After reading the reviews, it seems I am not alone in my frustration with this scam of a website. I've bought stuff from them before and ended up getting a store credit for my items because they do not have my products. THIS IS ILLEGAL and WE MUST STOP THEM. Let's gather together and take them down with a class action.

I am so disappointed in Fashion Nova! I have reached out to them several times about my order and still do not have it when I ordered it back on July 1st and here we are July 25th. They told me they were backed up in shipment and to give it an additional 1-2 business days on top of the 48 hour shipping process. It has been a whole month and I still do not have my order! I am annoyed with Fashion Nova because I have emailed them and they kept sending me back the same response... "wait an additional 1-2 business days". I am tired of waiting for something I have spent my money on. I have asked when my shipment will be delivered and still nothing! I am highly upset with them! Fashion Nova is a complete scam. They refuse to issue refund even if the issue was on their end. For example, they will charge you even if something is out of stock and then issue you store credit as a "courtesy". Another example and more recent, my entire package was returned to them after being undeliverable and I had to email them back and forth for a month unsuccessfully to get a refund. Yet, they still refused to issue a refund after telling me verbatim that a refund would be issue into my account. As per usual, they issued a store credit that I did not need or what. They completely suck as well as their customer service. The clothing is also cheaply made and often cut small so don't believe the hype.

Place an order for 6 different items on July 2. Didn't receive one of the items worth 49.99. Called several times, but have never gotten through an automated system. Wrote 3 different emails, but only get automated replies. If I do not hear back from the by the close of the business day today, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with my credit card company for fraud. I suggest you do the same.

I ordered dresses on 17 july as flat rate 2 day shipping for 22 july and its 24 july my order hasnot been shipped yet i sent them 3 emails but still no reply. All they send is automatic message is this what you do of people hard earned money? I need my refund anyhow... never ever buying here again. Biggest mistake of my life... they just want to rob people and be rich... please guys never shop here and save your money. All u can do is regret later and nothing else. They robbed me bad

So I've ordered nine items from this site in one order. It was paid for and everything. I received six out of 9 of the items, and that was like three -four weeks ago! I still haven't gotten the other things and I was told I'd be issued a gift card for something I ordered that was ' out of stock', meanwhile I didn't even ORDER that item and I haven't GOTTEN the gift card. They don't answer your emails and the customer service is just terrible. So angry.

Fashion nova is a scam now... They canceled my order and never gave me back my money! I've been trying to contact with them but they never respond! They wii feed u bull$#*! how they upgraded there system. But yet wont acknowledge the fact ppl still didnt receive item, nor there money. DONT PURCHASE FROM THAT WEBSITE AGAIN! It used to be my favorite place! I've been buying my clothes from their website for the last 2 yrs but not anymore!

I've expierenced the same issue as everyone else. I placed an order on 6/15 & was charged for shipping ok whatever. & Never did it cross my mind that it would take them 2 weeks to ship my order &&&&& an incomplete order. I ordered 6 items only 3 shipped yet the items are STILL shown as available online? Ok.

I then received a gift card okay not complaining but then I started doing the math & the gift card was for much less than the amount I spent on those 3 items. What? & I was also not refunded for shipping! By this point I was pissed & wanted my money back not a stupid gift card. I tried emailing, calling & no answer.
Yesterday 7/19, my call FINALLY went through to speak to a LIVE person. Hoping the representative would help me I was wrong! She kept giving me the run around claiming "oh you used a coupon code..." ummm excuse me I did the math I know how much I spent for those 3 items. Fast forward she refused to give me my money back, "we have a strict refund policy" okay all this mess is clearly your company's mistake! I was hoping to resolve this quickly but was wrong, will be reporting.

Please make sure you guys check your amount that is being refunded, they will take advantage.
