Two things are wrong with the company! One the customer support number doesn't work, all it does is refers you back to the website! Some of us wants to talk to an actual person! No one should be allowed to order an item that's out of stock and seeing that that's possible they should be given back their money not giving a store credit! No one should be forced to still buy something off the website if the item they wanted it out of stock! It's a terrible was to conduct business!

My very first order with fashionnova quite some time ago was lovely. Everything fit right, quality was great, everything came in a timely manner. My second order was where I started to see issues. I didn't receive a confirmation email until days later. It took weeks getting my order delivered. Once delivered, only 2 of 3 items were there. They issued me "store credit" only AFTER I sent an email calling them out. That being said, they didn't actually respond. I simply recieved an email saying "your gift card is ready!" Unfortunately, due to the fact that I genuinely love their style- I placed two orders a month or two afterwards. BOTH had the same issue (incomplete order)- and both had the same ridiculous conclusion- "store credit". They don't even have the decency to have a proper refund policy. Also, note- the ONLY emails you'll ever received are pre-typed. There is no actual communication. And their "phone line" is just for show, no one ever picks up. Overall, this company has been hyped up these past few months- but slowly people are coming to realize their MAJOR flaws. They will STEAL your money- DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $$$.

Don't waste your time

I placed an order for over $600 dollars in in items! They were supposed to be delivered on the 1st of August. They charged me, and my items were not delivered. This has to be the biggest F**kin scam! No one answers the phone and no one returns emails! I need my $653.98 now!

Fashion Nova Customer service is horrible! I have never had to deal with anything like it. I ordered something and didn't recieve it until 2 weeks later I had a friend order a day after me and she recieved all of her items 3days later she place another order and recieved it 2 days later.

When I finally recieved my items I only recieved 4 out of 5 items I ordered I've been trying to get in contact with them since last week NO response! I've emailed called, no answer. That 2 piece set was over $40 and I would like to use that towards something else I leave for Vegas in exactly a week and they show no interest in pleasing their customers. This will be my last time EVER ORDERING anything from fashion nova. I am very disappointed in the way the run their business. Now I see ordering with them is a hit or miss good luck, take that chance if you want to.

I ordered a dress and it came looking nothing like it did online so I returned it. The item was delivered on July 25 and it's now August 2nd and they're saying they haven't received anything when I see the packaged was delivered. $40 down the drain

I placed in a order on July 28th for an upcoming trip and I paid for a one business day shipping which is $15 dollars, I didn't receive my order till Tuesday and when I got it two out of four of my items were missing. They separated my order and I've been emailing like crazy but have heard nothing back, I've tried to track down the package but it's just showing that they're getting my order together. I'm highly upset seeing I've ordered here several times with no issue. Instead of sending people emails they should have it to were we can speak to an actual person not operator. Also I was sent a E-Gift Card for a shirt I already purchased but it wasn't in stock, I should've been notified about it being out of stock before I completed my order. I'm very disappointed and just about done shopping with Fashion Nova

I just got my 8th package with them and am still absolutely in love every time! I always get compliments on everything I wear and even one of the jackets look designer. They did have a wide selection of clothing and fast shipping and even a postmates option so I can get my shipments in time for any last minute events. I know they had a glitch recently in their system because they're expanding and one of my shipments was late recently but I forgive them because they have exceeded my expectations every time with the fit and quality of their clothing and the shipping is even faster now! Obviously not every piece of clothing is going to be a 10/10 because they have SO MANY styles for so cheap but it's how you pick 'em girl! Looks like people are venting I get it but cut them some slack they seem to be working so hard to fix the problems and they finally did! The website used to be ghetto and now they're stepping their game up with their models having more body type variety. And their video content FIREEEE! My friends and I are obseseseddddd we love their model Sofia J. Anyway i would try them at least once you will be HOOKED... like me :) ... and the rest of their bajillion influencers lol

First off, if I order something that says it's in stock, you should ship it when I order it. Instead they want to refund your money back in the form of store credit which is ridiculous because that's their fault that they didn't have the item in stock. Secondly, if I try to communicate to you by email, why send an automated email that has FAQs that also says if the [automated] email doesn't answer your question(s), reply to the email and they will answer back as quickly as possible. However, I have never gotten a response back from them. So that's horrible customer service. Yeah the prices on their products look nice, but you have to ask yourself if you're willing to gamble your money away to them for the possibility of not getting what you ordered.

I ordered my clothes on July 6,2017, and received only two items on July 8,2017. I been sending them emails on a update on my jeans. They send back an email saying give them 4 business days to dispatch my order after than standard processing which is 24-48 hours. It is August 1st and I haven't received my item yet, but they are constantly sending me emails about system upgrade complete and faster than ever..

Never received items!

I placed an order on June 27th, and i have yet to receive my items! I've emailed numerous of times, and all I get is 30% off emails in response. It seems like a dead end considering they don't have a number posted. So now I'm basically out of money and my clothes. I will be contacting my financial institution for a refund! NEVER shop here!

Getting better!

Honestly, Fashion Nova has gotten so much better with customer service. Out of my literal 20 orders I have never had a problem with them. When I had to send a shirt back it took them awhile to issue me store credit, but when I sent them an email it got resolved SO quick. They sent me my credit literally 20 minutes after that email. They are always in high demand and are still a growing company so if you have a problem just be persistent about it with them. Seriously the cutest clothes ever. I rarely shop anywhere else besides Express LOL

Never Again

They messed up 3 of my orders sending me the wrong sizes and colors. My last order I only received half of it (which I ordered on June 28th) and it's now July 31st and I've contacted the company more than 5 times about my order up till today and they ignored me until I said I was going to take action with higher authority if I didn't get a response about the rest of my order. I didn't receive tracking information or anything so when they finally responded today I was told that I wasn't getting what I paid for and would have to make another purchase if I wanted the item. I'm highly upset about this and will never be shopping there again.

The clothes are so cheap... looks like they picked them up from a sweat shop. Cheap material. Looks nice on their website. I will never order from them. I keep calling and emailing them for my other item no answer n no response. So dissapointed that their getting over on all of us. so wrong. BS

If you're ordering regular apparel, they're great. I always love getting a shipment with jeans and shirts. They fit great and intended to make you feel sexy. Dresses are 50/50 for curvy women. Some of the shorter dresses are better as shirts. HOWEVER lingerie or undergarment accessories like bras? Don't bother! They are never in stock and you never find out until they send you an e-gift card, days after the order is placed. They won't explain what the card is for. You have to figure that out by checking on the order on the site and even the site at times is misleading making you think it still may be sent to you. 3 times (like an idiot) I ordered and every time I get a e-gift card. Obviously the gift card is to keep your business but after the janky customer service experience I endured, I'm done with them. They only have automated email responses and I really believe they don't have a customer service department. You call a number that was never intended to be answered. The automated emails is a matter of IT setting up the scripted messages. No refunds are given so they truly don't need to hire anyone to assist you. I read a lot of employee reviews (I'm assuming these are the people that work in the actual stores) and they are mostly bad with the CEO being the leading cause. So that means no hope in complaining to him for help. Again, I love the jeans but I HATE poor customer service.

Very bad quality of clothing- honestly save your money and go straight to Ali Express it will save you the waiting time they are importing. Also customer service on there is is well below a negative! What a terrible experience - I would never recommended Fashion Nova to anyone at all.
All in all- bad quality, no tracking or customer service provided, when a problem does arise they ignore the email however send you spam of their newsletter daily. Just absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.

Okay so I decided to buy a 50$ digital gift card from Fashion nova. They told me the longest it would take is 6 days when I had emailed them. It's been 23 days and I've emailed them numerous times and now they don't want to answer? Have to go to the bank to put in a fraud report to get my money back. Beware of these nasty scammers!

I was supposed to get 2 DAY shipping, I placed my order on 7/24 and today is 7/30 and have never received an email or anything saying if my order is ready to be shipped. I was under that impression I would recive my order the latest Friday even though it was supposed to be 2 DAY shipping. I spent over $100 to have some dresses for a weekend get a away, and never received S***! I'm so pissed off! What was the point!? I can't even cancel order because they give store credit bull****! I'm stuck and can't get my money back or the stuff I ordered! Stay away from this company I don't understand why they get away with things like that! I should have read all these reviews before making the mistake of ordering.
