I order $111 worth of clothing from them and was only sent 1 pair of jeans that didn't fit. I sent the jeans back to the company. After I sent the jeans back I emailed the company 3 times and no rely. I called the company 2 times and no answer. I want to know where is my money or where is my items? What is wrong with your customer service? Do you even have a customer service representatives to answer emails? Fashion nova send all the YouTubers all these clothes for free but paying customers can't get their items that they paid for? Fashion nova is a million dollar company. What's going on?
My daughter ordered 1 pair of jeans from fashionnova on 6/20/17. This was her very 1st and very last order from them. Website said 2 day shipping which turned into 2 weeks. After 2 weeks we called them a few times. No one answered the phone. We emailed them twice. After the 2nd email they emailed us back stating the item not in stock and they are issuing us a store credit. WE DONT WANT A STORE CREDIT, WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. We will never order from them again. It is unethical to be able to keep peoples money this way. Why would we ever want to order from a company that thinks its okay to simply steal our money after we place and order with you. Think I will reach out to the Better Business Bureau about this company.
The rating should actually be on a negative scale, their customer service is so messed up. I placed an order on the 12th of June and it is over a month now yet my order has not been shipped. I contacted their customer service severally but all I keep getting is the automated mail. They take your money and just hold on to it without sending your items. Order at your own risk!
This is not a reputable company. They will charge your card and not process or ship your order for months and keep making excuses.
I ordered two pair of shoes from they send one and then send me a email to say that it out of stock. Waiting more than a week and nothing. For they to come and send an email with a gift card that I used before with no money in it. Send several emails and I got was those stupid general emails. If is so ridiculous I am so mad that I wasted $30 in these shoes to get nothing back,, They suck as a company. Don't waste your time and especially your money..

I will never order from fashion nova again. I have ordered from them about 10 times. Each time spending $80-250. They NEVER ship within their advertised 2 day shipping. And ALL of my orders were missing items. They give you a gift certificate which you can use to order from them again which is more than irritating. The items never look the same as they did when ordering. Some of them are awkwardly fitting and poorly made. The most recent time I ordered I needed a dress for a concert so I ordered 3 weeks early and it hasn't even DISPATCHED within 2.5 weeks. I didn't get my dress in time as they don't ship to my company so I had to send it to my shipping company and I still paid duty on items that WERENT in the package. I called and called and called but no one answers or emails back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME WITH THEM. YOU SHOULDNT EITHER.
I had placed a order and one of my items was still processing. I write customer service and Ariel had replied to me saying that the have refunded me my money and that they have gave me store credit. Not once did i get a email saying i got store credit or that my item was being refuned. I got a gift card in a email saying i had $24 and change yo use. My item that i had bought cost $34.99. The took some of my money and they dont want to give the money they took back. They say thay gave me "$24 and change " back. I will never shop there agin.

I placed an order based on your 2 day shipping, then come to find out your systems were down and I wasn't going to get my items on time. I e-mailed, called and messaged your company on Instagram in regards to this matter. When I called all I got was a recording, no way to actually speak to a live person. When I e-mailed I got the same recording in an automated e-mail. On Instagram someone actually responded but all they had to say was, "sorry for the inconvenience please contact customer support through e-mail or phone". I explained to them that I had try that already and wanted to cancel my order since I wasn't going to receive it by the time I needed the items. The person on Instagram told me, "sorry once an order has been placed no changes or cancellation can be made". I think this is absolutely ridiculous as your are not fulfilling the order on time, so I don't see why cancelling is a no when the order hasn't even been processed. Absolutely ridiculous! If I could give you 0 stars based on your customer service, I would. Still waiting on a response and my items...
Absolute scam! Order a two piece over a month ago, still hasn't arrived, have emailed them twice and rang them twice and still have got no reply! Service is absolutely appalling
Took my money have me a credit note and didn't deliver the other half of the shipment. I got NOTHING. Don't follow the ig models the clothes I have from previous orders aren't all that!
I purchased from them, sizes were misleading and I shipped back the items. Two weeks later no store credit or money back. I emailed them with the shipping tracking number Fashion Nova acted like they never got it at all! Then the following day they told me the items in my shipping box they found weren't the same that I purchased from them! AND when I asked for a manager to call me providing my phone number they completely stopped communicating with me. I recommend touchdolls anyone else but this company I lost over $100 to this company. I was accused of false accusations & robbed by fashion nova. Without any communication they left me no choice but to start filing a complaint with better business & FCC.
Extremely misleading in absolutely everything -- sizes, quality, returns. Etc. The items are a hit or miss. I placed an order a month prior to my trip with 2 day shipping. They did not advice me of any possible delays and after two weeks I wrote them an email almost everyday inquiring about my order-- you can't customer service because its virtually nonexistent. You get an automated system that then connects to a Voicemail. Finally, almost a month after my order was placed and countless emails, a rep( Kassandra Perez) writes back to tell me she can't give me a refund-- she not once address my order, the delay, nor an update. DO NOT ORDER... Rip offf... and theres nothing you can do once you place your order to get your money back, except for, trying to dispute it with your bank. They lie about their " 1-2 days " response time --- Horrible
Ordered 2 items, and only one of the items shipped with no explanation of what happened to the other item. After sending 5 emails and 17 days later I finally got a response but they misinterpreted the email, they thought I was asking why shipping was taking so long, so I sent yet ANOTHER email explaining the situation in 'Dummy' terms so they could understand and they replied that the item was out of stock when I ordered it, even though it said there were 14 of that size left in stock when I ordered! This has happened before so they have still NOT BOTHERED to fix their website! Very unprofessional and misleading! Do not buy from them! Other clothing websites do the right thing and refund via PayPal straight away! The good reviews on here are FAKE!
It's been 4 weeks since I placed my order and after emailing countless times, I have yet to receive an actual response... not some copy and paste generic answer they send to everyone! Tracking details provided are useless. Getting very frustrated. All this BS with upgrading their website so orders will be delayed... smh
I ordered a bralette with matching pants. The site said it was in stock. I got an email saying that my shipment will be sent separately. I waited only to find a gift card (which was for the amount that I paid for the matching pants). I never received an apology or explanation as to why I got this gift card. It was obvious why they sent it to me, but it would have been great customer service to give me an explanation, an apology, and at least a choice if I would like my money refunded or a gift card. I went and disputed this with PayPal. It's disappointing because I never had any problems with Fashion Nova until now. They have decent quality clothes, but the customer service is trash. It's impossible to speak with a real person and I've noticed they delete negative comments off their instagram. Very SHADY...
Don't buy from here. Ordered boots and weeks later received a gift card for LESS than what I even paid and they canceled the order because they're now "out of stock." I got an email from customer support literally telling me to "disregard our website as we are currently experiencing an inventory issue." But, then you go on their Instagram and they are posting and promoting every few minutes. Why would they not be letting people know they are having inventory issues? Exactly the definition of a scam.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
