I placed an order for a sweatshirt and a dress on 10/12/17. The package arrived today and only the sweatshirt was in it. The first thing I do is check my email and here was a message sent TODAY from Maria saying the dress was out of stock and theyll give me a store credit. At this point Im LIVID. 1) why does it say in stock on the website? 2) why would yall wait until the day its supposed to be delivered to tell me? Now I have to search for another dress last minute. I messaged her back and told her I want my money back not a store credit because I dont want nothing else from them. She says its there policy to not issue refunds. So you want to keep my money for something you didnt have in the first place? Absolutely not. Glad I used PayPal because I filed a complaint through them. Ill get my money back and Ill never buy anything else from this $#*!ty business.

Clearly if you really want an honest review of this company please visit the Better Business Bureau's website. They only post reviews from "REAL" customers that they have verified through Fashion Nova as actual customers. Not people who are being compensated to post reviews. They will not let anyone just post these fake reviews on their site. I have also placed a review on the BBB site. Long story short, this company is very hit or miss. You may get a few shipments with no problem. The next few orders you may not even receive, or they lost the shipment, or the item was out of stock although they keep it posted on their website. They have messed up countless orders of mines one of which I just resolved that took me a little under a month even though it was their error. They will try their best not to give you your money back. Although they say if you ask for a refund back to your original form of payment they will honor it, provided you didn't use that funky gift card they tried to issue to you first. That's not true either. No one is aware you can simply ask to not receive a gift card. Why isn't that made clear to your customers? They don't want you to know! Duh! It took about 15 to 20 emails to Fashion Nova to get my $24.50 that I paid for a pair of shoes in which they only sent me one shoe in the box. They don't answer the phone. I don't even know why they have a phone number posted. They will also stop responding to any emails once they don't like a comment you made, or they may just plain not respond to your email at all. How childish! LOL. So please do not believe these reviews. Go to a reputable site and that way you will be making a decision based on "REAL" situations that customers have encountered. Thank You.

I bough 5 items on fashion nova and I only received two items within the whole package and they said i received the whole package which i never did. I also made another separate order and I never received it. This pigs took my money and never sent me my clothes. Then i have been emailing a man name Jose Zelaya as customer service and there are no numbers to call all i wanted was my package and they kept the clothes and the money. Never order from here because you will never receive your clothes worst people. Worst place i will never purchase nothing else from fashion nova ever again scammers
