I bought clothes from them thrice and I have no complaints so far. I came here to write a review but was surprised to find these people complaining when I got my clothes just fine. I love them because their sizes really fit my tiny figure and they never fail to deliver quickly.

I placed an order for ten items back in JUNE. My order was split into two separate shipments for some reason. The first half came in after almost 3 weeks (not the two day promise) the second half of my order is still not here. Still hasn't left the warehouse. I've spent two months calling and emailing fashionNova and have yet to hear from ONE single person at all. I'm honestly offended at this point.

My orders came in today and they are so good, the jeans fit me very well and accentuate my hips and waist. I love that they shipped my clothes really fast and that I did not have to email or call them just to know where my order is.

I was 50-50 deciding whether to buy the lightning in a bottle dress, which is both sexy and conservative at the same time, because of the ugly reviews here. I'm glad I threw caution to the wind and ordered anyways because it came in 4 days, not bad at all.

I ordered a bikini 2 weeks ago, I received an order number and it said this item does not have a tracking number. I have sent about 6 emails, called the number online, but for some reason there is no human to speak to. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I shop online all the time and I have to say this is the worst site I have ever shopped on.

Fashion Nova over sold an outfit that I ordered, so they sent me a gift card. I used my gift card on another outfit that apparently was also oversold. They issued me another gift card for less than my purchase so I just proceeded to try to get a refund. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They won't give me a refund and they started ignoring my emails after a while. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have shopped with fashion nova for a long time. I was very upset when i ordered a pair of shoes that were over sold. I was told I would get a refund back to my card and I never did. Then I was told I would get a gift card and they give me back 6 dollars for a 29 dollar purchase. I have emailed them several times and they still have not responded.

The clothes and fit are great and and their customer service is getting better! If they make a mistake, the customer service will pay for it, for example if make an order and after the order an item is missing, an email will come afterwards saying some stuff I ordered is out of stock and they will refund me with an e-gift card which I can use on the next item I order or I can get a refund.

A must try for online fashion shop. I made a purchased for a dress few days ago and their promise of two day shipping really arrived on time. Love the fit and look on me.

So I ordered an item last week and it wasnt in a state I was expecting.

It was damaged and as soon as I received it I quickly called customer support and they told me to send it back and they switched the item and shipped it back with no problems.
