Fashion Nova is good until it's not anymore. I've ordered plenty of items with no issues, until one day I placed an order for an event WAY ahead of time, and they decided they didn't want to send it to me. I received an email saying I have been given a gift card for the items I had "returned", when I never received them in the first place. I emailed them about the problem and it took them at least 3 days to get back to me. Larry didn't answer ANY of my questions, and the only reason why I got refunded (some of my money, they keep taxes AND shipping fees btw, I live in Canada) was because I complained and complained, and told them I will be spreading the word about how $#*! of a company they are. I've noticed that lots of women have had the same issue. It's best to just avoid the website overall.

Ok, Ill start off by saying their clothes are actually affordable and nice- HOWEVER- their service I feel is unethical and Id rather pay slightly more for better service. Ive ordered there 3 times now and everytime after I submit my payment, and they take my money and the item is out of stock and instead of refunding me for that item, they give me a damn gift card... to which if you want your money back youd have to message customer service... Ive complaint about how unethical that was 6 months ago and they have no corrected it. The third time Ive ordered- my package was lost :) I would have been fine with it had they actually helped me, all I got back was packages can take up to a month to be delivered... Ive been ordering from international retailers for over a decade and have not had a package take a month, even when they were held up in customs. Im only in Canada ordering from the States- It should not take a month. I had a feeling the rep didnt even check and just shot me a generic response, So I called the carrier whom informed me that the package was lost. So thanks Fashion Nova, for the help and generic responses. Stop investing in features like advertising in facebook messenger and automating product suggestions when your $#*! isnt even in stock half the time and start focusing on having an accurate count of inventory and improving customer service. I will not be giving fashion nova another chance. Oh and the best part is you have to reach Fashion Nova through email because their phone lines just tell you to go on their website :)) )))))) So you cant even escalate a case quickly for them to deal with it, you have to sit and wait for a response which might or might not even come at all. If youre planning on ordering here, you better pray nothing goes wrong because no ones going to help you and dont order items that are low on stock because theyre actually not in stock at all.

This is my 3rd time trying out fashion mova nothing but bad experiences. The 1st time i ordered over 100$ and I received the wrong size! They told ME to pay back for the shipping amd get in store credit... I JUST WANTED THE RIGHT SIZE WASTED MY MONEY! I tried again and the 2nd time the shirt i got had a whole in the armpit area. Once again $#*!ty service they wanted me to return it and recieve in store credit. 3RD TIME! I ordered a set for my birthday recieved it today my birthday is tmr and it is the wrong color! They STILL want me to return it and said theres no guarantee that by the time i return set that i will be able to get the right color becaude its almost out of stock... i decided to just keep it but seriously fashion nova is crap. Ive also noticed they sometimes sell the same clothes as papaya but for higher price. Dont waste your money! Take it elsewhere or learn the hard way like i did!

I ORDER THINGS FOR MY DAUGHTER HOMECOMING ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 3RD. I MADE SURE THAT THE ORDER WAS OVER $75 SO THAT WE WOULD RECIEVED 2 DAY SHIPPING. HOWEVER THE ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL TUESDAY OCTOBER 10TH. IM NOT SURE WHAT 2 DAYS CONSIST OF FOR FASHIONNOVA BUT THAT ORDER SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED ON THURSDAY NO LATER THAN FRIDAY. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. ALSO THERE'S NO WAY YOU CAN TALK TO A HUMAN. YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM FOR RETURNS BUT NO ONE EMAILS BACK. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.

I ordered my stuff on 10/10 2017 I spent $200 and I also did the $15 one day delivery and I still haven't received anything yet this is my first time ordering for fashion Nova I needed it these items for an event that I was attending on 10/14/2017 I thought that this website has been easier for me to do so I wouldn't have to go into the stores but I guess not looks like I have to go there now since it looks like I'm not going to get my package I know I have the rest of the day and maybe tomorrow which is Saturday because they said they give Saturday delivery when you do the $15 I also sent them an email they did respond but they sent back and said unfortunately it looks like that my package has been sent but they been having delays with getting tracking numbers for them and on top of that it looks like they sent a different order number and I tried to track it but it didn't work so I don't know if it was an order number or not so I replied to them and told them I didn't get it yet and I also sent the order number again that I was provide with the first time I would not say that I would never order from them again I was just would not spend the extra money to get it here early.

Ok soo I ordered 4 items early Monday morning, I was sent my tracking number and confirmation of my order that same day! I ordered Monday because they said they had two day shipping and I needed the outfits before the weekend! It's Friday and my outfits aren't here yet and I'm still waiting. It's been more than two domestic business days!. I would have went ahead and did the 1 day shipping if I knew that the 2-3 day shipping wasn't as accurate!
