I literally have a problem with Fashion Nova every single time I order from them regarding their shipping. They promise free 2 Day shipping if you spend 75, I ordered on a Monday and today is now Friday and I haven't even receive a tracking number meaning my items haven't even been shipped out yet! I ordered a dress for an event this Sunday and now i'll have to go buy something else.

The only reason I keep ordering from them is because they have nice and trendy clothes. Other then that there is NO other reason. I've had problems with them about their shipping policy. Spend 75 dollars and get 2 day shipping.? Yeah right. It's always a wishing game with them. I feel a class action lawsuit coming. No live person & email is a joke. Your at there mercy. After this order they have lost my business for good.

Time is very precious for me to the extent where I never even had the opportunity to go to malls and make my shopping. The delivery of my pants, shirts, and shoes were on time! This is the 4th transaction already and overall a great shop.

You people sent a completely different item and I have to pay for shipping and you only offer store credit for returns? You have over 1330 complaints to the BBB. 2 customers had missing package and got store credit. 1st one you told can get refund back to her card, 2nd one you told her it's policy. I was done reading the complaints with that. Which is it? Bye Bye Scammer!
