I ordered from Fashion Nova JUNE 25th It is now JULY 9th. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE WORD ON 7 OF MY ORDERS. I was recommended to Fashion Nova because people said they were the best. THEY FAILED TO MENTION THAT FASHION NOVA IS HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The amount of calls and emails I've sent and NO RESPONSE, it's pissing me off even more. I went on their Instagram page because they're always posting. I commented on a few photos and they wouldn't even reply back and they would still be posting more photos on their page. SMT. Im from The Bahamas and I'm gonna actually take this up with the LAW, EITHER MY CLOTHES BE SHIPPED THIS WEEK OR I GET MY MONEY BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. I aint playing. Im fed up. They better not be taking long with my order because it''s free shipping. Dont advertise anything on your page if its not true.

I called and left a voicemail and emails and got no response until days later. I said I needed the outfit by the 4th and didn't receive it until the 8th. I placed my order July26th and did not get a tracking number or anything until the 6th. It said you will receive one after 24-48 hrs and that was not true. No one would talk to me. I kept emailing saying I wanted my money back refunded on the card I purchased it with and they would not give it back. I finally received my clothes and the strings are ripped up and it has stuff on it. I'm really upset that they kept offering me 30% off my next order when I asked for my money back and said I didn't want it but they kept offering. I will never order from Fashion Nova again.

I placed an order 6/23 and was told I qualified for free two day shipping. My items were not shipped for another 10 days and was received 3 days after it was shipped. Then I did not receive my entire order but instead was given a gift card for the items I did not receive. The only reason I did not give them a 1 star rating is because the items I did get were cute and met my expectations. Buyer beware

The worst online ordering experience I have ever come across. Just like everyone else, I ordered a jumpsuit and they didn't have it in stock so they gave me a bs gift card. I used the gift card for a replacement order on June 13th and it has STILL not shipped! I ordered my items 6 weeks before a vacation I was taking thinking this would be PLENTY of time for my order to arrive and I ended up taking my vacation without the clothes I wanted to wear. I will never ever ever order from this company again. Their customer service sucks $#*!! That's probably why they will only communicate with you through generated emails. The owner of this company is probably on an island somewhere smoking a cigar and enjoying a Jack Daniels while all his customers are being fd up the $#*!. Highly disappointed.

I made an order on July 1st and have not receive order to date and to top it off I got an email saying only some of my items were shipped! I received a gift card with only a fraction of the amount I spent, been emailing and calling without ANY response! I am soooo livid! This is my worst shopping experience ever! I think I will stick to Amazon, they have never disappointed. Mind you, I live in Jamaica and it costs me money with each package I receive, so what Fashiom Nova is doing to its customers is crap! They will soon go out of business if no improvement, mark my word.

I CAN NOT STRESS HOW MAD I AM WITH FASHION NOVA. THIS IS INSANE. I ordered a package worth more than 300 with my hard working money and this is not the first time i have had problems with fashion nova i ordered it on the 27th of june and look at the date now i have been waiting forever! I had a problem with them before because they didnt give me a shirt i ordered so they then gave me a gift card like wtf? If it was sold out why didnt you let me know before i purchased it. This is some bull and i will never shop here again and i will contact my bank because i either want my money and not no damn gift card or my clothes. F*#K YOU FASHION NOVA!

I made a rather large purchase last month and not only did I receive a gift card for 4 of my items that claimed they were in stock, I also received a jumpsuit with the back stitching undone. Since I haven't had a bad purchase from them up until this point I decided to stitch the suit and use the gift card instead of demanding my money back. I just received an email that im receiving yet another gift card for the order I placed to replace the order I never received! They don't even send an apology first & the only way you can contact them is by email! Idk what's going on within their company but this will be the last time I shop with them!

I ordered from FN the 26th of June I was suppose to get my merchandise in 2day... I didn't receive anything stating that they were backed up until the 4th day! I was so pissed because I had ordered my things early due to me attending a wedding July 7th! I didn't get my things until July 6th and that's because I picked them up from the post office! One of my dresses had a hole in it so I was very upset about that! But on a more positive note I love the fit and the prices but they need to have a working number and better communicate with paying customers!

Horrendous customer service! I challenge you to call that CS number. You will NOT get an answer and I can guarantee it. They took my money and NEVER sent my items. On top of that it took PayPal 30 days to make them return my funds! Do NOT order from these ppl. They should be shut the hell down. Thieves!

Confused/scammed

I'm from Canada so I don't necessarily expect this two day shipping thing to be accurate but it's been 7days now. Though it was a long weekend I expected my stuff to atleast be on the way. On Wednesday I got an email stating that my order was shipping but that 2 of my items were still pending. However these items still shows in stock on their website and the tracking number doesn't even work. I emailed them asking why the other items weren't included and I got a generic response. I then responded again to that message and didn't get an answer at all lol. Mind you my main reason for placing an order was for a dress that wasn't even included in what was shipped. These people are legit scammers, I can't not laugh and they are not even smart scammers. The Youtubers never have any complaints, obviously cause they're not even spending any money lol. I generally try not to order from Youtubers referrals unless I have done separate research but I thought this was a real store not just online. Hopefully I can get the money back from my Bank, if not I will really get upset.

I ordered some items from this company on June 29th hoping to beat the July 4th rush. The clothes I ordered was for my 2 month vacation to Europe which I leave for on July 14th. I live in Canada, so it usually takes about 8 business days for my package to get here. Fashion still has not Shipped my ($200US) order, they are not replying to my emails, not answering their phones, not responding to messages on any of their social media, deleting comments off of their instagram account when people start to write the REAL truth about them. By the time I get back from my vacation, summer will be over so I will have absolutely no use for those items.
If you ask me, Fashion Nova does not value their customers time and money, has HORRIBLE customer service & their return policy is absolute TRASH!

Pissed off would be an understatement of what I am feeling right now! I can't even put into words how upset I am! I feel taken advantage of and scammed! I've ordered from them before and recieved my order so I thought they were a trustworthy and legit company, well I thought wrong! These people took my money and never sent my order! I ordered one package that was $286.19 on June 22,2017 and the other package that was $198.19 on July 1,2017! This adds up to be about $484! Still haven't even recieved a tracking number which means neither package has been shipped yet. Which means the 2 day shipping for orders over $75 is a complete lie. I've watched many reviews on youtube of customers who haven't even recieved their orders or have recieved some of the things they ordered but not all of it. Which is pretty $#*!ed up because the items said they were in stock. I've also heard that when they don't send you your order they try to make up for it by sending you this gift card that is even less than the money you spent when you purchased. If you guys can't send customers their first orders, why would they want to order from you again? I've heard so much bad $#*! about this company it's ridiculous but if they are scamming they will eventually get caught! I've called Fashionnova, no response. Emailed them, no response. Contacted them on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, still no response. I'm going to give this one more week, after this I am done. Fashionnova send me my orders like a trustworthy, non-fraud, non-scamming company would do. I either want EVERYHTING that I ordered sent off together or my money back! If my clothes are not shipped off in the next week and no one calls me or reaches out to my email I will have no choice but to file a claim with my bank. But I won't stop there, I will then take this into legal matters because I do not play about MY hard earned money and cannot respect the fact you guys could potentially be stealing peoples money! Send me my orders and contact me ASAP.

I looked at my messages to them on the website about my missing pants and it was pinned "solved". When it clearly isn't. They will not give me my money back or contact me back. I really hope someone takes legal action against this company. What they are doing is fraudulent. You take someone's money but don't send them the product, then issue an in store credit?! It should be a return exception because I'm not returning anything. They just didn't send me my items which is stealing! I hope people countinue to come here to speak on their experience with this awful company. I called my bank to investigate the charge and hopefully have it reversed since they are not shipping the largest part of my order. I'm so so disappointed and will not spend a penny at Fashion Nova ever again. I urge you to do the same.

So almost a month after my order and zero sign of a tracking number, countless unanswered calls and emails, and bad reviews written on a few sites, I finally decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They gave FN 30 days to respond to my complaint. It took only a couple of days after my complaint was filed for Fashion Nova to respond. I received a FULL refund for my order in less than a week. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with them. It is a bit time consuming to answer all the questions, etc... but after trying everything else it was the only way I got my money back and in a very timely manner! Try it!
