I made an order on the 13th of august which they refunded for no apparent reason, the next day I foolishly got stuff worth $44 which they sent me a TNT tracking number on seeing that I also saw a tracking update from rrd logistics I tried tracking on TNT never worked so I called and was told my tracking number was incorrect; asking fashionnova via emails for the right tracking number, they still haven't replied. Well to go on the updates on rrd showed my order was moving and in transit, good right? I decided to get some more items; I currently have 3 orders that I have no idea where they are now the first $44, $159 and $70 I've spent foolishly at the same period of time, the first order has been stuck in LA since 19/08/17 (final destination should be Nigeria) and I placed this order on 14/08/17. Others show no tracking info, Today is 27/08/17 over 10 days and no effing clue where my order or my money is, no replies to my emails, phone number is a stupid recording, no real customer care reps. It was my first and definitely last time purchasing with them and I lost so much money. Last mail I received was about some $32 gift card! I've spent over $200 and I'm getting a $32 gift card which might also never arrive?!

- The second time, I ordered two pairs of jeans. A day after placing my order, I received a gift card for what I later found out was for the "out of stock" portion of my order. Why would they give me a gift card instead of my money back? It was not my fault that they were out of stock. I tried contacting customer service and received an automatic message that had nothing to do with my concerns. The one pair of jeans that I did receive were nice but a little small for the size.

- The third time I ordered was using the gift card that was mentioned above. I ordered a romper and it was disgusting. It had a stain and a tear. It was also VERY poor fitting. I returned the item and they gave me a gift card for $5 when the total amount of the original gift card $19. I contacted customer service and was told bull$#*! as to why I am getting such a low amount back.

I understand that this is not a lot of money but it's the principle. I thank God everyday that I didn't buy over $200 worth of stuff. I wonder what would happen to my money at that point! Their jeans are from a distributor so just take your business elsewhere.

Something happened on my payment processing while trying to purchase a pair of jeans from fashion nova. I decided to email them as fast as I can. There I was assisted by their support and my problem got solved easily. Many thanks to fashion nova.

I bought clothes from them, that never came, but i got 2 update emails saying they're coming. But before both the emails, i got an email saying i got a gift card for $18 with no idea why, so i figured it was just for purchasing from them(other company have done that to me)... idk. Then 2 months later i still haven't gotten my items and the website still says they're about to ship it to me, so i emailed them and they told me i needed to contact ups. After that i contacted them again and they told me they "all ready gave me a refund via e-gift card". Confused i had to figure out by myself that they meant the gift card i randomly got via email with no context! My purchase was for $30 before shipping but the e-gift-card was for $18. I continually asked them for the rest of them money with no responses and i messaged them on Instagram and they blocked me. I wished they had just given me all my money back instead of tricking me into spending it.

My first time with fashion nova wasn't what I'm really expecting. The item didn't arrived on time so I quickly contacted their email and told them what happened. They ensure that my item will arrive on the next few days and It really did. Awesome assist right there.

I placed an order last week; it was a pair of doll shoes for my daughter. To my dismay, the item didn't arrive on time and 5 days had passed, it wasn't on my house yet. So I contacted them thru their customer support and they quickly responded and I followed up my order. They said sorry for the delay and instead offered me a discount on my next order. The item arrived a while ago and I'm pretty pleased with the compensation. Will be ordering again.

I'm a curvy plus size womyn so Im careful about where I get my clothes. I love love love the plus jumpsuits and rompers on the Fashion Nova site. I feel empowered and inspired when I see them curvy models with those clothes on. I bought three rompers and two jumpsuits at one go so I didn't get charged for shipping fee (ETA: 2-3 business days). The thing is I didn't get the items in 3 days, but I had to wait an entire week. I asked about this and I was told in an email that there has been some delay with the processing of orders I almost did not get one of the jumpsuits, so they had to check their stocks. I am so touched that they went out of their way to do that for me. Item arrived after eight days and I love all my purchases.

Fashion Nova has the worst customer service in the world. Placed an order arrived late with10 missing items over $250 and they refuse to ship out the items or refund me without package slip. Guess what? The package slip was never packed in the shipment. Now they just completely stopped answering my emails and you could never get a hold of them on the phone. These five stars are for the amazing ordering and delivery they give me every time I buy something from the Fashion nova website. I will not say anything about customer service because I never had any real reason to call or email them. And I don't call customer service just to chat.

$#*! this company for its lack of professionalism and great customer service. I reached out to fashionnova several times immediately after placing the order and was trying to cancel but no one answers the phones but an automated operater with no additional way of actually speaking to someone. To top it off it is way over one week since I reached out to customer support and I am now receiving a bull$#*! response. I have reached out on instagram as the operator of that account is constantly posting and responding to selective customers but would not answer a simple question of how can I get assistance with my order. First and last time customer. Fashionnova needs to do better.

I love Fashion Nova. They have a wide selection of clothes in the store, but I dont always get to go to the store. Shopping for clothes is life, but I am busy so I could only do my shopping online most of the time. At first I was not confident about online shopping in Fashion Nova because I have heard of a lot of complaints, but there are always a lot of complaints on almost every website. So I decided to test my luck. I ordered some relatively inexpensive pieces. Within four days, I got my items. The packaging was good and all the stuff I ordered was there. I got what I paid for. Maybe before you order big items, buy the cheaply priced ones first to test how soon the product would reach you.

Fashion Nova is my favorite online wardrobe shop. The quality of the clothes I have gotten from them are great. The sizes are really accurate - I have an hourglass figure that is difficult to buy clothes for. Women like me know exactly what Im talking about. Delivery is quick, I never encounter problems receiving my items from them. I cant say anything about customer service because after 4 times buying from their website, I have no reason to contact them.
