I ordered 3 pairs of jeans and leggings. They came quickly, however, as soon as I opened the packaging, a strong chemical/moldy smell assaulted my sinuses. After touching the clothes, I touched my face and broke out in hives. They won't give me my money back as they have a site/store credit only policy. DON'T GIVE PEOPLE THAT DON'T RESPECT YOUR MONEY/SHOPPING POWER YOUR MONEY. Shop where the clothes won't make you sick or break out. The worst experience I've had shopping online.

I ordered 2 pair of uniform pants from fashion nova. I was sooo excited to get them so i could wear them for school. They finally came 3 days delayed after the original date of delivery. I opened up the packaging, to only see one pair of pants. I was incredibly disappointed. I tried to contact the customer service department however their customer service department is a goddamn robot, and you will never speak with a real human on their line. So i ended up paying 35 dollars for one pair of pants. I tried emailing the company however nobody has gotten back to me, i emailed almost a week ago. I will never ever ever order from fashion nova ever again regardless of the hype people put on it. Worst customer service in history.

Please do not shop here... First, I returned a item that was sent to me damaged, I sent them pictures the whole nine. I returned another item previously and couldn't find the packing slip until I received credit for the first item returned. I have sent several emails and left several messages to a phone that no one ever answers.

In the process of this mess I order a pair of shoes, the shoes end up being out of stock instead of returning my money they issued a credit. Who does that? At this point I'm DONE and I want my refund. Contacting my credit card company!

I didn't have the tag from the dress, but she kept searching until she found what she needed on the computer. She also keep on updating me which is good. I was very hesitant to order from this site bcs of all the reviews that are poor, but I took a chance and ordered. I have not received my shipment. I even paid extra for 2 day shipping. I've tried calling, sent messages via fb messenger and I've emailed many times and nobody has contacted me. Listen and trust the poor reviews, bcs they are legit. Please do not shop here. It took me over a month to receive my order. They are always missing items from the order as they fail to tell you that the items that you're ordering are out of stock. This is with the intention of getting your money as they do not issue refunds. When you do order items and they charge your credit card, they give you a gift card even if you do not want to order anything else.

As for returns, when you return many items, they only give you a gift card for some of the items. They claim not to have received the other items. In my case, I returned 5 items and only got credit for 2. When you email them, they send automatic generic replies that don't apply to your specific case.

Do not buy anything from them. They are fraudsters and crooks.

If you have Instagram, add them up. They look so nice on my feed. I love their clothes. Really cute and lit. I love their crop tops. I have been buying from them online on-and-off. But the delivery and the service is always the same. They are good. No problems with them. Maybe I just didn't like that I have to pay for the shipping when I had to return a couple of dresses whose fit I didn't really like. Otherwise, ok. Their clothes are the best so I could always use the gift card they give me when they get the items I returned.
