I ordered a dress in large double checked my order and confirmed and paid, I was emailed my confirmation which said xsmall. I looked for a phone numbe to call and explain their mistake to which there is none, I sent an email waited days on a response to which I was told the size I chose may have become out of stock before my payment went through so instead of saying OUT OF STOCK they decided to order me the wrong size! Absolutely ridiculous I have no need for this dress now and I can't get my money back as all they offer in way of return is a gift card which I could accept if it was my fault but they are submitting orders just to get the money absolutely disgraceful!

The process required by this website makes absolutely no sense. If there is a problem with your order, the communication system is stupid. You are not able to call and speak to a real person, you have to email and wait days for a response. I've never had such a bad experience ordering anything online. N they do not refund you your money, they give gifts cards to spend with them to have a bad experience all over again. Now all my money is doen the drain because i still have not received my package.

So my first order of fashion nova clothes was fine. The clothes are low quality but they fit me nicely and their jeans were comfy. Then, I wanted to make a 2nd order of jeans. That 2nd order was sent out by USPS (terrible service as well), and never delivered to the correct address. I called USPS and they said there was a human error on their part hence why it was sent to the wrong address. They sent the package to LA and now it's been a week of me trying to contact them. I am demanding my money back but on their page they only allow E-gift cards WITHOUT the shipping fee. The shipping fee was $6 for a 2-DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEE. I never want to order from their company again, and I suggest you don't do it either.

They are low quality clothes that fit nicely and are cheap. They choose USPS as their shipping carrier... the LOWEST quality of service for shipping. I got $#*!ed over, don't order from them.
