I have ordered from Fashion Nova only two times and the first time it was a breeze, everything came together perfectly. I ordered about 200 dollars worth of clothes with the Free Two Day shipping and it got there in about 3 to 4 days. Now this is my second time ordering and I ordered over 100 dollars worth of clothes also with the Free Two Day shipping, I ordered my clothes on 11/10/17 and it is now 11/17/17 and I have no clothes or haven't got any emails or text! As soon as I placed the order the money was immediately taken off my card but there was no tracking of my order. I tried to call their number and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes before being placed back on the phone with an automated voice system AGAIN. I've tried to continuously contact them but still no reassurance or help. Please save your money or order WEEKS in advance. Two Day shipping is a Two Day lie.

Fashion Nova has the worst service ever and you false advertise. I ordered on Sunday 11/12/2017 over $300 worth of items and I still have not received an update on my order this is absolutely ridiculous. I called on 11/16/2017 and spoke to a rep who was nice but lied straight through her teeth telling me that I should receive tracking by the end of the day and my order was originally delayed due to an item not being in stock. IF my item was not in stock like anything else you have on your website I shouldn't have been able to order it. ALSO, IF anything changed from the 2 day expectation that you set forth the customer service thing to do would have been to send the customer an email and make them aware of the delay. Oh yeah and that tracking email I am still waiting on. I called today 2x and each time I waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes each only for your terrible as phone system to hang up on me after advising some bullsh*t about how you all were providing excellent customer services to other Nova babes which I highly doubt. Save you time and money do not order from these people. I think they have all of their employees spending time to put bullsh*t reviews on their website cause clearly ya'll aren't packaging and shipping out clothes nor are you providing customer service.

I ordered 2 items on SUNDAY! Which was a sweater dress and some hoops! I paid for 2 day shipping! It is now FRIDAY and I still have not gotten a shipping email. THEY SHOULD NOT FALSE ADVERTISE SAYING ITS 2 DAY SHIPPING WHEN CLEARLY ITS NOT! THEY DONT ANSWER ANY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS! I NEED MY ITEMS BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND THEY ARE REALLY PISSING ME TF OFF! Ive been shopping with fashion nova for years & I have never had issues with them until these last 2 months ever since the advertising by celebrities its like they dont give a damn about what they send you or the time frame that they send it to you they just want your money... I ordered items on Monday $85 and over which should have been 2 day shipping its now Friday i still have no tracking # on Halloween placed an order for a his & hers costume only to receive one then later got an email saying the other was out of stock only to receive store credit which is bull$#*! the customer service # is bull$#*! you dont get to speak to anyone directly and the email they give u for questions and concerns is bull$#*! as well Im never ordering from here again

I recently purchased a dress for $30. When it finally arrived I pulled it out of the package and there was a small hole in the v neck part of the dress. I immediately contacted Fashion Nova through email and then shipped the dress back the very next day. Their policy states to notify them within 24 hours (I did) and then to ship it back within 48 hours(I did). It also states that they will refund my amount I paid plus shipping up to $10. I received an email today stating I will only be receiving $15 TOTAL! I can not get anyone on the phone and the customer service via email basically does not exsist. I will never buy from this company ever again and I will make sure I spread the word!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered products and the company sent the wrong size. Per the return policy, you have to ship the items back and pay for the shipping. I reached out, through email because they do not process call backs, to ask if they could send a shipping label or is there something else that can be done bc it was not my fault. Repeatedly the email rep said no. I asked for a refund once the items were return she said store credit only. I was very disappointed that one of the employees made a mistake and I had to pay for it. What kind of customer service is that? Buyer Beware!
