I am petite and well, I am not very tall so it is a little difficult to find the perfect black dress. I was just in so much pressure when my company planned a black and white party for all its employees. As like a lot of other unhappy customers, i bought my items, waited a month, items never came. Impossible to get help from them, they go weeks without answering emails.
If you buy from them, USE PAYPAL! CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH. I was able to get a refund from paypal after filing a dispute (thats when fashionnova finally answered my emails)
If you look up employee reviews you can see that they overwork their staff, get their staff to write fake reviews (if you see a review along the lines of "i love being a novababe because they always have the hottest styles and the best customer service " you KNOW thats bullsh*t) and make them lie to their customers when orders are not shipped/get lost.

IF YOU HAVE AN ORDER MISSING, GO TO PAYPAL AND FILE A CLAIM, DONT ACCEPT A STORE CREDIT AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Seriously, I need more occasions to attend so I could wear more of Fashion Novas clothes. I have ordered online a couple of times and never had a problem. The first time I bought from them I received the items like 2 days late, but the clothes were so cute when I got them so I just completely forgot about the delivery. The second time I ordered, I got my shoes really quick. I think it was like in 2 days. I'm very happy with Fashion Nova.
