Fashion Nova is TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service. I ordered a dress on July 3 2017. I only received one of the three items. I later received an email saying my order is being "processed for shipment". A few hours later I get a separate email saying I have a gift card available. Nothing is attached to this email. No message nothing! I assumed it was I signed up to be a "nova babe". So I ordered a few items with the gift card. Those items come... Not my two dresses. I look for a number to contact fashion nova. There isn't one. I email. Days later I get some sort of generated message saying how they were making upgrades but are now complete and my order will be processed. I get the usual "thank you for your patience" song. I wait a few days... Nothing... So I email again... I get another message explaining that is why I got the gift card as a courtesy. They stated orders were being worked on. I ask when it will be shipped. I get the email saying " There will be no shipment, my gift card was my refund"! Mind you... They suggested I can use it or give it to a friend. WHY WOULD I GIVE THE CARD TO A FRIEND IF I COULD HAVE REORDERED THE DRESSES OR GOT ANOTHER COLOR?! Also... When I ordered, it NEVER said the dresses color or size were not available... I will NEVER shop fashion nova again. There are some games being played with peoples time and money!
I use to order fashion novas sub par clothing all the time only because a lot of the styles can't be found around toronto without a hefty price tag. The biggest issue with the clothing itself is the quality which i was willing to look past until i stopped receiving my orders all together. Took me 3 weeks to get a refund (in the form of a gift card) from them. I've never heard of any business not offering you a full refund in the form of original payment when the issue is on their side. Now they offer 30% off as an apology. Saddest decline of a company i've ever witnessed
I ordered on the 24th of April and I still haven't received my items, which I payed over 120 for! They stop responding to your emails too. It's $#*!ed up.
I ordered my things June 12th. Still haven't received them. They charged my card right away but it took 5 weeks and still nothing. I called, left voicemails and emails... no response. Never buyng from here again. Had to contact paypal for a refund. What a fraudulent site!

I received my order today! After placing it on July 13! And let me tell you. When I open my order and I was about to try the jeans omg! It had the nastiest smell! So disgusting! I thought it was the bag but when I was holding the jeans and smelled them! Ugh ewwww it smells so badddd! I would never ever order from this website plus the clothes look so cheap quality! Don't spend your money here! There's better websites on IG and don't take to long to ship your items! Fashion nova should at least offer free shipping! Since they take for ever to shipped an item! And also they don't refund your money! They give u a card instead! What a waste of time and money! I should of known better! This website was gonna be a rip off! Scamming website! Very disappointed
I ordered a lot of cloths last week! They canceled my order and never gave me back my money! I've been trying to contact with them but they never respond! DONT PURCHASE FROM THAT WEBSITE AGAIN! It used to be my favorite place! I've been buying my cloths from their website for the last 2 yrs but not anymore!
Just like everyone else I experience the same issue. I went to the website saw two pair of heels I liked but they were out of stock. I got an email 2 days later stating that the items were in stock and go ahead to purchase them. I understood that there would be a 4 day wait to ship out but I ordered my items on june 6th and never got an email for tracking. It is not July 19th and I get an email stating that my items are out of stock. If I were you ladies I would call my bank a dispute the purchases because they only gave me a portion of what I paid in a gift card and frankly I want my money back on my card. Its wrong how they treat people I sent 4 emails before I got a reply and a voicemail. Never will I purchase from them again. Sorry NOT SORRY
Whatever you do, DO NOT order anything from these folks. They will have you pay for the items online and then tell you it's not in stock and try to give you some bogus gift card. They are purposely stealing peoples money this way as this is the 2nd time in a ROW that they've done this to me. And of course, they will not respond to any emails you send regarding a refund and/or order status. With all of their followers online I just hope they go out of business because they are a fraud. I do not believe they actually have all of the items they post on their website.
I rather buy in person i bought the clothes online, it was the wrong size i couldnt return. The people at the store couldnt assist me, i work for my money and the clothes is still in its damn tags i live in califprnia and took them 2 weeks to ship out. Bbb for sure worst business ever

Its my fourth time order from fashion nova. I was very pleased with what i got in the past.The last time i order total came back to around 120$CAN. Few days later got a gift card thinking that i had spend so much that the company had decided to offered me a gift(stupid me) ends up being because one of the item were out of stock. The most important item! Planned on wearing it to a wedding. Will honestly think in the future to order from you guys again
Second time purchasing with Fashion Nova, didn't turn out as I thought it would. Purchased 4 items paid for international shipping on top of that the AUD rate is horrible. Get emails saying my items were all packed and shipped to me. Few days later get an email about a gift card? I was so confused so decided to spend it, paid for shipping again. Few days later, get another email stating that this company has "improved" their online system and if something isn't in stock they would automatically send u a gift card! Ridiculous! For a big popular company you'd think they would have their $#*! together, checking stock instead of sending false emails to customers saying that ALL items were shipped!
I've been a loyal customer for over a year and everything was fine until this year. I've even had to report them to the Better Business Bureau (and everyone reviewing here should do it too). I've ordered from them 3 times in the past 2 months and each time there was an issue with them charging me for clothing and not shipping it saying it's out of stock when their website says otherwise. And instead of refunding my money back they'll send a gift card so that they can pocket my actual money without sending my clothes. I've had to threaten to dispute the charge with my bank each time before they actually gave me a refund. And each time it literally took them weeks to get back to me with any update or response to my emails.
They have no customer service. I tried tweeting them, DMing them, emailing, calling and nothing. They even had the nerve to block me on IG after inquiring about my order instead of answering a loyal customer's question. It seems like they also delete any negative reviews and comments on their website and Instagram page. As much as I loved this store before I will NEVER shop with them again. Taking forever to fulfill orders is one thing but disrespecting those who spend their hard earned money at your business by stealing their money, and blatantly ignoring and blocking them takes it to a whole new level.
They have started to steal from their customers. I placed an order on 5/9/17 for 15 items that cost me over $300 including a jeans skirt. I received all my other items on 5/15/17,6 days later, instead of the 2 day shipping. I live in the U.S. by the way. I however didn't receive the jeans skirt and these piece of $#*! people send me a gift card of 18.50 when I bought the skirt for $34.99? I have been emailing them but they're not telling me anything that's helping me. They're not responding to my emails. I won't stop until I get my damn money. Never had this problem with them before. It's so sad that I'll stop shopping at my favorite store because of their stealing
Hello I have contacted you numerous time on my returns that I shipped to you over a month ago and have not received any type of credit, refund or payments back. A worker by the name of Brenda accepted the item but never post a refund to my account. This have been over a month ago. Obviously someone is not doing their job here. I recently ordered a month ago, have not received anything. Every time I try to e-mail them, it's some automated message BS about them fixing their website, etc. I just want my stuff, I tried to e-mail about a refund and call and the same BS. So unnecessary and such a hassle, I just got TWO things, you guys have ONE job and apparently that's hard. The communication lacks, I never had an issue before so didn't think anything of it. I'm so glad I didn't spend more money. Honestly so pissed and disappointed!

I actually liked them until recently. My first 2 orders were sent with NO issues. This last order was horrendous and I wouldn't do business with them again! I made a purchase on July 4, and never received my item. They had the nerve to send me a gift card for less than the amount I've paid. WTF? I called customer service the first time and got the Hey Nova babes prompt. I called my bank to dispute the charge. I then phoned again and pressed #4 and finally spoke to an agent and she informed me that they cancelled my order... I'm like, why didn't you guys inform me of that? She stated that it was the fulfillment team and not them. There's NO way for a self respecting merchant to treat their customers in this manner! Oh well, they lost another customer! Life goes on! *Kanye shrug*
ONLINE store. IT IS A SCAM BEWARE! Here are the reasons why:
1: fashion nova claims they have a 2 day shipping on orders... now they are giving people a lame excuse of 4-5 business day delay. THERE ARE ORDERS FROM MAY that fashion nova has yet to send out to their customers. (mine being from june 13)
2. They DON'T DO REFUNDS, even if you are within their policy guidelines for a refund.
3. they DO NOT NOTIFY YOU OF OUT OF STOCK ITEMS, they will allow you to purchase products that are out of stock, not let you know, then issue a "gift card" for less $$ than what you payed for the item. ABSOLUTELY no refunds.
4. they are constantly DELETING NEGATIVE comments/reviews on social media so other people do not find out about their fraudulent behavior.
5. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, don't bother calling, because they have no one answering phones on purpose. They know what they are doing and they are avoiding talking to the consumer/public at all costs.
6. EMAILS: only getting generic responses with NO resolutions.
7. fashion nova continues to advertise and post on social media while TONS of people have been trying to get answers for missing orders. WHATS WORSE IS THAT THEY KEEP ADVERTISING THAT THEY OFFER 2 DAY SHIPPING KNOWING THAT IT WILL TAKE WEEKS BEFORE ANYONE GETS THEIR ITEMS, let alone IF they even get their items...
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS, NOTIFY THE (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE FTC) IF YOU CAN, THEIR JOB IS TO LOOK INTO SCAMS LIKE THESE AND SHUT IT DOWN.
For those in the same position as me with not receiving refunds or your orders, CALL YOUR BANK AND FILE A CLAIM. Ive heard alot of people are issuing claims and getting their money back through the banks, and that the banks are apparently catching wind of what Fashion Nova is doing. DONT BE A VICTIM OF SCAMMERS!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
