This company has their priorities twisted. They stay non responsive to any emails and phone calls and yet they jump at any negative posts on social media. No wonder they only have positive reviews. They delete the comments and they dont qant anyone to know of their incompetence. I ordered over two weeks ago and at this point, I do not care for the clothing anymore. I will be filing a complaints with BBB because they are rude and think they can jist hang on to mt money! I am yet to receive any clothing and tgey are refusing to issue a refund, despite the fact that they have failed to deliver on their promise of "two day shipping"... Two weeks later I am expected to still be waiting I guess. I was a long time customer... I am so dossapointed because prior to this, I never had to call customer service! Stay away from this company and don't let all the celeb reviews fool you.
I placed an order on June 23rd and it is now June 27th and I still have not received shipping information. I called their customer service line and it's an automated system that tells you there is a delay in shipping. I purchased these items for a trip this weekend and I will not receive my order in time. How about they tell us that BEFORE we place an order. I also spent over $100 to get the fast 2 day shipping. This will be the last time I buy from this website.
Fashion Nova use to be my favorite online shopping site. But now its horrible. Before they wouldn't take anytime to ship out orders. Now it takes a week to get a shipping confirmation. I guess that's what happens when a brand gets more customers than they can handle...

I purchased my clothes on June 21 and I paid over $75 so I can receive in 2 or three days I still didn't get yet and today is June 27. I am really pissed off. Idk why it's taking forever to come. They lie that they would shipped quick but they won't they are taking their time like WT*. I m rally disappointment with this. I m still waiting for it also the tracking number isn't working at all. If they send us late, at least they should let us know so we don't have to wait for it forever. I hate that never going to buy from this store S***.
Beyond pissed off at this unbelievably unprofessional online store. I PLACE AND ORDER, an order on the 23th of June and chose the 2 day shipping option and still have yet to receive even a TRACKING NUMBER NO TRACKING NUMBER, I WOULD NEVER BUY ON THIS SITE EVER,
I ordered my items on 6/7 and still haven't received them today (6/27). My tracking number wasn't working so I emailed their "support team" and they gave me SOMEONE ELSE'S tracking number and insisted it was mine even when I showed them PROOF that it wasn't. I'm still waiting for a response from them. Order from them if you want to throw your money away and get treated like trash.
I was sent a promotional email saying if I spend 75 dollars I'll get free two-day shipping. I needed this maxi romper by a certain day for a party. Of course, a few days go by and I see nothing at my door. I email them only to get a copy and paste email saying "We screwed up" and this long excuse about the "amazing" changes they're making to their inventory and site etc. Then I got another saying "orders will be shipped again 6/19" (when I ordered my items mind you.) I got this email 6/23 so it was clearly a template they mass sent. THEN I received one saying one of my items is out of stock (which one?), then never got the follow-up email for an e-gift card they promised! Now they aren't returning emails, I guess they ran out of templates when I asked for a refund and cancellation of my order. Next, I'll probably have to call my card company to block the charge.
Oh, and after a few days they shut down their customer service phone lines and quit taking calls altogether. How professional is that? Never ever ordering from here. Other friends have told me about their experiences taking months to receive their items. In the age of Amazon Prime and fast shipping, this is just not acceptable.

I've ordered from Fashion Nova at least 5 times in the past 6 months. Each time I've received my clothes in a timely manner and I've loved everything I got.
On June 23rd I placed an order and have yet to receive any kind of shipping confirmation, like many others reviewing this site recently. My message to everybody is, calm down, it's not a scam, there are just some problems that they need to sort out right now.
If any of you would take 2 minutes to look up Fashion Nova's twitter, they posted, "Due to a system upgrade its causing us to be a few days behind in processing and shipping orders. Packages will be out a. S.a. P". You're going to get your package. Chill out.

SO I ORDER FROM www.fashionnova.com THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE OF MY ORDER IN STOCK AND I RETURN THE OTHER ITEM CAUSE I DID NOT LIKE HOW IT LOOKED. NEVER RECEIVE A REFUND, CONTACT POST OFFICE WAS TOLD MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS FOR THE FACTORY. I HAVE SENT OVER 20 EMAIL AND STILL NOT ONE REPLY. CANNOT CALL CAUSE THEY DID NOT LIST ANY CONTACT NUMBER. LESSON LEARN THESE $#*!ER ARE THIEF AND THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED. TAKE WHAT THEY DID TO ME HAS A WARNING.

I ordered on the 6/23. I spendes 100+ just to get the 2 day free shipping. Its been 2 day and my order isnt fulfill yet no tracking number. Tried e-mailing and they are not answering. They are also deleting every bad comment from facebook. They are quick to get the money. But dont want to return it back. Total scam!
My order that I ordered on 6/22 still has no shipping information. Only get automated emails and service lines are probably fake. Look up the negative reviews on youtube! They seem to block people and never receive any type of help when questions need answers. I reported them to the BBB and will take legal action and call my bank to receive a full refund. I ordered a simple white dress from fashionnova and on the website it displayed so many good clothes, however do not be fooled by what you see. Once I received my dress I was certainly upset very low quality to be quite honest this $#*! feels like a Halloween costume, I would've been better off shopping at "rainbows".
As a company that has a lot of business in different states/ oversees. They need to have a better refund policy. I would love to buy different items but I am afraid that if the item doesnt fit correctly I will have to pay/ waste my money to return it. I ordered from them on 6/22. Since then, I haven't got a email saying my order is shipped. They are so quick to send a confirmation payment! This pisses me the $#*! off. I've been emailing them, they replied on 6/25 saying it is expecting a delay. WHAT THE $#*!. If they told me on the checkout, I would not bother to order because I need it in a certain day! I made a purchase on 6/22 of $88 worth of clothing and shoes PURPOSELY spending this amount so I could receive the "free 2 day shipping". They charged my credit card right away and sent me a confirmation email shortly after that. On 6/23 I received an email stating that "one or more of the items I purchased were unavailable". They stated that I would receive an email with an e-gift card attached for the amount of whichever item was unavailable and they included a coupon code for 30% off. I tried calling their customer service number to speak to someone so I could find out which item was unavailable and when I would receive the email with the e-gift card and all I got was an automated message with the same coupon code and then the line just hung up. There was no option to speak to a REAL person or anything. I tried emailing them and received an automated email with FAQ's on it and the quote "If these FAQ's don't answer your question, reply to this email". I did just that and never received another email answering my question. I checked online to see if there were any recent reviews for this website and I was so surprised to see hundreds of reviews just within the past week from people experiencing THE SAME issues as me. Many people were stating that they had never received shipping conformation emails and that they were never receiving their orders. Today makes the 2nd day of the 2 day shipping mark and I decided not to wait any longer. I know that I won't receive a shipping confirmation email and I'd be damned if they take my money and turn it into "store credit". I called my credit card company this morning and had the transaction disputed, their clothing is NOT worth the hassle and headache. I made a purchase from them for the first time a couple months ago and everything was fine. I don't know what their problem is this time around but they can keep it, I will not be purchasing from this site again.
I ordered from them in May and the dress came in two days. I thought the site was decent because of this. However I ordered from them again in June, June 14 to be exact, and I didn't get shipping information until June 24 (even though I paid for two day shipping). In addition to the shipping information, some of my items were not shipped. I did not get a gift card for one of the items so basically they stole my money. I also noticed that they delete comments on Instagram of people asking or complaining about their service. They also don't answer their phones or emails inquiring about orders. In my opinion if you want to have a business, you should not ignore your customers who spend their hard earned money there.

I've spent over $400 dollars with Fashion Nova and when I call and email I never reach anyone and nobody bothers to return calls nor emails. All of a sudden they have changed their customer service voice record and offer 30% off your NEXT order for their inconvenience. I don't plan to spend any more of my money with them first off and secondly my issue isn't resolved. I have since done my research and I've learned that they are very fraudulent from customers to even the models on their website that they fail to pay.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
