This company had the cutest clothes of them all! Perfect for my #OOTD on instagram. I love the style, the price is reasonable and the shipping is just on time but I'm not rushing tho but that's a good point! Will order almost everything from them, love!

I ordered their fabled high-waisted jeans that many customers really recommend. It arrived in two business days which made things even easier for me. Upon it's arrival at my doorstep, I quickly took it to my bedroom to fit it. Then it did! I just said wow because of amazement. I never had any problems with it and in fact I'm planning to order something new again. Just cant get enough of fashion nova.

My mom raised me as a conservative and even in my dresses. My mom even restricts me from wearing daring garments, and Im okay with that, no problem. She recommended me on this site in which she said she have ordered a lot and is perfect for me, for my conservative needs. She wasn't wrong! And now i am a regular customer. Pieces' quality in hand was all nice and the delivery service is same. Will continue being a regular customer

Received my items I purchase with 1 being sent the wrong size. Rather than sending me the correct item and ship it out at their cost since it was a mistake on their end, they want me to pay shipping cost to return the item to get a store credit. If you guys give a $#*! about your loyal customer you would have done the right thing and re sent out what was wrong. And from all the reviews I have read there is no point paying to ship it back cause they aren't even giving anyone their credits to be use anyways. I guess the 32.99 was worth losing a customer. On to the next.

I was going to make an impulsive decision & buy 3 pairs of jeans from fashion nova bc I heard positive things about this company. Thankfully I only bought one pair to test out the company, quality, and see if the size fits. It was not what I expected at all. I'm a pretty tiny girl and I do not have a booty, I bought a size 3 and it was still loose around the thighs and butt area. The stitching on the side of the jeans was also ripped however it was only noticeable when I put the jeans on. That was upsetting but what really bothered me was I did not read the return policy and found out that this site only credits your money back to use on their site... can't exchange or get your money back. ALSO costs to return the items back are on you! So now I paid for something that didn't work out and have to pay to ship it back and try to find something on the site that works for me... moral of the story ALWAYS READ return policies and if the product doesn't work out then tough luck for you, find something else that may not work out and go thru the process and costs of returning all over again. Ugh.

My 16 year old used her summer job money to order school clothes from this company. We never received the $250 worth of merchandise. The po is saying it was delivered and must have been stolen. Fashion nova never answers the phone and takes forever to respond to emails. They wouldn't replace mech. All reputable companies do. Companies have insurance! They also don't have free returns. It cost $13.60 to ship a $30 item and all she will get is store credit. Unfortunately my daughter really likes their stuff. Don't be tempted, you will regret it. Order from a real company with costumer service and insurance. I wish I could give the a zero rating.

I saw this really cool pair of distressed pants on the Fashion Nova site so I ordered it. The transaction was smooth. I paid with my credit card without any glitches and the item arrived as expected within two days. But my excitement dampened when I looked at the pants and saw that they were size 13, when I ordered a size 15! No matter how I tried, they wouldnt fit me. I emailed customer service and they asked me to return the pants. I want a replacement of the size I want. They said I can ship the pants back or return it to a nearby Fashion Nova store. The person I was emailing, her name was Tawnee, located stores near my place and gave me directions how to get there.
When I reached the store, theres this girl waiting for me. She knew about the problem and was sympathetic and friendly. She give me the exact same jeans that I wanted from the website - in my own size. I feels very comfortable and looks very flattering. Thanks for the help.
