I ordered here twice before and my orders came within the week, I ordered on September 25th over $100 I di not get a confirmation nor a tracking number I called a few times but only getting a recorded message, I finally emailed on the 27th after seeing no tracking number they said they shipped the order I got a tracking number but shipment has not moved, I reached out to the carrier and they told me contact the shipper shipper is saying another carrier has the order now, I work for this shipping company this order was not received by us! This is a fraud and I keep getting the same run around back and forth for days, but lucky I reached out to Paypal I will get my money back if they do not see movements on this order! I recommend to never buy from this company cheap clothes but not worth the stress go to a mall
It's been just about a week since I place my order. My order have yet to be fill. I got one refund back for one order but not one for another. If I would have known that u can not talk to a live person. Just a email. I would never order from them. Gsloveme is way better check them out
I have paid for 1 business day shipping two times over the past month. The first order took 4 days. I emailed customer service about refunding my expedited shipping fee, no answer.
I placed another order, next business day shipping. It's been 3 days and the order has not been fulfilled or shipped. This order was over $130.00. Of course, no one will respond to this email either. So now, I am out $130.00 plus dollars and can't get a response. Absolutely horrible. The clothes are cute and unique, but you are taking a gamble with your money every time you order from here. IT IS A SCAM.
I ordered 3 itrems. All ill-fitting, I returned the items. They only refunded me for one (mind you store credit only) and refused to give me reason why they won't refund for the other item. They no longer respond to my emails. SCAMMERS!

They sent me damaged jeans, made me pay $15 to ship it back to them and sent me another pair of damaged jeans.

I have ordered 3 times from Fashion Nova.
The first two times, they came in around 3 weeks, some of the sizing was way too big or small (even tho I used the size chart) and the third time, it never came. It's been around 3 months now, and I live in Canada (so it has nothing to do with where I live) and I messaged them maybe 3 times, and they never responded (although I was being nice).
Their tracking website said it arrived in a completely different province (I double checked, I put the correct address) and then I'm pretty sure it was sent back.

I love budgeting more than anything and i have found my haven with fashion nova. It lets me own good dresses in just 200 bucks! Its insane! Been making orders from them since then.

September 8,2017 I placed my order for 52$ 10 days pass and I never received a tracking number. When I finally check my status order, it stated that my package was already delivered 3 day ago. Contacted fashion Nova and nothing was done, my money was lost. September 26,2017 i placed another order at 6.07am central time today is September 30,2017 still no update, no tracking number no nothing. I've been up to my post office just to make sure the don't have my package on hold and no sign of any package. Fashion Nova is a fraud, they rob you to your face and try to blame USPS.
