In all honesty, I have never seen an online company as good as this one. Their way of cooperating with customers, their way of supporting is beyond what I thought it would be. I ordered a body suit that took a while to get here and when it did it was the wrong size. It was 2x too big and then they said that if I returned it i will get partial in store credit due to them not allowing one to return body suits. I'm frustrated, because they were the ones who sent me the wrong size so they should eat the cost. While communicating, via email, I was only getting responses that seemed automative and made me feel like they don't care what happened as long as they got their money. I put a lot of my friends onto this company and I regret it, because they've had a lot of issues with it as well.
I ordered a vintage style dress and upon receiving it I was delighted beyond words. It was not only prettier than the picture but comfortable too! It is hands down my favorite dress and I am excited to purchase more vintage style dresses in the near future.

Fashionnova is a fantastic site and I've ordered from them before and have loved what I got for my money. While this order was still pretty fantastic, there were some things that were sub-par. I ordered the Loose T-Shirt, as I love everything and I also love loose fit t-shirts. The fitting is pretty true and accurate to size, but it's just a little bit too loose for my taste. However, as usual, the print on the shirt was fantastic, shipping time was reasonable when considering their location, and the customer service was great. I would definitely order from them again.
