Fashion Nova is one of the websites I regularly visit. They got dresses and tops and bottoms and sets and shoes and even accessories that I think the only thing missing is bags. I have bought from them maybe 2-3 times and while I am not overly in love with my purchases, I can say theyre okay. You get what you pay for with Fashion Nova. They are not so bad in terms of shipping because I received my items on time and in good condition. I just hope they would have better quality clothes that are more affordable. I bought one dress and tried paying through Paypal but my payment wouldnt go through. I reached out to customer service who said they will check out the issue and get back to me. It took them three days to give me a call, but they fixed the glitch and I could pay through Paypal. They were helpful, but maybe they should have contacted me the next day to give me an update. Otherwise, they are good.

The swimsuits on the Fashion Nova site are all very pretty, but I cant imagine myself wearing any of them because I am not as curvaceous as those models. They sent me a dress with a broken zipper. I inquired with them on exchanging. NO response from any attempt at contacting them. Finally mailed it back. The dress cost me $34 plus $8 to mail back the damaged dress. They sent me a store credit for $14. I dont even know where they came up with that number. I at the very very least deserve my $34 back in store credit and really the $8 I spent on return shipping too. I emailed them, filled out the website trouble ticket and called them. No responses anywhere and the phone system will hang up on your no matter what option you choose. STAY AWAY. Terrible company.

I've ordered from this company twice now and on occasions I have been sent something that looks nothing like the picture or is a completely different product than the one I ordered. They have zero negative reviews because they only post fake reviews. I have emailed the company various times and tried to leave negative reviews so they are unable to scam other people with certain products, but they never make it on the website they also do not respond to anything email or calls. Their customer service number leads to an automated machine and no one ever answers you will never get your money back either I ordered a shirt which was available on the site but when it was time to ship my item I was sent a gift card because the shirt wasn't in stock I sent an email to the company which I have yet to receive a response from fashion nova is a well organized scam.

I ordered on the 6th, it is now the 15th and my order status has not changed. I used their customer service "interactive brush you off" system and was told the delay was due to the weather. I'm in NY, they're in CA, no weather issues in either place. Bullsh*t, I ordered from the UK at the same time, and its being delivered today. They don't actually serve customers and they shouldn't have an order "unfulfilled" for 9 freaking days, with no change. I had heard really great things about fashion nova, but now, nope, they are all hype and I'm not impressed.

I have been ordering from this company since it came out and I will no longer be ordering from them! I placed my order since 09/11/2017, usually it's processed and shipped by the next day sometimes the same day! This is this 2nd time I have ordered and nothing has been sent out and it's 5 days later. I emailed them to inquire and no response just keep getting this 24 hour response email but it's passed 24 hours. They have no regard for proper customer service, or people's hard earn money. And to matters worse when they mess up on your order they give you store credit and not the money back even though they are at fault. I have had it with there poor customer service, inconsistent processing and 0 regard for customers complaints and emails!
