The only good reviews for this company are posted by employees that are told to give good reviews to turn their terrible ratings around. Their customer service is a joke, they do not care. They provide low-quality clothing and offer discounts to make it seem like you are getting a good deal. They have shady celebrity endorse their crappy products. They are the "get rich quick" type, and karma will come back on the owners of this company. Once they receive your money they do not care at all about you.

I am in love with everything fashionable, specially my crop tops! And nothing has been my number one authority but fashion nova. Online shopping at the top and is probably the best one out there.

With Fashion Nova, size don't even matter... I'm kinda chubby so It's kinda hard to find some tees that can match my size. Luckily, I have came across fashion nova and I have found my safe haven. There are a lot of cute designs so I kinda love it.

Okay. So let me start by saying, I have been shopping on fashion nova for over a year now. In the beginning of 2015 everything was on point, shipping and everything. But I see the more popular it has become, the worse it has gotten. I've used 2 day shipping a few occasions, I can't count how many honestly. But only 3 times have I gotten my items on time. When I found out that their 2 day shipping was a hit and miss, I decided to start doing their one day shipping. I have been doing that since Jan of this Year, I buy something from fashion nova 2-3 times MONTHLY. Every time I have done overnight shipping i have NEVER had any problems until recently. I paid on friday ******* before 1 pm PST which guarantees items to be delivered saturday, which I've done times before. However this time not only did I NOT receive my items, they haven't even sent me a tracking #. I have emailed them twice with no response. I dm'd on twitter and got a response stating they contacted the distribution center and notified my items have not been mailed, which does absolutely nothing because I don't know what the hell is going on. Their customer service is decent but it's that CEO who is doing this! No other brand especially with THIS MUCH publicity has these problems. Their clothes are amazing, always right size, never had to return anything luckily because my friend ordered a SET and they didnt even send her the complete set. They just sent her a credit and the pants aren't even sold separately. I'm getting married Wednesday, my items still aren't here lol. So I've decided to get a class actions attorney. I ordered from them a couple times in the past with no problem. It usually would take 2-3 days to get my items. However, the last couple of times have been terrible and I dont plan on shopping with them again. I paid for overnight shipping on a Wednesday, didnt receive my item until Tuesday. I contacted them via email about my complaint in hopes of at least being refunded for paying for overnight shipping and I received nothing. No apology, no refund, no store credit NOTHING. Good customer services goes a long way, unfortunately this company is lacking! I tried again to order an item just recently and have yet to receive my items and its been a whole week. I will not be ordering from them ever again nor do I recommend anyone else to.

If anyone told you to order from fashion nova I suggest you take your business elsewhere! Ordered only TWO items from their website, expected them to be here within a week or so as usually that's what it takes shipping to Canada for anything... three weeks later and it still han the arrived! Got charged for it too, and when I tried contacting, and emailing in regards to my shipment and order no one got back to me for 5 days, and when they did get back to me their response was "we cannot locate the items you purchased"... worst experience ever!
