I bought some items from Fashion Nova. After receiving my payment, I finally received part of my order. I allowed more than enough time for them to ship the last item. I contact them several times and allowed even more time for order to be completed. At some point, obviously they thought it was fine not to complete my order or refund my money. Thank goodness for PAYPAL. They investigated the issue and made me very happy. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN... THEIR LOST!

This was the first time ordering from fashion nova and I was a bit dubious as the shoes I wanted seemed to be cheaper here than anywhere else but I have not heard of them. Unfortunately the first pair I received had a minor problem but contact with the company was excellent my emails were replied to within hours. Shoes were sent back and I received another pair which were perfect, looking forward to wearing them and I will be definitely ordering from them again.

Everything I have purchased from FN site has been excellent quality at a good price. The customer service is of a fantastically high standard too. Recommended to all fashionista out there!

Overall convenient and easy to use and have. Almost all of my wardrobe possessions are from this site, ordered all online. All of them arrived in my house in just 2 days which is really really convenient and good for me. Very pleased with the service.

I HAVE A THICK BODY AND ITS HARD TO FIND YOUR SIZE IN THE REGULAR SECTIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS I SHOULD LOOK IN PLUS SIZE BUT IM NOT EVEN CONSIDERED A PLUS SIZE! WTF? ALSO THE MATERIAL IS CHEAP AND THEY GIVE YOU A LITTLE BIT OF STORE CREDIT

Im writing this based on shipment services only.
This place isnt worth anyones money. Not much me at least. When I order something two day shipping and its been a week, its not acceptable!

They are very smart to offer no refunds too, otherwise theyd be out of business for sure. I emailed them asking what was going on, and what I think mightve been a person said it takes two days from them gathering you items. I didnt know it took any company 2-3 days to gather items especially when youve ordered with two day shipping.
If I could go back in time and not give them a cent of my money, I would do just that!
Sadly I need that outfit for tonight. I shouldve had two days to figure out if I was going to wear any of it. I want to make sure that this happens to no one else, such an inconvenience it upsets me!

I have shopped at FashionNova online three times. My first two experience was okay but the last one had me so frustrated and angry... like I was so disappointed. I order some items from them on a Monday and paid for one day shipping, when I noticed my item have not arrived which was a Wednesday, I emailed them and got no response. I was going to a event and was really looking forward for the items but no one ever responded to my numerous emails and instead kept sending me a stupid robot message. As of today, I am still asking to be refunded and still no answer. I am so done with FashionNova!
