I ordered 8 items and only received six. I waited another two weeks thinking maybe those other items were out of stock and I'll receive them soon but it's been two months and nothing. I could not get a hold of them through phone or email nor did I get any emails about the missing items or gift cards as some have said they received. It's like the two extra items I ordered and paid for didn't exist. The total cost of the two items is about 50$ CAD so I spent an extra 50$ for nothing. I consider this robbery because I don't just throw around my hard earned money for fun if I pay for something I better receive it. Instead it seems this company loves to take people's money and say screw you when they mess up on their end.

I purchased over 100 worth of stuff from them only to have a 19.99 pair of jeans not show up. I had to contact them myself to let them know it did not come... just to be given a card for 15.99 and not the 19.99 plus shipping I PAID FOR THE WORTHLESS CLOTHES!

Bad experience!

Tried to contact them for two weeks about my flagged order. No replies to my email and no one pick calls because they go straight to VM even after I sent multiple emails with a picture taken with my Government ID card for verification.
Very disappointing especially after seeing a few youtubers singing their praises!
I would have given a minus star if possible.

Customer service sucks

I ordered a pair of jeans and I made a mistake and put the wrong address. I emailed them to try an change my address right after I ordered and I got the automatic email now my package is being delivered to another place. I hate you can't even cancel your order it makes no sense.

So I paid for two day shipping and two months went but and nothing so I messed customer service and they said oh I'm sorry your item was already sold but we'll give you your money back you just need to wait 10_20 business days oh so you were going to keep my money and let me just keep waiting for my product that will never come wow so disappointed

The clothes are very cute if & when you get them. However, you will not get in contact with them by phone & you will not get a response by email. If your order is not fulfilled you will only receive a refund by an emailed gift card and they will not refund your shipping cost. I am currently disputing that charge through my bank. A year ago I was getting my stuff fast but I'm assuming they're getting extremely popular & now the customer service is horrible!

I recently bought a romper from fashion nova. When I received this item it looked nothing like what was on the site and the quality of it is very very cheap. This website is SO OVERRATED AND I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! Fashion nova doesn't pay for the return & you don't get you money back if you want to return the item. They give you store credit which is BS. I recommend to anyone reading this DO NOT waste your money or time on this site!

The worst shopping experience ever. The only thing of some quality is their overpriced jeans. For the price charged it's best I buy a designer jeans. Don't waste your time or money. They don't give refunds and according to them once the item is shipped, it's not their responsibility if you receive it or not.

I have had the worst customer service with Fashion Nova.com - The most recent two experiences are 2 separate orders placed. The first order was placed on July 19th. I never received the order, or tracking, nothing. After SEVERAL emails to them (and informing them I would contact the Better Business Bureau) they finally responded with an email stating they would refund my original payment, that has been since August 3rd, and the refund still is not in my account, which means they never refunded me. Second Order problem - I was on "waitlist" for a jumper I REALLY wanted. Finally get an email saying it was in, so I go on the website to order it and it says they have 1 left. I hurry to order it and of course your money is always debited from your account immediately. Well long story short, I never received a tracking number, no product, NOTHING... but they took my money though. Again, I have emailed them several times regarding this and I've gotten absolutely no response from Fashion Nova. I'm going to my bank this week to dispute these charges so I can get my money back and I have the email from 1 of my orders where they said they refunded my money, but I guess it was a phantom refund because I never received it. This is amazing how FashionNova.com is literally just stealing people's money, at least trying to.

I ordered about 200 Cdn worth of clothes this morning. I haven't received a confirmation email or anything. When I tried logging into my account it's telling me that there is no account with that email address. Don't know how that is even possible when after I ordered it gave me my order # and has my email address in bold that a confirmation will be emailed to. I ordered from these guys once last year and it was a smooth experience. But I should have listened to all the bad reviews because this smells stink. I wanted these items for my birthday in 2 weeks time but I already sense that is not going to happen. They were quick to take the $$ but want to rip ppl off. Will never ever order from them again. And I will be spreading the word.

I usually get my packages 2-3 days later after I purchased my item, but this time is taking longer than usual. I ordered my package Monday, and they just labeled it at the warehouse yesterday to be sent out to USPS. However, today is August 11,2017 and my package is still In the same spot that it was in Thursday. I am so disappointed with this company as of right no. I'm questioning even buying anything from fashion nova again.

I honestly dont know whats going, i have ordered from fashion nova before without any problems. THIS TIME, i placed my order more than a week ago, i received confirmation emails also the email saying its been shipped, i check on the site and it says its just sitting there, my package is just sitting there! I have called multiple times no real human being to answer the phone, commented multiple times on their social media and emailed them as well and nothing... can someone please send me my package?

I have purchased clothing through fashion nova numerous times. The past 3 times I have received confirmation emails, after the confirmation email I will receive an email saying it has been shipped & to expect it within 2 - 3 days. I ordered an outfit, which came in two pieces, at the time I purchased it they had BOTH pieces... seconds later, I had an email saying "fashion nova gift card" and that only half of my outfit has been shipped out. The gift card / not having the clothing available when their site says it is, has happened to me twice now. I email and never get a thing back in return. This last time I used the gift card they gave me & it say my order has been confirmed on 7/30/17... IT HAS YET TO EVEN SHIP! I emailed once again & still received nothing back. I will never order from their again.

I am actually disgusted by fashionnova's customer service. HORRIBLE. It took a month for me to even get a response by email. Not talking about the automatic emaiol that comes telling you that they recieved your email. The day that they decided to even respond is the exact same day my shipment got delivered back to them. Yet I was told to take it up with UPS.

I placed an order a couple of days ago, I accidentally put the wrong address and I have not yet received any email confirming that my shipment had left the warehouse. I have called the number which seems to be disconnected and I have emailed them to at least cancel my order yet I got any email saying that it would take a business day or two until they could contact me again. I am very disappointed since I was extremely excited for this as it is my first time shopping from this website.

I make an order once a month, it has been 7 days and my order has not left the warehouse im not used to this. Its been 5 days since i sent an email and not 1 response. Their phone lines do not exist and i am leaving in 8 days for a vacation. I cant believe this. It literally gives me anxiety to know that i spent almost $200 on outfits for my vacation that i will most likely not even get in time. I even advised that i will pay what ever it is to have it rushed and to response. Why are you guys doing this to people?

I've ordered from fashionnova a total of 6 times before. All went smoothly despite the fact that one of two times it arrived after the two day shipping. Well this time I ordered $140 worth of items. One full week later I received and email saying my items were being prepared to ship. That morning I woke up I had an email with a tracking number saying it's shipped and it can now be tracked. In that email it also shows you what items actually shipped. That email listed ALL of the items that I purchased had shipped. A few hours from that email I receive a email saying that "your fashionnova gift card is ready" and it was only $38.45. So at this point I'm furious. I just received an email saying it shipped now it tells me I have a gift card and they will send a follow up email explaining what happens? WTF

In the past I ordered from them twice, didn't have a problem. The clothes is super cheap, shrinks and just ends up in bad shape after one wash. Recently my last order didn't come until a month later, they wrote to me that two of the items were out of stick but I can use a discount code to makeup for it! I just placed an order a week ago STILL HAVENT RECIEVED AN EMAIL, NO NOTHING. They took the money out, they delete my Instagram comments, I'm beyond upset and done with fashion nova. They charge huge prices when they get their clothes From wholesale sites.
