Honestly I don't care how much you spend on a site it's your hard earning money and to not get what you paid for is terrible. I ordered things from multiple sites around the same time and this is the 2nd attempt with fashion nova as far as not receiving my order. Yes I got my refund back the first time then made another purchase for more than one item a week and a half later smh should've learned my lesson the first time & read the reviews on customers with the same problem. Looks like I'd have to dispute this because I made my order on 9-8 they pulled my money out 9-11 now it's the 15th still nothing not even a tracking # I've emailed them on the 11th still nothing with the so called "24hr" response they have. Hopefully word spreads that this site is no longer trustworthy.

I absolutely amaze with the dress that I bought in fashion nova. The fit is very nice, its makes me more beautiful. I was confused at first due to some negative reviews at fashion nova but my order worked out! The clothing was definitely fantastic!

I ordered on 09/08/2017 and received it today 09/14/1. If you want them to message you back then CONSTANTLY email them. I only got a confirmation code, but no tracking # until I kept messaging them. Free 2 days shipping is a sham scheme to get customers to buy these apparel. It takes so long to process and to ship. This company isn't very organized. On to the clothing review... The jean material is quite nice. The jeans are made by Wax Jean (wholesale denim company). Their jeans are made in China. I do recommend to SIZE-UP! I bought my jeans in size 1, shorts in a small and extra small. I'm like around 100lbs--maybe a few lbs more, so I'm surprised a size 1 doesn't fit me. Feeling This Way Jean (medium wash) was actually the best fitted jeans; the material is such great quality as well as comfortable. My booty looks so bomb in it! Hugs So Tight Jeans (black) looks good on me too but is way too tight on my waist. Party Monster Jeans (medium blue) is extremely tight like I can barely pull the zipper up and it also flattens my booty *cries*. I also bought the Carter Denim Shorts (medium wash) and I'm Simple Short (medium) which is tight on the waist; however, I can work with them. I ordered Gretta Sandals (black) which I find pretty cute. I probably wouldn't shop here anytime soon because shipping is just a pain in the $#*! and the customer service is not professional. You're better off buying great, affordable jeans at DD's Discounts or go thrifting!

I heard a lot about fashion nova and their quality clothing and selection. I ordered a pairs of jeans and I was really amazed with the look and fit on me and the shipment was on time. The staff is very friendly when it come to having questions, and they reply on time.

I am pleased with the overall service of fashion nova, but they can fix a few things. Last time I had a problems with my order, i was missed an item. They fully refunded me and they sent me a promo discount on the next order I place. I was pleased with the way staff handled my problem,. But customer care was great. My package shipped on time.

Its been my fifth time ordering at fashion nova, but this time it was different. I did not received my package on time and its been 4 days now. The customer service contact me via email and told me my package is on it way. After I received my package they called me again to confirm I got it. I was just amazed with their service because the staff keep on contacting me either via email & call. They are very accommodating, when a problem happens.

I am with my husband when I was browsing at their site. This dress really got my attention, I like the color so much, I was confused at first due to bad review below but my husband told me to try it, so I ordered this one. It arrived 3 days later and I was surprise as the delivery was so fast, I excitedly open it and thanks to my husband the dress is very beautiful. I cant wait to wear this dress!

I ordered my clothing and I had regretted it after seeing all the horrible reviews. I thought I was gonna get ripped off but I received my package as soon as it said it would be here! My clothing was pretty good! I was happy with my order and I would say I would order again!

I have placed two orders one on September 10 and one on September 13. I ordered the expedited 1 day shipping as I wanted these items fast. It has now been 4-5 days since I placed the first order and according to their status update the order has not even been processed or shipped. I will never order from Fashion Nova again. There is no excuse for taking 5 or more days so ship a dress. And they have zero customer service. If there is a problem you cannot even call or email to inquire about the status. They do not respond to your emails.

I have had several instances where I never received my order or any communication in reference to my orders. I then realized that I used Paypal to pay for my orders and began to dispute through them. Paypal refunded my orders after making attempts to get a response from Fashion Nova. So just in the future when ordering from them at checkout opt to pay through PayPal, that way you are assured to get your money back even if you never get your purchase. Hope this helps.

I've ordered from them before and my order got here pretty fast! I ordered something last saturday and it hasnt even shipped yet. Its all costed me $60. I been emailing them and they dont answer so $#*! THIS GARBAGE $#*! CLOTHING LINE. I will never ever order from here if they ever decide to send my $#*! i will send it right back its $#*!ing pathetic how long they take. And it makes me angry because i need that dress that i ordered for this saturday and i had to go buy a whole new one. I hope they return my money if not i will mf sue yall! I ordered 9/5 and it's been over a week. They took my money, but never sent anything. They will not answer their phones an I have emailed every day for the last 5 days. No one replays. I reached out to them on IG and FB and the just deleted my comments then blocked me for asking to get a reply. They stole a large sum of my money, and will not even attempt to speak to me or look into the issue. Please save yourself the stress and anguish, just shop somewhere else.

I placed an order on Sunday Morning approximately 9:46 am. I pay the $6 for two day shipping but as of yet I haven't received anything. I don't even see that it's been shipped... order status just showed that I've placed an order and that's it. I'm pretty upset because I haven't been able to talk to someone and they still haven't responded to my email. Never again will I order anything from them. If I don't have my package tomorrow I'll be disputing the charge with my bank
