I ordered items June 23rd and received them this week... I paid for 2 day shipping too which is unfair because I anticipated these items much earlier. Luckily I will have them in time for my event this weekend, but how is that fair to anyone who paid or bought extra items for the shipping benefit and couldn't wear their clothes in time
Bc they were falsely promised something. I panicked I wouldn't get my stuff in time and emailed them to only get a obviously pre-written email they send to everyone. I understand they are going through maintenance and have delays which is fine, but please have the decency to tell that BEFOREHAND (not days to weeks after ordering) to your customers who are excited to receive their items for a special trip/event. Additionally, the material of the clothes are definitely not worth $29 for a dress. Their sale prices are fair but nothing else this company offers should be considered fair to their customers.
Well to start off I purchased over $200 from them im March. The merchandise that was sent to me was damaged and unusable. I sent a request for a refund once I sent the clothes back a few days later in March. I sent them back they only refunded me $24 saying that the items were non-returnable. I then disputed it email them and send pictures saying how can I wear something that is torn dirty ripped and stained. I should get a full refund for selling me something that I can't use. They apologized and gave me an additional $16 what a joke! As a CREDIT not as a refund mind you 3 MONTHS later, so I purchased again my mistake from my vacation which was a week away that was in June 21st. If you're like me you like your money I purchased over $100 worth of product on June 21st and have yet to see it every time I email them I get the same thing regarding delays well I'm sorry delay shouldn't take over 10 days when promise two day shipping with that said I suggest everybody who has dealing with this company should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which I will be doing
This website is a real joke. Complete waste of money. You can only return an item to get a store credit. Which is awful. Their item are not good quality, they take a very long time to ship your order, they do not answer the phone. Your only option to "communicate" with them is by email. When you email them, you only get excuses and offers for more shopping. Honestly, this website is a fraud.

I've placed an order on June 13th and June 22nd; it's July 5th and still nothing. Like I've sent email after email and they send the same damn email I'm sure everyone has received! I've ordered numerous times from FN and have never had an issue until now. What pisses me off most and what I think the others who've commented is that we can't get customer service! They can't attentively reach out to us who are affected behind their $#*! and come to some form of agreement with the customer. Instead, you make a unanimous decision on how YOU will handle someone else hardworking money (OUT YOUR DAMN MIND). You think giving a gift card will smooth things over? HELL NAW! Now had you spoke to someone and that's what we chose to do then yeah but that is not how you handle business. Evidently you suck at that too because I've never seen soooo many recent comments to a company about the same experience! This has truly effected your clientele and value as a business. Ladies/gents... they use you tubers to sell their clothes, like the wig companies. Their business practices are horrible for the hard working person. No refunds only in gift cards. Shop Asos or another company who honors refunds... Now they are falsely advertising their 2 day free shipping until after you purchase your clothes. "They are working on their website" They should refund people's hard earned money. If your purchased on PayPal or amazon I would file a complaint and or contact your bank.
I placed my order on June 23, it's July 5, and I still haven't receive my order. I called several times and get a freaking answering service which makes no sense. When I placed the order, my confirmation said two day shipping. The tracking number doesn't even exist. No One has the decency to reach out to me via phone call. I'm very displeased and disappointed and I would not recommend fashionova to anyone or order from them again..
This is a horrible website. I heard about this website from my cousin and they sent me the wrong item. I'm so mad right now. I'm going to call my bank and cancel this transaction. They arent getting a dime from me.
They are horrible! I ordered from them on 6/30, here it is 7/5 and I have not received a confirmation email or anything. My fashion nova account shows "you haven't place an order yet"... but my checking account shows that the money was deducted. I've been emailing since 6/30 and I've called the 800# (which is a BS line, with an annoying recording.) I've left so many messages, and even commented on their IG post. Still nothing! I will never ever order from them again!
I ordered a dress with this company on 6/25 they stated they needed an additional 4 days. Fine. But here we are 7/5 and still nothing, so I sent an email email to request an update or a refund to my card. They cancelled my order with no explanation but gave me store credit. I'M NOT INTERESTED! They can't evn fulfill the orders as they come and they thing I want my money to be applied as a credit? Absolutely not! I've spent soooo much money with this company and lately they've just been unprofessional to deal with.

The advertise 2 day shipping for $75+ orders which encourages customers to spend more, which I did but they do not honor it? This is so unethical and perhaps illegal. Ordered June 22nd and still nothing. I've sent them numerous emails and receive the same canned email back about an upgrade in their system which are causing orders to be 24-48 hours more processing time. BS because now 2 weeks later with promised 2 day shipping and still nothing. No tracking information nothing. I don't want a damn giftcard for a place who doesn't provide product, I want my full refund back. You seem to have no issues taking our money immediately but take all the time to send product... if at all. That's yet to be seen.
I purchased 5 outfits on June 20th, 2017 for $148 CDN and paid $6 USD for express shipping. All I received was an order confirmation, its now July 5th and Fashion Nova has neglected to ship my products. I am very frustrated since they took money from me and they refuse to provide an update on my shipping, this will be the last time I ever order anything off Fashion Nova. I only managed to get a refund of $6 USD, and I emailed customer support several times with no response. Then a I received a reply from Shanon Hendricks who refuses to give an update. Although there is a delay for shipping this is unacceptable especially since customers have paid for their order. The phone number is a joke because you cant reach a live person. I have already started the process for disputing the charge with my bank and I strongly advise people not to order from Fashion Nova ever again.

The products are satisfactory... but when it comes to return they suck... they force your Return in the form of a gift card so that u have to spend the money with them... half the time the dont have products available... they also sub contract products... ive purchase jeans from them with OTHER NAMES ON THE LABLES... First time buyer with Fashion Nova. Placed an order mid-June- they cancelled my order a week and a half later and refunded it- although i had thought this was literally about to arrive any day.
Placed a second order June 22nd, adding one additional item to my cart (value over $400 USD). I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TRACKING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION.
It is now July 5th- and NOTHING.
I have a trip on July 12th- i was SO excited to wear these items while i was away.
Now I am just SO frustrated and mad that i wasted my time and MONEY when i couldve ordered from other sites OR in store.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
