I have ordered two times at fashionnova and those two times I didn't have a big deal except for the first time they did the trick with the gift card and by mistake for one and two items send me the wrong size (could have happen with any company and I ordered a lot of clothes that time), the second time was perfect. I was suprise when I saw all these negatives review about fashionnova and now... I understand why!

They are money hungry, it's already digusting that some of their clothes are so much cheaper in other places like Ali express and they sell it way more expensive and then there's their manipulative tactics with gifts cards and to gain more money from shipping.

They pretend to give coupon codes like 30 % for ex: than play the gift card trick they issue you with no explanation about why the heck you will not receive the $#*! that you wanted and the card is not enough to buy what you really want, can't even cover shipping so the coupon code didn't serve up to anything.

They supposedly give 15 & off for each reviews while it's stupid because at the main page I often see 20 %, 30 % (so you see it's more worthy than writing a review for their money hungry manipulative scam $#*! that they are!) What a joke!

I'm having $#*! right now because in one of my order that they throw me their stupid gift card I used it to buy other stuff and when I received my cloth wasn't there! That's what I was waiting the most for.

I have enough of this shameless company that needs to be shut down.

Those of you who never had a problem with fashionnova (of course they aren't going to scam everyone) but wait until it's your time and turn in your next order you risk of being disappointed. Also, I'm sure some of the positives comments are from the fashionnova. Don't waste you money with this company!

I'm so frustrate right now since I'm on budget and was hoping to find some durable clothes even tho some are expensive.

From what I read on other websites this shamelesss company delete the negative comments. They are trying hard to hide their shadiness and don't care about anything than finding ways to make tons $#*! of profits in many ways.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They sent me half my order, when I emailed them they gave a bull$#*! reason that apparently the item went out of stock. If I hadn't have emailed them they wouldn't even have bat an eye. Items are poor quality. Customer service is a joke. They won't even refund the amount, they just gave me a gift card with the money I paid for the item on it - but get this - I got a bulk order to save on international shipping. The item was on sale and now if I want to use the stupid gift card I have to pay for shipping. STAY THE $#*! AWAY FROM FASHION NOVA. They are a bunch of photo shopping China slavery influencer $#*! kissers.

I got a notification that a jumpsuit was back in stock so I placed an order for the overnight shipping the next night my order still hadn't been fulfilled so I emailed them and they finally sent me a tracking number for everything but the jumpsuit instead they sent me a stupid gift card but I looked on their website and the jumpsuit is still being sold in the exact size I ordered... buyer beware this is the second time this has happened

Worst company ever. Complete scam unless you're famous. I placed an order on 6/21 and was told I would have my items within two business days. I didn't receive a shipping email until three weeks later! Every time I emailed them, I would receive back a bull$#*! automated message. I called the 800 number dozens of times, using every prompt #, and couldn't get through to anyone. Finally on 7/12 I finally received my order. My order was missing two pair of shorts that were already paid for. Again, I attempted to reach out to them asking when my two shorts will be shipped. No reply, no answers. Nothing. All the website says is that "we are currently preparing these items for shipment". Its over a month since I placed the order and I'm still missing two items with no one reply. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They could careless about regular average customers. They just want your money. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. This company needs to be shut down.

I started shopping on this site a while ago, the clothes are most part bad quality but cheaper than my bebe store, i have so many complaints,, firstable they take my money, they have a 30 day return policy and about 4 items i return they refurnd me back 1/2 of the money i paid, when I email them(because they dont answer the phone, Its practically disconected) they told me that the item is on sale now(wt#), i went to the site and the items where full price, I WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK, that is HORRIBLE,,, and also if you buy something and they are out of stock they won't give ur money back they send u a gift card (omg),,, prefer go to forever 21 if i want to pay less for my clothes and better quality, in other words TAKE YOUR MONEY SOME PLACE ELSE,,,, they wont refund money they send gift cards and no the full amount you pay for,,, i did a last order today just because i have 4 gift cards from them(from returns) but i am glad i am done, no more business with them GOOD BYE fashionnova go and take somebody elses moey

I have been a loyal customer to fashion nova. I always checked their site first when I was looking for an outfit. I will no longer do this. I have ordered an item more than a month ago and I haven't received it. I'm a very patient person and have emailed them several times and got the same automated response. I finally asked to speak with someone and still got an automated response. They also delete your comments on instagram. That's extremely shady to me. I will continue to pester them until I get my money back or receive the item. I will no longer be purchasing from them after everything is resolved.

I ordered my items on 7/25 and paid for 2 day shipping. They did not mail my dress until 7/27 and now I won't get it until 7/29 and that very unacceptable! Thanks FN, I now have to waste money again to buy another dress for a damn wedding! They do not offer refunds instead store credit. I live in PA which is no where near LA! Scammers.

I've been ripped off by this Fashion Nova so called company! Please everyone, don't be fooled by the obviously fake reviews that give them 5 stars and talk about how great their customer service is! I especially love the fake review that states 'someone from customer service called me to make sure I got my dress!' Please... LOL! Obviously these posts are being made by someone within this horrible so called company. Many, many people have been truly ripped off recently. The first time I placed an order online with Fashion Nova was July 17,2017. I received one of the five items I ordered from them. I have tried to contact them via email, online and phone. I haven't heard back from Fashion Nova, so I've opened a claim with my credit card company to hopefully get my money back and shut this so called company down. It's obvious they are stealing money from people! Please beware of the false reviews being posted on sitejabber about Fashion Nova (the reviews that claim their experience with Fashion Nova was good). Again these are false! Don't buy from Fashion Nova! They will steal your money! Buy from a reputable company instead! If you feel Fashion Nova has ripped you off then please report it to your credit card company (if you used a credit card to make the purchase) and the Better Business Bureau right now! This company must be stopped!
Also, just because a "YouTuber" is sponsored by a company doesn't mean the company is legit! FYI - Many kids are watching YouTube and see advertisements from Fashion Nova. This is one of the reasons so many parents are getting ripped off by Fashion Nova... they are praying on the YouTube generation!

I, too, ordered from Fashion Nova with the same disappointing results, as mentioned by others already. I ordered a pair of jeans by using the Fashion Nova size chart. According to them, I was a size 15. I have lost a bunch of weight and haven't been a size 15 in a while, but I figured they just ran small and that I'd give it a try. The jeans came in 3 days, not bad, but not the 2 day shipping they promoted. The wash of these jeans were the first thing I noticed. Completely disgusting and looked nothing like what I ordered. Then I tried them on and they were HUGE. They sagged everywhere and made my body look frumpy and DEFINITELY not like those "body perfect models" they have doing their clothes campaigns on their website. So I RETURNED them. I noticed right away that they don't give refunds, but rather "in-store credits". I thought this was a very clever way for them to cover their $#*! and insure that they get their money. I DIDN'T fight it. I figured I could order a smaller size and be done. I paid $19.99 plus $6 shipping. I used a %30 off discount bringing the total down to $20 even shipping included. Because Fashion Nova does not include a pre-paid shipping label, you then have to pay to RETURN the item, which I think we all can agree that is RIDICULOUS. I paid the return shipping thinking that I would be reimbursed for all the trouble. NOPE! They gave me $13 back in "store credit" which is EQUAL to what I paid just in SHIPPING! This makes me absolutely FURIOUS. The costumer service is ridiculous and I find it funny that there are absolutely no negative comments on their Instagram. I call this a scam because that's exactly what it is. I just feel sorry for the poor people who ordered $400 of items from this store. I guess when you have people like Kylie Jenner, Kim Khardashian, and Black Chyna sporting this brand you wouldn't think that the company would be so slimy, manipulative, and unethical. Maybe if we made as much money as their models or celebrity clientele they would provide better customer service...

I have made 2 separate purchases with Fashion Nova. The first came in a relatively timely manner. However, I placed my last order well over 2 weeks ago and have not received any shipment notification. When I emailed customer service, they responded with an automated email saying they're doing "enhancements" and therefore there may be delays. They said based on the delays, I should allow 4 business days for dispatch. It has now been 12 business days (16 days total) since my order, so I emailed back and have received zero response. I called the customer service number they provide, and it is a fake number. It says that they are "on another line" and if you have any inquiries, that you should email. There is no person on the other end of the phone AT ALL. Furthermore, they do not offer full refunds, just store credit. It is my belief that there is no one available to speak to for this exact reason... so no one can ask for their money back and are ultimately stuck with useless credit for their awful site that does not even ship their products. This site is a scam and I am beyond disappointed. I will be emailing them once more, and if I do not get a response again, I will be reporting to the BBB.
