I was a bit worried about some mixed reviews when I was first ordering from Fashionnova, but couldn't resist from ordering as I really fell in love with the products and I was pleasantly surprised when I went ahead with my order. Very easy to Order and after I received the product I should mention that it was packed properly, overall prompt service. I ordered a Dark-blue Jumper and it was exactly the same that was shown on the website, I am really happy with the fitting, stitching and the quality. I will definitely order from Fashionnova again. First time using this site, so I made a little "test order" & purchased their T-Shirt. Goods were packaged nicely and I'm pretty happy with my purchase! I think it's a steal at only $8! (on sale at the time) All their products are incredibly cheap, with some great discounts added daily and I could spend hours just browsing their massive selection of clothes & fashion accessories. To be honest I wasn't really expecting much for $8 but I was blown away by the quality of the shirt. Good, strong fabric and seems like it will last a good long while. Have worn & washed it several times and still looks brand new!

I love fahionnova! This is my third time buying from them and I just had to finally write a review. Because of that I do all my clothes shopping online and fahionnova is by far my favorite site! They have the best shoes at the best prices! They have every style and many different heel heights. I also love their dresses because they have such a modern look! I'd have to travel 100 miles to find fashionable clothes and with three kids I just don't have the time! Shipping is always fast and things are packaged well. I received a damaged and poorly sewn dress. It looked as if it was cut and ripped at the bottom with thread hanging off the whole bottom. The top was uneven and did not look like the pictures. I also posted my review on fashion nova site and it seems to not appear. I have pictures and would like to post them was well. The return policy is not as easy no real number to call. Also they only give gift card credit. As disappointed as I was I rather my money back and not purchase from them again. (Ancient Rome dress color denim blue)

Someone fraudulently used my card on this website and I received confirmation in WRITING that I would be credited from Fashion Nova and now theyre stating their system wont let them do it. Such a load of $#*!. They can do it, they choose not to. Not to mention, even if I wanted to spend money on their clothes, I wouldnt because its all straight trash. The customer service sucks and nobody there can even form a proper sentence in English. Nobody answers their number either. Dont ever spend your hard earned money on this website. I wish I could give them a negative rating. They dont even deserve 1 star.
