As I am reading every review on Fashion Nova I am in total disgust in the fact that i am not the only one experiencing a problem with them. I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB. I also urge you all to do the same. I don't have the luxury of spending money on clothes but when I do I would think that a company would have enough respect to let me know if the items I have ordered are in stock or the day that they will be more likely to be delivered. To have the common courtesy to inform me and to refund me back if the items are not in stock. I have repeatedly left emails and left message on a generic voicemail. Just hearing the voicemail annoys me to no end! This was the first time I have ordered from them and it will definetly will be my last! To those who have not ordered from Fashion Nova, please don't waste your time and your hard earn money! Good luck to those who are going through the same exact problem.
I always order from Fashion Nova and I normally get my items within 3 to 5 days. I placed an order back on 6/23 and still haven't received it. I ended up processing a claim with my PayPal account. My friend placed an order on the 6/30 and she got her order on 7/5. I'm like WTF, I still haven't gotten mines yet. This new system is CRAMP that they have updated to and it's about to cause them a lot of loyal customers.
My first few orders were received seamlessly. Then the problems started. Only half orders received and no credit given until I contacted via email multiple times. The items that weren't sent were still showing as available on the website. Right now I have half an order I never received and can't get anyone to respond.
I placed an order and weeks later when I decided to wear the romper dress, I took off the tags and as I look in the mirror I noticed a rip in the skirt inseam. I email them and get some random general email that made no sense then email again, no response. Email again and said basically that due to company policy there was nothing the could do. Next I ask about a recent purchase June 26th, I see it in my account as unfilfilled but did not get an email or anything regarding my order. I've asked several emails regarding this order and nothing. Then I see a gift card for the amount of the product not including shipping. So I call and I am left on hold for 20 minutes then get disconnected or hung up on. Call again and it's a voicemail and hung up on again... do not order from here. All they give u is store credit and don't even let you know the item is out of stock. My last item I only ordered because it said in stock, I got an email notification because I was waiting for it. I did not want store credit again... now I'm stuck and scammed out of my money!
This company doesn't even notify you of items that weren't shipped due to inability to fulfill order. It's up to you to thoroughly check your packing slip against your initial receipt and make sure you were charged correctly
Also, there are so many fake reviews on this website. The quality of the clothes are complete trash and i won't be shopping here ever again
I think it is time for a class action lawsuit. Everyone on here, Facebook, Instagram should file a group suit against them. They are taking money and not shipping items, that is completely against the law. They believe they are saving face by putting a recording on their phone that there is a possible 4 day delay but that information is supposed to be prior to ordering not after AND it has been a month for our items. Is there a lawyer on this page?
I placed two orders almost a month ago, one of them shipped partially and I'm still waiting for the other dress that never shipped out. Also that same day I placed another order of one jumpsuit and I still haven't received that order as well... I don't want your giftcards I want what I ordered! I used to be a big fan of Fashion Nova for months and months, because the order was always super fast, good quality and customer friendly. I don't know what is going on the last couple months. I've placed an order a week ago and I received a confirmation email that they've received my order, yet I haven't received a tracking number which they do immediately. Two days later I receive a ''gift card'' via email, which was kind of weird. I've sent them an email and I receive the same $#*! over again. I contacted someone via Instagram and she told me that the items are out of stock... NOT! Didn't pay a lot of money, but I still want it back. Like I said to Fashion Nova: ''You're losing a lot of customers, including me.'' Fashion Nova used to be so damn good... Such a shame. They've been replaced by a bunch of scammers!
Ive been a long supporter of Fashion Nova but these last 3 weeks have been awful. Ive never had a problem getting my order on a timely manner and getting everything I ordered. BUT this last order I ordered 5 items over $100 which mind you is 2 day shipping BUT I was told via email it would be longer than normal which I was fine with but then only 2 items shipped and then I get a gift card for the other items with NO explanation on if my other items will be shipping. I looked online the clothes are ordered are in stock and in my size so I have no idea what is going on. I emailed twice to see if my items will still be shipped and no response. Today I just used the stupid gift card and re ordered the same items I wanted to begin with BUT after reading everyone's reviews Im doubtful these will ship and Ill get another stupid gift card. Whats going on FN you used to be sooo good with shipping and items

I ordered from this store and paid 5 day shipping, It's been 2 weeks and nothing. To make it worse, one of the items i ordered was not even dispatched or processed and I just got a gift card of the same value to buy from them, instead of just giving me a refund. If they didn't have the item in stock they should have said, when question them about it, They just never respond, only the same automated email! They didn't even bother to explain why they're sending that gift card, I had to figure it out myself.
Fashion nova was a huge disappointment. Dress was poorly made/ripped. Bra didn't work like it was supposed to. Shoes not true to size. They won't except items that have been worn, I tried on the heels and when I took the off the sole looked as if I had walked in them all day. Ridiculous! So I can't return them... The lace on my dress was torn. The stitching on the back was falling apart. The shoes were not true to size like many "costumers" stated. Dont buy from this site
In 3 out of 6 of my orders - my order has never come. When I asked them about it, it takes them days to reply and then they either say it was out of stock or that they cancelled the order. Then, they have the audacity to only give me a store credit and not refund me for shipping. How can you keep money and charge someone shipping on a product you never shipped? They should be shut down. They have no values and are scammers.

So I placed my order on June 30th for 2 items a body chain and a bikini. I got an email that my order is confirmed. 2 days go by and I didn't receive an email for my tracking number. So I was confused and emailed fashion nova hoping to get a response. After multiple tries I get a confirmation that ONE ITEM out of the TWO got shipped. I once again emailed them countlessly trying to get answers as to why my other item didn't get shipped. At this point it's been a week. And no one is answering my questions aside from sending me an automated email back. FINALLY someone responds and they said my order has been shipped and they have me a 30$ gift card. Me thinking it was for the inconvenience as I was already upset it had taken this long for even a small response. BUT THEN. I get an email saying my order hasn't been shipped because it's out of stock which is why they gifted me the 30$ gift card. The item. Purchased was 40$ usd... I'm from Canada so converting that would be around 45-50$cad. How does that even make sense? I just wanted the bathing suit not to be mislead about my order. Extremely unprofessional and the entire situation isn't being handled well. I'm trying to speak to someone physically over the phone but clearly isn't working. I'm unhappy and at this point I either just want them to send my things to me or give me a full refund so I can shop with someone who will take my business seriously.

I placed two orders with FashionNova. I did receive my order from June 26th, but only partial of the order I placed on June 16th! I emailed them asking about this, and get no response. I ask on their IG Page and get no response. Their customer service is horrible! How can you not answer your customers when you have their money!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
