I used to order from fashion nova since 2 years. At the beginning never had any problems! Since one year they never sent me my complete order! My last 3 orders there was at least always two things missing. When I phoned them... no answer, email... no reply! They block all unhappy customers on Instagram Facebook! They're deleting comments on social media! They don't give you your money back! That is criminal... these nasty people belong in court/jail! I wonder how many people got robbed by fashion nova! My last order is totally missing! They sent me an email that my parcel is sent but the link is not working. Since weeks it is in transit! Since weeks! Can't understand why nobody stop that cheating money robbing company! Do not order from them!

I ordered 12 items since JUNE 29TH got an email my items were confirmed. I have sent numerous emails to only get a giftcard for 12.58 and another giftcard for 17.00 which is less then what I paid for all my items everytime I send them a email I get an automated email stating to wait 4 business days since 06/29 its over 4 bizdays It still show the items I ordered as available and in stalk! There customer service suck I been shopping with them for months and never had a issue until then VERY UPSET AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN ~!

I guess every customers have experienced what they do when the products are sold out. They just simply send gift card without any explanation. And even after I noticed some products are not delivered, I can find those products are still available on the website. They seems they don't really correct the wrong system as quickly as possible, cause they earn more money from that. Gift card means the money will be spend for their website in the future. So many poor girls including me ordered apparently "Available" products, and our money hold on the Fashionnova.
Good job fashionnova! You guys know how to take out the money from girls!

Also I would like to mention they don't even give the exact same amount u paid as a gift card. The girls who got a gift card from them, you guys would be better to check the real amount u spent with the gift card.

Don't do it! Don't order clothes from this site no matter how good they might look online. I placed and order and didn't even receive my order for 3 weeks. Emailed them and they told me I have to wait a full month to make sure. No package. Emailed them back. He said he will check with the shipping dept. later on that day I get an email stating that there was a miscommunication and they just sent out my order. It's funny because the first order I placed, I received a confirmation email with the tracking # that NEVER updated. It was fake. When they actually sent my order my tracking info was updated frequently. When I actually received my order I got my 2 items and the dress I ordered that was $25 was sent in a large - when I ordered small. And by the way I took it as a loss before they sent me the package, I was SHOCKED when I received it in the mail. And opening it I was worried what was even going to be in it. If there was anything I ordered at all.

I placed an order on 7/7/2017 and right I got an email saying that my order is confirmed, the next day I got an email saying that my order is on it's way. Fashion Nova sent me an invalid tracking number and I'm trying to tell them that but they are just sending automatic messages which are very annoying. Also they said 4 business days and 4 business days have passed. No email with the correct tracking number. Have no idea where my package is. The customer service SUCKS.

Ive seen so many great review and no bad ones so i took a chance and order 35 ideams all adding up to 750 dallors i odered three days ago and still havent got any new emails only automatic

First of let me just say, fashion nova can kiss my@$$. I ordered from them a few times it was fine, loved my items. But I recently ordered from them on July 4 and it said it would take 4 business days too ship out so I was okay with that. I still have not received my items! I'm extremely irritated because people who have ordered this past weekend have already received their order. How does that make sense! Not to mention ive called numerous times and emailed as well and no $#*!ing answer. THEY BETTER SEND MY $#*!. Otherwise they need to credit my account back! And include shipping rates! This is the worse customer service I've ever received. I would rate it a negative 5.

I emailed fashion nova serval times asking them to cancel my order and i did not receive an email back! 4 days later i get an email saying my order has been shipped. Why would they ship the order when i asked them 4 days prior to cancel it? AND they only shipped ONE item and gave me a online gift card for the rest of the items. I emailed them several times letting them know i do not want a gift card i want my money back! I will never use to the gift because I will never ever purchase anything from this website I rather walk naked. Ive emailed them about 7 times and i haven't received ONE email back and i haven't gotten my money back. Worse costumer service I ever experienced omg. Do not waste your money and time on this site!

Ordered 4 items on June 30, received the dreaded gift card for one unavailable item a few days later. I think it's bullsh*t to charge someone for something that isn't available so I wrote their customer service 6 times and never ONCE heard back. Of course they keep sending me their lame promotional emails. Fast forward 2 weeks and I got my other 3 items seamlessly. Shipped out in about 3 business days from order placed and then another few days for delivery. The clothes are cute, got a romper and two bikinis. Definitely not top quality but also not falling apart. I mean, you pay 29 bucks for a dress, don't expect designer quality. Good clothes to get for an occasion like birthday or vacation but not every day wear. Not sure if I'd order again, as it's so hit or miss for everyone.

Stay away! Do not order from this website. Do not trust those instagram rats who "love" this site. They get paid big money to post pics of free clothes they get sent out. But for the normal people who work hard for their money learn from our mistake! They take ur money and never actually send ur order.
I have ordered only 2 things from this website over a month ago. A necklace and a sunglass case and they still cant manage to send out 2 little things properly. I kept emailing and they just kept sending automatic emails saying theyre improving their sebsite or some shipping delivry bullsh*t and no one has gotten back to me about when my order will actually be SENT out...

Im so pissed and frustrated i am literally going to blast this website on every review site possible so no one else has to deal with this crap that we all have to deal with now...

I placed an order on a Saturday for 8 items totaling about $150. My order was received timely... I had everything that I ordered correct size etc by Friday which isn't as bad as the other reviews on here. 2 stars because everything I got is SO ugly in person. The material feels cheap and like its going to fall apart. What I got looks literally nothing like it does online. I don't plan on keeping any of it and I'm going to file a dispute with my credit card company so I can get my money back. I don't even want their crappy store credit. I'll never buy from them again.

At the end of May I order 3 items totaling $70 and it is now the middle of July and I have yet to receive anything. They sent me an email saying my order has been shipped but there is NOTHING. I checking with USPS and they said they only made a shipping label but never sent anything. I have called their customer service number OVER 50 times and I have yet to receive anything. Not even an email response back. This company now has the big head and their loyal customers get screwed while they make sure celebrities get free items so they receive more publicity. I truly hope this company crashes and burn because they do NOT care about their real customers. The ones who spend their hard earned money for their over priced products. They need to either run me my money or give me what I paid for! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
