Been using this a lot and customer service is really good. They also have an efficient shipping free! Items are supposed to arrive in 2 days or maybe three. Applauded!

Almost memorized their sitemap and been visiting for grear new arrivals every day! They have been here for a long time and so does I... I will continue this shopping until I drop haha
I ordered a bunch of clothes from this site because my roommate does all the time and I thought the clothes were cute. When I ordered they had the promotion where if you spend over $75 you got free 2 day shipping, so I ended up spending about $150. The first thing that was terrible was that it actually took 8 days to come. When I got the order it had missing items, and also had duplicate items of what I had ordered. When I finally got into contact with customer service they told me I had to send the items back to be refunded. I paid to ship these items back (which i was also supposed to be refunded for) and once they were returned I was issued a gift card for HALF the amount I paid for the items. So I still have not received some go the items I have already paid for, and I have paid more money to send the mistakes back, and now am going to have to pay more to REORDER the stuff I ordered and paid for previously. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
This review is about Fashion Novas service and not the physical clothing (as I still havent received it 7 business days after placing the order to Canada). The company had ridiculous customer service hold times (45 mins to 2 hours, regardless of when you call). Ive called 8 times in the past 3 business days and 5 times it was disconnected. I placed an order on Oct 1st for my Oct 12th trip and when I called a few days after placing the order, I was told that it had been shipped and I would receive it in a day or 2. I realized a day after that I still hadnt received tracking info, so I put aside a chunk of my day to call back. I was then provided with tracking info. Finally, today I thought it was odd that there was no change to the tracking infomation on the UPS site, so called UPS. The customer service rep there informed me that Fashion Nova had only sent them the billing label and no package. I tried to call fashion nova 4 times today and after 20 mins of waiting each time, it was disconnected from their end. On the phone, they tell you to reach their customer service through the email for updates, I would suggest not listening again to that as they do not reply. This has even made my entire trip planning a stressful experience. My suggestions would be to better train your staff, to update delivery times on your site so that consumers could avoid making somewhat last minute purchases (although 8 business days should be more than enough time to ship from the US to Toronto Canada), and please update your phones system! They are TERRIBLE. I will never shop from here again due to my first experience. Hope this review helps Canada shoppers.
They have a lot of choice to choose from which made just say wow! I know that theyre stocks are kinda limited so I always order to them earlier to avoid shortages. They also have no damages nor defects so no worries tho. This is my typical site and shop! Great!
Purchased here last month and haven't seen their site since then but now, i have come back. Ordered 3 fitted jeans (the blue ones), 2 flannel shirts (they were so cute). All arrived in one big giant box (great packaging xD) I have came to love this site! Probably coming back again next month.
Will not worry more on walking down the streets with bland clothing because i now have fashion nova on my side. I have selected and ordered a lot of dresses from here so i can say and ensure their quality is over the top. Will probably order more when time comes
Had a wide variety of clothes but something seems lacking. The library of fashion nova has helped me to have more clothes than ever. 2 day shipping is also a breeze and slight problems encountered.
Service and customer support is exceptional as they are responsive throughout the transaction. Some shipments might get lost on the way but they are doing their best to get it back on track and be delivered on doorstep in no time!
Had a problem with defective product and it was a jean slightly tattered. Called the support and they have quickly acted through it, they have completely earned my trust and yes, the product bought the original and replacement arrived on time.
I always find quality and unique products here whether for my tops, jeans or heels. Customer service seems professional that answers and responds quickly. They also delivers fast at the promised due time.
