A couple of days ago I ordered 3 pairs of jeans from fashion nova... I didn't think nothing of it because so many people loved the company. It's been days since the order and I had 2 day shipping. They gave me an order number but never provided me with an actual tracking number. I live In a poor house hold and the only way I was able to buy the jeans is because I had gift cards and promo codes. I'm seriously so disappointed. Now I won't have any school clothes and I'm out of $50.(which is a lot of money to me because like i said I live with a poor family.) I have emailed the company a thousand times and reached out on instagram. I finally got annoyed and started commenting on all of their posts... they started to delete my comments. I was in love with their items... but they lost a loyal coustomer because I would've continued to shop there. I just can't believe they do this to people. Now I won't have school clothes and my parents will blame me for their wrong doings. Thank you fashionnova. You're a piece of $#*!.

So I've been shopping with Fashion Nova for some time now. Never had an issue come up with them until last week. I recently order a set and a pair of their jeans. I recieved the jeans and the bottoms to the set but the top is missing. I've sent emails, messages in messenger and on instagram... nothing. Ive called that bogus number countless times and still nothing. Im not putting my money back into this company again. They truely lost a loyal customer.

I've been ordering from Fashion Nova for almost 3 years now. I told my friend and co workers about the online store as much as I was talking about Fashion Nova you would have thought I had stock in the company. I ordered 3 dresses at the end of June 2017 returned them cause the dresses didn't fit sent them back for a bigger size. I get a email from FN saying a boo we making changes but we will send yours order out in 10 business days. I wait 10 business days nothing's in the mail. I have been emailing them close to a month now to finally after a MONTH get my gift card email which in the end they screwed me out of some of my money. But before I got the gift card email I had get a copy of my UPS receipt showing the time place tracking number and whoever signed for the returned dresses I sent back to company (FN claimed they never got). This company had me feeling like damn I should have went to macy. So I placed my order with my gift card email cause that will be my last time ordering from them. I think I would no I know I would go to Walmart, Target or the goodwill before I'll order anything else from this place. You don't play with people's money.

I almost purchased some pants from FashionNova but after reading these horrible reviews I'm glad I saved my money. I feel FashionNova only supports popular Instagrammers because thats how I found out about this website. Something told me to check reviews first, a lot of new people to this site such as me do not often check up and read reviews, they mostly buy it instantly. I called FashionNova customer service phone number because I read many people can't even get through so I decided to test it out myself and they're absolutely right. Whatever number I clicked on their menu to try to find an actual human is impossible. Really this website should be reported/sued so they can either be shut down or fix their policies. Also, I wish popular Instagrammers wouldn't promote them because it is not fair to us followers.

I was a loyal customer I always admired fashion nova items, so I was surprised when I didn't receive my order I've sent emails and never got not one response from them. I've made two separate orders one of them they didn't sent me one item the last order I made was $400! They put my order in HOLD they provided a number that was COMPLETELY USELESS! They kept my money and never sent my items. It's been MONTHS still nothing! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a response from them. It's $#*!ing RIDICULOUS! LIKE ALL THIS MONEY YOU B****es making you can't hired a good amount of people EXPERIENCE PPL to work in the customer service department?! I run 3 TRUCKING COMPANIES I dispatch the drivers I do PAYROLL, ACCOUNTING, SAFETY MEETINGS, & on top of all that I AM MOTHER OF TWO KIDS so if I can do all that FASHION NOVA can do that but you guys failed! You don't know how to run a company you know nothing! All you know how to do is STEAL from your own customers!

I ordered 4 Fashion Nova dresses, one came damaged with a snag in the knitting. I emailed to let them know and they said to return it. Also, one of the other dresses started coming apart as soon as i washed it. So I returned both dresses at my own expense. They sent me a store credit worth half the value of the dresses. I was pissed and wrote them again. They claimed the the original damaged dress I had received with a final sale item and they don't refund for those. So basically, they can send you a damaged item if it is a "Final Sale". I wrote again and said that regardless, I should still be fully refunded for the other dress I bought. Never heard anything back.
The other 2 dresses I bought are great but overall Fashion Nova is hit & miss, not a very trustworthy company and some of their clothing is actual crap, terrible quality. Customer service is nonexistent. If you're going to order, proceed with extrem caution.

I ordered an outfit from them the sent me only the pants and it had a snag on the leg. I sent the pants back, being that they were damaged and they never sent me the top. I had to pay for shipping even though this was THEIR error. My order cost $68, and they gave me a credit of $47! WHY? Makes no sense! There's no number to call, you email them and they send you another email that says, "to continue speaking to us please reply to this email." UMMM why do you think I emailed you in the first place?!? This place is a joke, DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF!

I saw a review on here that said people must only come on here to just to vent hopefully I'm wrong but soon enough unfortunately you'll prob be up here venting aswell! It was all Good with my first 3 orders then the next few orders I placed a few items would be missing just as most people expressed then they send u a store credit! It's no way to contact customer service because it only a v-mail that answers and you'll Neva get a return call and nobody from customer support has responded to any emails, and they also will delete a comment that you post if not in favor of their terrible service.
