They have the same size chart for every item and that cant be possible you order base on that and nothing fits the never reply to email... it sucks clothes look they are from cheap china

I would never purchase nothing else from fashion nova I tried twice first time was a disaster and had to send majority of my items back and they issued me a gift card that did not reflect the amount I spent and plus I had to pay 12$for shipping the clothes back so I lost out on money second time I ordered I purchased only to use my gift card then I spent more to qualify for 2 day shipping once day 5 came and my order still wasnt shipped I emailed them and they emailed me a gift card so once again they forcing me to be a customer and got my money and will not refund me my money due to their error I WILL NEVER PURCHASE NOTHING FROM THIS WICKED SCAMMING COMPANY

I ordered 4 items, none of them worked for me so I had to return. But I need to pay shipping fee for about 20 dollars... I wanna cried.
Then one week later, they told me they will give me gift card, no money back. I was so shocked. Why? Why didnt they ask about my opinion? Then I searched on Internet about their policy, yes, they said they only return store gift card and please treat it as cash. I dont like clothes here, it did not fit me; and I dont have plan to repurchase. Why did they give me store gift card while I do not want to buy any clothes of their store?!
I dont get it!
While waiting for the reply, I commented on their instagram and asked about the return policy. A few minutes later, theh deleted me! I was shocked again. Instead of explaining to their customer, they block their mouth, they only keep good comments.
Moreover, Im not the only one experienced these situations!

I order a 2 piece outfit (a skirt and a top) from this site. It is called Gondola Ride. I received only the skirt. I immediately contacted them. Now listen, EVERYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE call the *******286 BOGUS HELP NUMBER. Listen to the creepy voiced lady tell you about their "Fabulous " customer service then put you through to a message every time (no matter what prompt you push), never being able to speak to anyone! So I email them and use their website contact MULTIPLE times. They finally email me back saying they need a photo of my packing slip. OK no problem, I sent that immediately. Again I waited 2 more days. I emailed and messaged them MULTIPLE AGAIN, because I'm going to vacation next week and bought this outfit for that purpose. They finally get back to me this morning. Here is their solution. NOT TO SEND ME THE TOP THEY FORGOT BUT I can either just keep the skirt and get credit for the top (which I can't buy separately) or have me return the skirt, take a photo of my mailing cost and credit me for the outfit and mailing?! It took them 4 days to tell me this, which allows me no time get the outfit before vacation. I don't understand why they can not send me the top I purchased and PAID for. I'm being punished for their warehouse mistake. I've decided to return all the items I purchased and never do "business" with this sham of a company again. You've been warned...

Clearly all those five stars are employees lmao because no one answers Ive been waiting 30 minutes already listening to this stupid elevator music! On top of it dont order something that says hurry almost out of stock because odds are you wont receive what you ordered, they also havent refunded me or anything like that. Been trying for 2 months to get a hold of them. I used to love fashion nova but its gone down hill everything is out of stock or either low stock ALWAYS! Everything that they have is different size wise like lets say I got a L and they fit great then the next pair of pants I get are a L and are super huge so hard to shop here been a customer for years and now they have lost a good customer who has spent about 2,000 over all!

This company is not even worth one star! Ive seen all the negative reviews both online and on YouTube and tried to give this company a chance anyways... big mistake! My order status has not changed in over 5 business days! When I sent an email I received a reply that had another persons order number and even then they still didnt answer any questions it looked like another generic reply! This customer service number is a fake. Its just listed because per regulations they have to have one but no one answers its on a continual loop. These positive reviews on this site are from employees that work there. There not from actual customers... I have been in the retail/ customer service a long time to know thats this is a scam and that most of these customer service emails are scripted.
