I've ordered a couple times from fashion nova and it's only got worse. The clothes they send you don't always look like the picture. Don't let them fool you. They sent me a damaged blouse that the stitching was crooked & then they sent me a dress that had makeup stains on it! It was very noticeable since it was white & it also came in ridiculously wrinkled & looked like a cheap version of the picture! The first time I ordered I like the clothes but after this I won't be shopping there anymore since they couldn't even bother to respond to my 15 emails to fix this, I'm very upset I gave them my money. I don't like to write bad reviews but think twice before buying their clothes.
I bought 4 pants from fashion nova and they shipped them just yesterday when I ordered them on Monday however I checks the i teams were being mailed and I did not see the black pants and I seen they gave me store credit and I payed $20 for the pants and only got $14 because of a discount i wanted those pants but know I won't be getting them because they were out of stock well you guys should've put out of stock before I ordered them I will never order from fashion nova again!
I've ordered 5 times from here, and continue to do so. My orders are always late, which is typical with the company. My first shipment, i hated the company, it took 4 weeks for my clothes to get delivered on my first one. I ordered again through them, and so far for the 2 day "free"shipping i get them around 5-7 business days later. If you read the shipping policy, its 2-3 day PROCESSING THEN 2-day shipping. I just suck it up and deal with it because I LOVE THEIR CLOTHES. Always true to size, and fits!

I have been online shopping for years and have never experienced worse customer service. They took my money from me and never gave me my order. I tried contacting them twice now and NO RESPONSE. They scammed me out of money and won't even reply to my emails. I already warned all my friends to never shop on this website because they will lose money and never get what they ordered.
Okay. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans MONDAY at 1pm. Paid for TWO day shipping.
It's now Friday and they're just now sending me a shipping label. Not only that, but one of the jeans I ordered won't even be included in my package. Which makes me sad because Those were the main jeans I wanted!
So basically I'm gonna have to wait damn near a week to get my jeans (even though I paid for 2 day shipping) AND on top of that one of the jeans is missing? AND I CANT EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK? Theyre insane! They never respond to emails. My package is late. One of my jeans are missing. This is all bull$#*!. Horrible customer service! This was my first time buying from them, i was so excited about my purchase! But now I'm extremely disappointed.
I've ordered twice and they've shipped me random items on both occasions. The first time I let slide, cause hey, things happen. (That aside, it took weeks for them to send me my correct items) and now it's a second time and the same thing has happened. I left a review about this on their website and their IG and both comments were removed within an hour. Kinda shady to me.
Not only do they NOT give REFUNDS but they'll give you a gift card for what they didn't have in stock. So when I decided to use my gift card I had over $100 worth of clothes and of course it was free shipping over $75. When I put in my gift card that they gave me because they didn't have an item in stock that I had already paid for, on top of my credit card, they TOOK AWAY MY FREE SHIPPING because the gift card put the order under $75. Like are you kidding me? It was MY money to begin with I'm being forced to use it at your store and you can't even have the decency to give the free shipping when my order is well over $75? Never again.
I ordered one pair of jeans on July 3rd. I received an email saying that they were upgrading their website and that it would take 4 days to prepare my order. No big deal, I thought! On July 20th (way longer than 4 days)I check to see if my order is in transit. It still had not been processed! I try to call, the phone number does not connect you to a human, so I email them and receive a generic email saying that their system is STILL being worked on! I email about 5 more times between then and now, same generic email! WTF. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they got in contact with them. Fashion Nova is claiming that my jeans were out of stock and that they refunded my card on July 10th! This is all Lies! For one: why wouldn't they send me an email informing me that the jeans were out of stock and two: the card I used to purchase the Jeans was cancelled on July 8th because I lost it so how can you refund a card that is not active?! YOU CANT! They are con artists! EVERYONE ON HERE SHOULD MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB!
Their clothes look absolutely stunning but they have the worst customer service. I paid extra for 2 day shipping because I was depending on a $#*!ing dress for a wedding but I wish I didn't pay extra, it's been taking way longer than that. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I will never buy anything from them from now on. I paid for Disappointment.
Someone needs to tell me how I ordered 600$ worth of clothing and nobody at the company has the decency to reply to my phone calls or emails. My order was flagged for billing and up until now I have received no reply from them after several emails and sending documentation. My order number is *******. I'm so absolutely disgusted. This is theft I got charged and i legitimately have grounds for going after them.

I do all my shopping online ALL OF IT. This website has to be the worst on the planet. If your one size in one of their jeans do not assume that you'll fit in all the pants that are also the same size and I'm not talking pants that are a little tight. One pair was so wide around my waist one wouldn't go up my leg both are a size 7. So I keep the one I want and return the rest to find out they do NOT REFUND you. They will give you gift card. Their customer service is the worst I must have called 50+ times and would get hung up on every time. Save your money and literally shop anywhere else. A negative ******* rating from me.

Fashionova has the worst customer service ever. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails it's been a week since I received an email saying contact them about my order. So they took the money from my account after they emailed and said they couldn't verify my billing address if my billing address wasn't why is my money missing? And why haven't I received a tracking number or at least my items? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FASHIONOVA AGIAN WORST F****** online boutique ever. Wish there was an option for NO stars!
It was my second time ordering from Fashion Nova. My first one was flawless, item delivered on time and no hassles. This time, it was different. The item I bought wasnt really appealing when I got it personally so I decided to send it back to them and get a refund. I emailed their support team and to my surprise, within a day they answered. They asked about my contact details and asked me why I want to send it back. They easily said okay, sure. And I was kinda delighted. Although there are problems on products, theyve always got the best customer support. Really looking forward for another transaction.
I ordered once from Fashion Nova and it was good. Placing my order was simple and I got my package in two days. I ordered a top recently, but when I got the package, the blouse was a different color. I quickly looked at the FAQs regarding returns and followed the instructions. I was disappointed because I knew I had to wait a long time for the top to reach them have them inspect the mistake and then to send the correct item to me. Im a busy entrepreneur who doesnt have enough time to go to department stores to do some shopping. When I found out about Fashion Nova, I was amazed by its efficiency. I just bought a pair of flats from them and the item that I was expecting came on time. I was pleased by their over-all service and to top all of that, they have an excellent Customer Service! I recommend shopping here if youre on-the-go.
I like Fashion Novas different pieces, the prices of their clothing is not too high. There are some items that are too steep for me, but there are also stuff that are affordable. This is why I keep coming back to the store. I tried online shopping last week for the first time, and I received the same shopping experience. The dress and top I purchased, arrived 3 days later. The process was very easy without any hassle.
Fashion Nova's return policy is awful. You have to pay shipping to return an item that you're not happy with. I recently bought a pair of boots and the first evening I wore them (the same day they came in the mail) the heel broke. Ruined my whole evening and waisted my time. Their return policy specifies that they don't except worn items. They did make an exception to except them but I had to - 1) pay for shipping 2) use my time to box item and go to the post office to drop off 3) was lied to that if I provided the shipping receipt they would refund me only $10 max. I spent $11.88. Anyhow they didn't refund any of it. 4) I told them that I spent over $75 and received free shipping with the original purchase. I expected them to cover the shipping for the replacement item but they denied to honor that. 5) Then my refund was issued only in the form of a gift card so I had to waste my time again to look for the item and also ended up purchasing $75 worth of items so I could get "Free 2 Day Shipping" which I ordered last Thursday 8/10 and still haven't received my items. It's been 5 days and the items are still in Los Angeles based on the tracking number. 6) I could not get a live person on the phone. I mean wtf? I have never experienced so much damn drama for something that wasn't my fault and most importantly all of this to a loyal customer. I have spent lots of $ over the last 2 years and can't believe their policies. I will not be ordering from them anymore. My time is way to precious.

I ordered a white maxi dress for my bridal shower 2 weeks ago and I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE EVEN A SIMPLE TRACKING NUMBER. This company is a joke! I spent over 50.00 and paid for 2 day shipping. I emailed them 4 days after I placed my because they stressed it would be sent within 2 business days since its 2 day shipping and its been 2 weeks and I haven't received a email back. The phone number they have will direct you to their website. This is a joke!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
