Jackets here in fashion nova aren't just for winter! In fact, it is fashionable and trendy so it can be worn any time of the year and that, I think is more than excellent
My fiance had ordered a dress, shoes and much more from here for my daughter and I for our engagement party today. We order all of this ahead of time and had 2 days shipping. They sent us everything else BUT her dress and shoes saying the shoes were out of stock after its supposed to be here already. The dress is being shipped out on the day it's supposed to arrive but won't be here for days after our party.
Instead of receiving money back, like a normal company they send us a gift card... like I have no choice now after you guys $#*!ed it up to purchase from a different store. We now have to purchase something else somewhere nearby before the party in a rush and still now have to purchase something from Fashion Nova. Thank you Fashion Nova or whoever runs it out of their house, get a better setup because you're pissing customers off.

So I wanted some jeans and thought dam if I have to spend $13 on shipping I might as well get some other things. Everything says in stock. Get the confirmation email, everythings there. Get the shipment info and it say partially sent. The jeans our out of stock and I will NOT receive my $ back but I will receive a store credit... so your telling me I now have to make another purchase. Choose something else... and spend another $13 on shipping. Its not my fault its out of stock and yet I have to pay for more shipping! If somethings Out of stock and you dont state it is at the time offer a free shipping coupon so I can use my store credit and not have to pay for shipping again. Its not fair this is happened before and the voucher was for like $18 I ended up spending another $100 because I didnt see the point in buying one thing for stuff all and forking out more $ for shipping. Love there clothes but Im sick of being ripped off so they have lost another customer. This was my 6th purchase from them. Each time Iv spent about $150-$200. There loss. Hopefully someone reads this and wont order from them to because they dont want to risk having a unforfillied order

This company is starting to really irritate the hell out of me. They have good quality products but they are so freaking selfish, they only care when its going to people who will promote their company.its been over a month and they still have not received given *******@fashionnova gift card which was meant as a gift for from my friend for my birthday but when a youtuber requests for 3 of a larger amount she receives them the next day. ALSO I PERSONALLY ORDERED ITEMS OVER $120 BUT HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM and they left thier order status as " fulfilled?" why please?
Fashionnova clothes are always well made and have great designs. They may be a little more expensive, but worth every penny. I love my purchases and people often admire them.
