I have purchased from Fashion Nova in the past. I usually receive confirmation immediately, and I would hear that the item has been shipped the next day. I received items from them as recently as a week ago. I ordered more items on September 11th at 7AM PST as I am going away on vacation on September 24th. I received the order confirmation almost immediately. Today is September 14th. The order is not fulfilled. I sent an inquiry yesterday. I still haven't heard anything. However, yesterday I received a UPS email with my tracking number that my package would be shipped Today! This morning I woke up and checked my email to see another message from UPS saying that the package won't be received today and they don't have an update for when it will be shipped. So I called UPS and they said that Fashion Nova created a label, but haven't shipped anything out. I find it very interesting that they would create a label the same day I emailed them inquiring about my package, telling me the item would come then next day, and then take it back. I am extremely disappointed that I have received radio silence from fashion nova, and I will not buy from them again.

I have ordered from fashion nova site several times and each item was exactly as described and the quality was good. The parcels arrived quickly. On the occasion when I had to return something I was fully refunded. Very pleased with the site.

I bought 14 items from fashion nova and received a shipping affirmation if you buy from them on weekdays you should receive it within 2 to 3 days) my stuff arrived nicely package 3 day after i made my order and everything perfectly fitted me ( i am the same since as their model so i always check on the site what size is the model wearing) everything was very lovely, I am really happy with my order, will definitely buy from them again..

The shoes from Fashion Nova are fabulously great-looking. They make feet very sexy. I have purchased two pairs so far and I love them. They are so wonderfully feminine. The boots have a sexy yet tough vibe that I love.

I do my research first. Though I have read bad reviews, there are also good reviews and those reviews are what convinced me to try Fashion Nova. I have no regrets because the shipping is very quick!

I've been a customer of fashion nova for over a year now and a month ago I ordered 4 items which totaled to around $78. When I received my order the sun glasses I bought were bent up and one dress was too big the other one was ripped on the side I sent them back and they said they didn't receive the dresses and only gave me a $4 refund of store credit. I've emailed over and over again because I know the dresses we're in the package and they keep saying they didn't receive them but I don't understand how they got the glasses but not the dresses. So I'm missing out on a lot of money every time I try and call customer service no one answers I love clothes from them but I will not order from them again because this is crazy I spent a lot of money and the house just keep saying they can't help me. Has anyone else had this problem? I feel like fashion nova doesn't care about there customers and need to do a lot better on fixing problems like this!

My husband & I are flying to ATL this weekend for my bday, so I really wanted to make sure I was on point with my wardrobe. I ordered some stuff on Amazon that surprisingly came within 2 days of ordering (as promised). Unfortunately they looked really cheap & nothing like how it looked online, so I was back to square 1 less than a week away from the trip. I found out about Fashion Nova ( aka scam artists) through Blac Chyna's snap (HA!) & they had some really sexy dresses for great prices. Top it off with free 2day shipping which would get here no later than wed-thurs ( according to their shipping policy) it was too good to be true... literally. I ordered my sexy outfit on Sunday 9/10 & here it is Wed 9/13 & I haven't even received anything saying it's been shipped... NADA since I got confirmation of order. Of course my money has been withdrawn already, of course there's no way to talk to a live person. Just automated recordings that direct u to their email & then u get hung up on. I emailed them yesterday morning & got a message saying they reply within 24 hrs... it's now been 36 hrs. No response, dress still not shipped. I am EXTREMELY irritated because now I have to pay more money & go searching for outfits & our flight leaves early Friday morning. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

What a great online store Fashion Nova is. To think that I didnt want to order from them at first because of bad reviews saying this site is a scam. But there was one dress that I so want; I could never forgive myself if I didnt even attempt getting it. So I took the risk and ordered and paid for the dress. It came in 3 days with no defects whatsoever. I am impressed and very happy!

I place an order on the 8th of September as well. I have tried calling with no luck. They have taken the money from my account, however I have not received a tracking number and I cannot get in contact with anyone at all. I don't know how I am supposed to recoup my money either. You cannot speak to a real person and then they give you this bull $#*! automated email, that I am sure everyone gets. How are you supposed to get your money back, how do I trust ordering from them again. I have never had this problem with them before, but this is horrible. I don't think I will order with them again if this is how there customer service is going to continue to be

Fashion Nova clothes are very in right now, especially in social media. That cant be helped because the clothes they sell are very stylish and trendy. No wonder many celebrities endorse the brand. Thanks to Fashion Nova, I can dress like a celebrity and I do not have to spend a fortune to do so!

I have never had issues with them before this time around. I placed an order on 09/08/17 and was hoping to receive it by 09/15 however they have dissappointed me my order status has not been updated and I have no tracking number as of yet. Why praise two day shipping when your service is crappy. I tried calling their customer service which is a waste of my time. Thanks fashionnova you have $#*!ed up big time I will no longer be ordering from this retailer.

I have been getting a lot of compliments from friends and my social media contacts since I started adding Fashion Nova clothes to my existing wardrobe. I get a lot of likes, especially on my Instagram, its such a boost to my confidence.

I am so disappointed with this website. I purchased a number of items from them last week. I have just received an email advising one of the items is out of stock and I don't get a refund but a store credit which I am okay with. What I am not okay with is I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN! Meaning half of the money that could have gone towards my clothes now have to go towards shipping. How am I to know whats not instock when it does not say that on the website?!
