I've ordered on the 20th of june got a confirmation for ghe order! Took awhile till i got the email that it shipped, when i tracked the order there were a few items missing which i got store credit quite easily, but it's july and still didn't recieve my my order, tracker says my package didn't leave the states which is confusing. I was so excited but now i am so dissapointed from their costumer service!

Horrible

I placed an order on June 19th and it is now July 3rd and I haven't received anything. No shipping confirmation, nothing. I have never had this problem before but it is pissing me off with their automated emails. I will never order from their website again.

They told me my order had been cancelled because those items were no longer available and told me I'd get store credit. They never gave me the store credit. Worst company I've ever dealt with in the fashion industry. Stay. Away.

Love & hate

I love the clothes. Always have received on time and the material of the clothes are good does not feel cheap. However, lately been disappointed with the shipment. I understand the company is updating their system but a heads up before I ordered would have been nice. So I'm sitting & waiting for my order. We are in July now.

I always order from Fashion Nova, and it's a pretty legit website. I've never had issues with them up until this whole system upgrade nonsense. It wasn't the upgrade that I was upset about, it's the way that they handle business that makes me leave 2 stars. My issue with the whole thing is, if you know that there's going to be a delay in shipping orders, you should tell customers that BEFORE they spend their money and click the 2-day shipping option. Not AFTER you've already taken their money. Also, they tell you to email them when you have problems, but firstly they send you an automated email, and you have to reply to them at least twice before you talk to a real person! They take forever to email you back, they never answer the phone, and when you contact them on IG concerning issues with your orders they delete your comments! They have HORRIBLE customer service. I received a dress where the zipper was broken, I've sent two emails, nothing back. Mentioned them on twitter, nothing. You can't message them on twitter and I've messaged them on IG, NOTHING. Left a comment on one of theirs posts, got deleted and they never responded. They are really terrible people when it comes to solving customer's problems. Sucks because I've never had an issue with them but they just might lose a customer with this one.

I ordered from fashion nova on June 23rd it's July 2nd now and still haven't received an email response and I've emailed quite a bit. I did receive a gift card but they didn't tell me what it was for or if my order is being cancelled or what not because on their website it still says it's been ordered just not put through. I just want a quick response regarding my order and can't even get one. They have chain emailed a bunch of their customers regarding their website update and how it is backlogging orders and whatnot but their customer service should be on it because well their reviews are going to $#*!.

Lost a lot of $$

I USED to always order from them because I loved their shopping and the way the clothes always fit. I spent 80 on June 9th and have yet to received anything I'm tired of the waiting so I called my bank to get my refund. They seriously lost so much customer's and business with this slowness they have going on...

DONT. DO. IT! Ordered $145 worth of clothing on June 17th... it's July 1st and STILL haven't received an email confirming that it is shipped. My 30th is in two weeks, and here I was... thinking I'd be extra cute on my big day. Ha! These people are LIARS and CON ARTISTS! I don't have my clothes, but they have my $145 because it cleared my account. Buyer beware.

I dont know whyyyy people rave about a company like THIS... Seriously. #1 When I recieved my items the first time, not only were items FALSE advertised, but they sent me the WRONG color pair of leggings... like the colour they sent me I have never even seen on there site before, or during. The leggings also looked like PJ'S. The items looked NOTHING like they did on the site. At this point, I was just fed up with the store & wanted nothing from them but a refund. So, I sent the items back asap because I was not satisfied at alll. Few weeks later they refunded my money, BUT on THERE gift card only. So, I had no choice no buy from them again. Im irritated but I purchase something on there site. Tell me whyyyy it took them 2/1 weeks to send me out this crappy item, & It was suppose to arrive in 2-6 days, I forgot. The only thing they did was send a sorry email. No discount, no giftcard, nothing. Smh

I placed my order 1 month ago and I still NEVER revieved my money, order, or credit! I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. The customer service number has no live person to talk to just a generic messages. They dont resopnd to emails but still post on social media. Never Ever again. Scam Artist these celebrities need to stop posting them cuz the are ripping customers off!

Their clothes are beyond cute. Decent quality for the price. However, when you are buying their clothes, you're usually buying them for a particular event or a special day. They say if you spend over $75 that you get 2 day shipping. Don't trust this at all. Never pay to get it quicker. They NEVER get it to you on time. The customer service line is terrible. I've been on here 17 minutes so far... just waiting for someone to answer.

Fashion Nova has the worst customer service ever. I've had several orders (3 or 4) where after I've received order confirmation and my order has shipped, they tell me I'll me received a store credit because my item was out of stock. In one of these instances, I ordered an item that I had just received an email stating it was in stock. When I added the item to my cart, it didn't say low inventory or anything like that. They do not respond to emails. Also half the time the items don't fit properly or are cheap material. They don't return swimsuits which are horrible quality and not true to size. Some of their jeans are good but they just buy them wholesale from another place so I'm sure they're not the only company with those jeans. Will never shop there again. Wasted hundreds of dollars re-purchasing items after my items weren't stock and paying shipping fees to send items back. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

When you don't get your order, they send a bunch of childish excuses like, " your package was stolen, " " The carrier is not in function, " which is very suspicious because when I order from other sites like Amazon and eBay, it's never a problem. They don't reply to emails. Said a tracking order didn't come with my order? What? I ordered mine over weeks ago and I want either my money back or order.

The "Shipping Policy" is a complete fraud. They will soon end up in court and have to return customers hard working money. They're definitely going against their own policy guidelines and pretty much scamming folks low key. They'll issue all these store credits, people giving away money because they don't wnna use it due to fashion nova bad reputation. They'll assure them celebrities orders getting pushed out off top... This is the 3 third time I've received an gift card due to non stocked items. The 2day shipping is a rip off to get you to order more but in real life you not getting your s*** no time soon. I suggest everyone report this company as well - that's the only way they'll pull it together. I recently ordered in the middle of June, still haven't received a confirmation number and only a stupid auto reply. This is ridiculous! You'll be better off ordering through the vendor which all of it comes from China ( Tickled). I'm big mad right now because my outfit for 4th of July in my last order. SMDH

Always purchased items from FN and always received all my items on time with no issues. I ordered a dress and heels on June 12,2017 and received it June 17. I placed another order on June 25th and still have not received a confirmation number or an email stating that it's being shipped this is horrible I emailed and called many times and can not get a hold of anyone

I felt for the amount I ordered (which was a lot about 600 dollars worth) that fashion nova prepared and shipped the clothes faster than expected and exceeded my expectations there. I ordered so much and once shipped it was here fastest than I expected. It took less than 4 days to fill and less than 2 to ship. I also would like to mention that the clothes are made for curvier women and they fit amazing. For the price I payed the quality and fit were amazing. I'm not paying for 200 dollar clothes here so I don't expect a miracle but they are far better than any I've bought at a store. The jeans allow for a bigger butt and the shirts are good quality and fit amazing. Size charts are 100% on.

Soooo to the fashion nova staff, Thank you from us curvey girls with big butts who squat and ate mot flat chested that still wana look cute and fit in clothes. I will brag about you to anyone who asks. I even got my sister to order. Thanks for all you do!

Have bought from Fashion Nova about five times and absolutely loved everything I bought, and each time before now I've received my order. Now I spend over $170 and I can't receive my order first thay said I'll receive it in 2 days, now is gone up to 4 days and it's been over a week. And to be honest am reading all these review and I'm very concerned so I'm going to call PayPal and get my money back.
