I like going to the Fashion Nova to look at their upcoming items and to see which ones are on sale and if they have new arrivals that I could buy. But I get turned off by the collection of their sandals, most notably by their sliders. I don't know if its just me, but they look like house / bedroom slippers. I think they would not look good on anyone unless you are a celebrity who can dress how you want and people would still think you're lit. I'm sorry I just had to rant here. Don't get me wrong, I love shopping in FN because its such a breeze, but those slippers are ugly AF. *Mic drop*

I ordered about $200 worth of clothes from Fashion Nova because I wanted to see what the hype was about. I mostly got jeans, since I have wide hips and a small waist and that's the body type they "cater" to. I used my current measurements to pick sizes and NONE of the pairs I ordered fit. Come to find out they have a no refund policy... so now that $200 HAS to be spent with them even though none of their clothes fit me. Super upset about that. I work hard for my money and was willing to try their stuff, and thought I could return it if it didn't work. Well, now I'm basically out $200 for nothing. Don't shop here.

I purchased two outfits with a 30% off sale, and after receiving them one of the shirts was too small for me. I returned it and I did not get my money back in full. I had about $4 back when I paid $11.99 for the shirt, because they took off the 30% discount from both items I bought (which was more than the shirt I returned). The only reason why I had some money is because they refunded my $6 shipping charge. I called their customer service three times, and three times the operator machine hung up on me after I was on hold for about five to ten minutes. I sent them two emails and with both they kept emailing me back saying "if you would like for us to look more into the issue please reply." I got this message more than four times and they never got back to me about my issue. They have horrible customer service when it comes to returns and I am really disappointed.

First of, let me confess that I love Kylie Jenner. Shes just so pretty. And though I do not want to be her, I love her fashion sense. So when she posted that iconic Fashion Nova jeans pic on Instagram, I just had to follow their IG although I had no idea what Fashion Nova was before. But looking through the feed I was like, how come I've never seen this before? Of course I looked on their website and bam! I was in love. The clothes were totes amazing and very affordable. I ordered a crop top and shorts plus the jeans Kylie was wearing on the pic (Ikr). I was so excited when they came four days after I got the shipping confirmation. SO great!

I don't have too much to spend on clothes, I really have to plan what to buy and where I am buying them from. I am very happy because I could just look over at Fashion Novas items on sale and I can get pretty clothes without having to spend a fortune. Lucky for me I never had any issues with shipping. Their delivery is fast enough.

I was scared I would have a problem with my order. But I received the item on time. I wore them for the first time today, and all my friends loved it and were Amazed that I got something from fashion nova.

The Fashion Nova website is a haven for the woman who loves clothes and shoes. They have clothes that carry different looks, but the looks all stay true to the Fashion Nova charm. You could be boyish or girly or sexy and you would find something that's just for you. Plus, shopping is very easy and will not give you any headaches. The items always come on time and without any damage.

I believe some customers don't get their orders on time because that's how things are in online buying. The stores don't hold the shipping schedule and all. I have ordered from another clothing website and I have been told that what they say as 2-3 business days is just an estimation and the shipping depends on the courier. Couriers also get the flak for deliveries that don't arrive as promised. I think we should all understand this as online consumers. Quality-wise, You get what you pay for in Fashion Nova, just like in any other online stores. You cant expect to get a nice dress for the price of a crop top, can you?

About three months ago I bought like 8 items from them crop tops denims and a couple of dresses. They got to me on time and the quality of the clothes was just as expected. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes and I had the same good experience. So I was surprised when I saw some negative comments here about Fashion Nova. If I'm not mistaken, this website has been serving online buyers for a couple of years now. I doubt they would still be up if they don't give great service.
