able to get my own credit and never experienced such bs yet. But this is what you get when you order from this site. It's clearly ran by a bunch of idiots.

I don't know what's going on with fashion nova but I have been shopping with them almost a year I have never had issues with returning items but as of lately I'm extremely dissatisfied. I have yet to receive my gift card for my items returned I only got a partial refund for sum of my items how do you refund sum items but forget the rest I sent emails and also placed several calls still no response... you just lost a valued customer

I placed an order on the 14th of June and chose the 2 day shipping option and still have yet to receive even a TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ITEMS! Mind you they were quick to charge my card for the whole amount and send an email the my order was CONFIRMED. But last night I get an email saying that one or a few of my items are no longer available and that I'll be getting an email with an e-gift voucher! I DONT WANT THE GIFT VOUCHER! I WANT THE ITEMS THAT I ORDERED THAT WERE CONFIRMED AND I WAS CHARGED FOR! This goes BEYOND bad business it's borderline THEFT! You can keep your 30% off, I'll never order from them again.

Smh I have never had such an bad experience with an online store before in my life! My first time buying from fashion nova and it's been a bad experience. Long story short I placed an order and I still have yet to receive my shoes. I emailed them to find out there's a delay in orders. If that would've been stated while placing the order I would have not placed my order knowing I need the shoes by a certain day. A waste of money when I'm probably going to end up spending money on another site or going in a store if my package doesn't ship by Monday 6/26. I might end up doing a chargeback with my bank. The S**t is ridiculous and a fraud. I will never shop with them again. Should have just brought my shoes from gojane.com. I'm so pisst.

I've been shopping at Fashion Nova for over a year now and have never experienced such disorganization and disappointment from this company. I placed an order on the 18th and it took them up until YESTERDAY (6/23) to tell me that some of the things that I ordered are out of stock. I still have yet to get any other update on my order such as what exactly it is that I won't be receiving, when my order will be shipped, nor the credit for the out of stock products. Due to the fact that this is the THIRD time in a row that I have had some problems with my order, I won't be ordering from FN again for a while or at least until they get their s*** together!

Beyond pissed off at this unbelievably unprofessional online store. I have made my order 10 days ago and till now I have not received a tracking number. I should've received my order days ago. I will be leaving the country in a few days and I wanted to have my clothes with me. Not going to happen. I've been emailing them endlessly and I keep getting the same $#*!ing automated message and no really reply to my emails. I wanted to change the address but in the automated message they said part of the rules is they can't change addresses since their shipping is so fast and all orders leave immediately, BULL$#*!, my order hasn't left their warehouse and I'm getting no replies. $#*!s just take your money and god knows when youl receive your order and in what condition. Do not shop from there!

This is my second time ordering from them my first time ordering I did 2'daymshipping it took a week to arrive. Just ordered from them recently tracking number still wasn't sent called no response sent email and got an automated response. Commented under one of their recent instagram post and they deleted my comment this is BAD business I will be going out of town for a wedding and can't wear what i purchased but they're quick to take the money from your bank account. I WILL NEVER NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN AND IM GOING TO MAKE SURE I TELL OTHERS

I would never ever purchase anything from this website again even if my life depends on the. I shop on line regularly and I don't have words to describe this experience. You spent your hard earned money with fashion nova and they don't even give u the curtesy of giving you a live person to speak to. Ifrom 06/07/17 I've been waiting to get information on orders that was paid for and I never received. I wish there was a way to give no stars but since there is not I'll have to unwilling give 1 undeserving

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW OF THIS NATURE BUT DUE TO THE WEEKS OF AGRIVATION I'VE SUFFERED BECAUSE OF THE SCAM THAT IS FASHION NOVA, THIS IS ALL I HAVE LEFT TO SAY... $#*!. YOU. FASHION NOVA!. NEVER AGAIN!... SHIPPING=BULL$#*!. CUSTOMER SERVICE=BULL$#*!. CLOTHING QUALITY FROM WHAT I ACTUALLY RECIEVED= BIGGEST BULL$#*! OF ALL. I promise to devote any of the time I spend on social media spreading the word and making sure the amount of people you scam comes to a minimal.

The shipping? Good luck on that one. Either you'll get what you've ordered 5 weeks later, or you'll get some of what you ordered and be given a coupon as opposed to an actual refund for what they "no longer have in stock". Oh! And you're still paying that shipping fee regardless of whether or not you've actually received your item. Customer service will give you the run around for weeks. Always some excuse. Very disappointed. Never again.

I have ordered from fashion nova in the past about 2 times and the only issue I had ever had with them was when they sent one of my items in the wrong size. Although I was disappointed about that I decided to give them another try because my 21st birthday is on the 28th and I am going out of town. I saw that they had free two day shipping on orders $75 and up. Mind you I spent well over $200 I placed my order on June 18, I had not heard anything from them so I started to send emails. I got the same automatic email that they sent everybody else about the 30% off. I then went to instagram to ask other girls have they received their clothes and Fashion Nova DELETED my comment. It is now June 23 and after several emails they did send me a tracking number early this morning but my package has not moved yet. I am waiting to see if it will arrive on time or if they will actually send it all.

I purchased from Fashion Nova on June 13th about $200 worth of stuff. I have finally received my tracking confirmation. This morning I get another email with a gift card. Mind you Fashion Nova never called or emailed to let me know that an item was out of stock.

I am assuming this is a refund for the La Bella top in a Medium that I purchased. The last email I received stated that this top was the one item left from my order pending shipment. The top is still on the site as an " in stock item". I did not want my money back I wanted the shirt. I have ordered from you guys several times and I am just shocked at the lack of customer service or response. That customer service number is a joke! I would really appreciate getting a human response and not all these automated messages about my order that has just been screwed up. If the shirt is in stock I don't understand why I'm getting a refund and NOT the top. Even with you giving me my money back I then have to place another order and pay more for shipping that I already paid for when I placed my initial order. I'm under the impression that you just didn't want to go through the trouble of shipping this single item after leaving it out of my larger order, and that's just bad business.

I don't know what is going on with fashionnova, but their shipping is horrible now, it didnt use to be like this but a couple months before they went and revamp their whole site is when i noticed this, i live in Canada and before, i will receive my package within 7 days after making my order. But now it takes a good 2 weeks. Like wtf. They should just be straight up with customers and tell them the truth. Cause that 5-7 business days they are claiming is just bull$#*!

I suggest if you're gonna order from them then use paypal. I am never ordering from them again. I placed an order on the 16th, and the 19th. I received my order from the 19th already. I spent $24 on that order. I still haven't received tracking info for the order I placed on the 16th which was $225. I tried emailing and they don't even respond. Calling is pointless because all you hear is "No support agents are available to take your call please leave a message" All of the support agents are rude and work from home. Fashion nova used to actually ship your item out the same day you ordered it and you would actually receive it in 2 days. I don't know what happened but never again. Im using paypal to get my money back.
