TERRIBLE!

I placed an order a few times and have always been satisfied. Within the past 2 weeks I have placed 2 orders and haven't received anything. They're not answering their phone. Every prompt sends you to an automation then hang up. Then I receive an email saying they sent me a gift card. I am furious! Now my Miami trip is ruined. NEVER AGAIN!

To be honest the first couple times i ordered i was SO happy and told everyone about this site...
Which i strongly regret.

I placed an order on May 25, and Im from Canada so the $66 total was 85.
The order normally comes within 7 days, several days later i got an email sayign the truck carrying my order has been stolen and they are trying to investigate, however they will send another order out on rush.

It is now June 29, I am furious, I have sent SEVERAL unanswered emails. I check a couple minutes ago, and theyve sent me a gift card for $66.10...
I specifically specified in my emails i do not want their stupid gift cards, I want my order or my money back in my account.
Youre keeping my money, my order, and forcing me to spend it again on your site.
NO.
Biggest $#*!ing mistake.

No one answers, No one returns emails. They update Instagram everyday all day, promoting themselves. They want your money. Should you have a product issue u will never get in contact with a live person. Original order took almost 2 weeks to come. My order was missing items as well. I have emailed them and called no ANSWER! The more business they get the WORST their Customer service seems to get.

This by far the worst online service I would have ever imagined. I was recommended by my best friend to try them out. I ordered for two day shipping because I'm attending an event to find out they have not shipped it out due to some difficulty. To add insult to injury why give a discount code for 2 day shipping it's been four days no update about my order. This is my first and far most last. No accurate contact customer service representative. The worst holiday expectation

This company use to be great but lately customer service has sucked! They have too many orders and cannot properly and adequately send the orders in a timely manner, but still advertising 2 day shipping. I requested a refund and I keep getting a generic automated email in return. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB and submitting a claim to my bank! Never ordering from this company again!

Made an order over two weeks ago and still haven't received anything.
I've been emailing back and fourth and they keep telling me it will be shipped soon... so you're telling me. 2 weeks later and you still haven't shipped it out?! I'm frustrated. I've spent so much money on this website. What a scam

Disappointing

I don't want to sound redundant at all. But just like every one has said... PLEASE STOP ADVERTISING TWO DAY SHIPPING OR SHOOTING OUT EMAILS OF SALES ESPECIALLY WHEN THERES DELAYS WITH ORDERS! It honestly disgusts me how they already stole money from all of us AND yet they can go on with their day promoting their brand as if there aren't any issues at hand. I haven't had any problems with my previous orders. I've spent over $1500 this time expecting the same service. Im going to dispute the charge asap

BAD EXPIERENCE

First of all Ive been a customer since 2015, Ive never expierenced this in all past orders. What got me mad was i placed an order over $90 & got free shipping 2 DAY SHIPPING to be exact! Ive always revieved my order on time 3 days from making the purchase. This is the first time Ive waited over a week for my order! & to top it off you cant cancel the order, wanted to cancel so i can look else where. Needed these for my vegas trip but it looks like im not gonna be here when they arrive Its bs that they cannot cancel the order & you get store credit Why if i dont want to order from you again $#*!ty service & its bs on shipping & customer service is so bad & rude Dont waste ur money! Im about to file a charge back on my card for not recieving my items.!

I have ordered from Fashion Nova a few times in the past. The first time, it was honestly a great success. They have beautiful clothing and it is very nice quality. With my first order, I did not like what I got due to personal preference, but it did ship very quickly (I ordered it with 1-day shipping). I wanted to return some items because I did not like them and they make you pay for return shipping. I found this a bit ridiculous that overall I paid $18 for fast shipping + $8 just to return the item, but they did refund it. Only gave me half back on some of the items and sent the refund in form of gift card. That was annoying, but I used the money to place another order and that one came very quickly and I was IN LOVE. Absolutely adorable clothes and very comfortable shoes. Happy happy happy.

So, I am going to Chicago this weekend and decided to place another order. This time, I went big, I spent about $120 and with that was promised 2-day shipping. I received a confirmation email and the money was pulled from my bank account but I noticed that it has been four days and I still do not have a tracking number. I received an email a couple days after I ordered, explaining that the company was doing some renovations and therefore orders placed after June 13 are delayed.

I understand renovations and delays but here's my beef- if you're going to charge people money and motivate them to spend over $75 to get that 2-day shipping (which is really why I went over $75 in the first place), you should PROBABLY tell people if you're not going to be able to get those shipments out PRIOR to them paying for it and expecting one thing and then getting another. I emailed them (like everyone on here) and got a template response. Called (like everyone on here) and could not get into contact with a person. I am frustrated because now it is too late for me to order clothes from another company and have them be here in time. Terrible customer service and only adds to my irritation that they have this chipper template voice calling you "nova babe" and giving a SORRY30 coupon code in a sickly sweet voice when they're just screwing us over. Will be contacting FTC, the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and my bank first thing tomorrow after I get off WORK. (Capitalized to emphasize that I work hard for my money and don't appreciate it being stolen).

This website is bs they are taking people's money they had no f***ing problem sending me a confirmation to say I paid them but where tf is my shipping confirmation at if they are undergoing changes and can't handle the amount of customers buying they need to close their website or let customers know BEFORE we buy our s*** that we won't get it in the 2 days we paid for, that's not even the reason I'm pissed off but for the reason that any famous person or celebrity including well known youtubers don't seem to be having a problem receiving their items (Of Course) while the rest of us paying customers are being played this is ridiculous

The 1st time I ordered from them I received the incorrect items. So I returned it. That process was from HELL. There is no human being to speak to and nothing but automated written emails in response to yours. I finally got a store credit... I wanted my money back but after all the trouble I was defeated and said hey I'll take it. Then months later I decide to use the credit and what Happens I received only partial of my order then its entirely wrong AGAIN. The order slip says one thing the items totally different. WTH! And I'm still waiting I'm my dress and jeans 14 days later... Might I add the quality of these clothes are cheap as hell. Uggghhhhhh so over these damn paid YouTube girls lying to us!

I placed my order on June 16th. It's been 12 days and no merchandise! I have emailed and call with no response. I have filed a claim with my credit card for a full refund. I do love their clothes and have ordered from them several times in the past. This is the worst experience ever. They need to be held accountable for the distress they have caused their customers for simply not providing good customer service. Please contact the the Bureau of Consumer Protection. The number is *******4357. It doesn't take long at all. The representative to me that if she gets enough calls with the same complaints they will definitely take action. She said they wouldn't close them down but they would be held accountable by issuing refunds and changing the way they do business. I will never order again until they get LIVE REPRESENTATIVES!

I placed a order and paid for two day shipping. And I haven't even received confirmation that my package has even been shipped. They sent out a email stating how they're experiencing delays on orders. In my opinion that is something that should be displayed to customers prior to purchases. Because obviously if someone pays for shipping in a certain amount of days you would actually like to receive your package in the time you requested. I'm completely disatisified. And I will not order from them again due to the lack of communication that was given. Now I'll be be stuck with item that I ordered for an event that will be over and done before I recieve my package

I placed my order June 23rd (5 days ago) - and selected 2 day shipping. I have yet to receive an email about the order being shipped out and any tracking details. If there is a delay, it is common courtesy to email the consumer and let them know that the 2 day shipping will not be honored. They did not do this. Do not order from them especially if you need clothing for an upcoming event. There is no telling when they will be shipping out the order. For all that promoting they do on social media, you would think that their customer service would be on point. Nope. Just stay away and order from somewhere else. Very disappointed with this company.

Placed an order for an upcoming trip on 6/22/17 and I don't even have a tracking number. I've tried to reach out to them and it's been unsuccessful. My trip is in 2 days and my package hasn't even been shipped yet! In situations like this they should have a live person to speak with and offer the option of a refund. Horrible customer service. I'm so angry, because I've used them several times in the past. I'll be taking my money elsewhere!

I ordered June 16th and it is today June 28th and not even a shipping confirmation. I waited to write this review because I've ordered from them several times (and when I say several I mean more than 10 times) and have never had an issue with shipping, they would always ship right away. But not this time, like other customers are saying they are not shipping anything. Don't order from them, I repeat DON'T DO IT! Your will be very disappointed. They don't address the issue on their instragram but keep promoting their stuff which will only add to the delayed orders more delayed orders. We should all come together and file a lawsuit against this company. It is ridiculous at this point that they keep getting money from us and are not delivering the items. I am seriously disappointed and they should be more responsible and own up that they can't handle the amount of orders they're getting. They should shut down the site until they get up to date with the orders already placed. To the one person who said to chill out, please note that they are not a "few days behind" they are several WEEKS behind. I am sure I will see an updated review from this person with the disappointment of not receiving their order. Again, I recommend NOT ordering from this site as you will be left with no money and no clothes.

So of course, I'm sure you've seen IG models rocking Fashionnova clothing and they all look damn good in it. I've never wanted to order from here until I planned a trip to Vegas and needed some club dresses. I ordered some dresses on June 14- 2 day free shipping with orders 75+, so two days go by and nothing. I wait until the week after and still nothing. I emailed them on the 20th asking where my items were, why haven't I gotten an email confirmation saying my items have been shipped. They send out automated emails saying they're updating their warehouse so shipping it faster, some bs like that. I ask if I can cancel my order since it was obvious I wouldn't be getting it in time for my trip they say no, but they can give me store credit once I've received my items and shipped it back. My question was when was I gonna receive my items? And they say I DONT KNOW. Like what kind of customer service is that? Then they email me saying in 24-48 hrs my stuff would be shipped. (And honestly at this point I was being optimistic) I said I'll wait the 48 hrs. I waited and still nothing from them. So I had to call my bank to file a dispute to try to get my money back. I should've read the reviews online before ordering and if you're reading this review right now then I advise you not to order from that site. It's a 50/50 chance you'll get your items. My friend received her a couple days after she ordered so I thought the site was safe but nope. Hopefully I can get my money back after this dispute. This site needs to shut down or something, or since they have so many people rocking their clothes, they should have better service. Looks like a scam site to me

I purchased some items online and had them sent to my apartment but they are so unprofessional, they didn't put the apartment number. So my items were shipped back and now, according to policy, I have to repay for the shipping for my items to be returned. Hoping they put the apartment number again. Now I am just sitting and waiting. After waiting a week just for my order to be prepared. I highly recommend you don't buy from this site especially if you live in apartments or anything of that sort.
