I ordered clothes from fashion nova and sum didn't fit, I sent the clothes that didn't fit back to the company and I never received a store credit for the items, I sent back. I emailed several times and called the 1 800 number which had me on hold for 30 minutes and I never got a customer service rep the phone just clicked me off. I'm very frustrated because i feel like I got ripped off. I never had this problem with them before. I wouldn't recommend getting clothes from website

Okay, all of my orders have arrived in time so no complain.
Have been a user since last 3 months and no complain just yet. I was very pleased with the overall quality of service and it was a great experience.
They sent me half a order bare in mind it takes 2 weeks internationally to get to me in the UK. Not only did they send half an order they deliberatly didnt mention to me the other item wasnt in stock so i wasnt getting it anyway. However they still took the money for it and said i couldn't get a refund on a item that was never in stock but i could get a "gift card" to make up for it because its company policy to not get a refund.
Here's the truth. I'm a paying customer who has been shopping with fashion nova for a few years now. I love their products and prices however I have had two horrible experiences with the company as a whole.
A few months ago I'm not sure what was going on with Fashion nova but they were flat out taking shoppers money and never sending the items. I personally have 0 reason to lie on Fashion Nova as I stated I love their product. I ordered over $300 in merchandise from FN which qualified for the priority shipping (2-3 days). After a week I sent an email and never got a response so at this point I started calling but no one ever answered. After about three weeks I was beyond pissed. I had to take to social media (Twitter) to get them to half $#*! communicate with me. I have pictures and screenshots of hundreds of emails I sent over a period of two months trying to get a refund. I finally called early one morning spoke with one of their agents who promised to make it right by sending the items over night. Needless to say I still never received them.
I had to call my bank and dispute the charge.
Fast forward another month.
I opened my mail box and there were my items from fashion nova. They gave me a 30% discount code in which I used for a new order. I received the items without an issue. I decided to give them another chance and placed several more orders over the next two months or so. To my surprise I didn't have an issue.
I recently placed an order about two weeks ago and now the same thing is happening all over again. No items have arrived the tracking still shows label printed but never picked up by mail carrier. I have called several times and that stupid recording plays over and over again until it hangs up on you. Im now forced to take to social media again.
Had a minor problem with my products and called, they gladly assisted me and I'm overwhelmed by how good they were at resolving things.
Impeccable is the right word for their customer support. Very fast to respond on emails and inquiries which I have made a lot. Gladly, all of them have been answered and resolved... neat!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all
Answer: The same thing happened to me, I never received my items because after they took my money they realized that the items Ive ordered were no longer in stock. They sent me a cyber gift card. The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
