So I purchased something when I saw their ad for two day shipping with purchases over 75, my purchase was 100$ and guaranteed two day shipping and 25-48 hours to process the order, I placed the order with them on the 12th and it is the 16th and they still didnt process the order let alone send it out. However they immediately charged my card after I placed my order, their customer service gives you the run around, apologizing but doing nothing to help or try to fix the problem, and they claim to not give people back their money! Their policy is no refunds only store credit so with my entire store I think you can see that its more of a scam site they have the products but dont really care about service just your money and once they have your money its up in the air when your going to be recieving anything, oh and good luck trying to get them on the phone or speak to any kind of superviser.

The first first time, I ordered a dress and rose gold shoes. 10 min after finalising payemnts, I got an email stating that the shoes I wanted was out of stock yet it when i was adding to the shopping basket, it did not state low on stock anyway, that did not bother me. Second time I ordered a top, payment done. Next day i got an email stating my order has been shipped. Couple of days later, I logged in to truck my order. I couldnt not track my order because nothing was coming up so, I just started waiting. After three weeks. I recieved a voucher and an email stating that, I returned the parcel and they are sorry that I didnt like the item? First of all, I couldnt track my parcel and secondly, I didnt receive it. And i didnt return!. I have sent them sent an email to explain that I didnt get the parcel or neither retun it, instead, they ignore my email and kept on sending me a reminder of a gift voucher. Why would i want to buy from them again? Its very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Nova fashion to anyone! They are unprofessional, and thieves to make the matters worse, the clothes have poor material. Never again with nova fashion. Ladies take your money somewhere else where you will get good customer service. Do not but from them.

This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience of my life. I order the "somewhere we can go set" recently. It came to my house damaged and dirty. I was told that if I return I should recieve my money back in store credit which included shipping, the items cost and the return shipping. The shipping cost from fashion nova is about $6-7, the set cost me $17.46 and my return cost was $11. I realize that fashion nova reimburses shipping for up to $10 only and that was fine with me as long as I got a new clean set.
With that being said I should be receiving nearly $30 back. I've sent numerous emails to fashion nova and the only responce I get is the same damn email of $8.76. Stop robbing me of my money and wasting my time. I just wanted a clean set and it's pathetic that I have to send this company so many emails after I recieved a damaged set. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Oh and I tried to leave a review for the item and wouldn't post. They delete all bad reviews.

The 2 day standard shipping is an absolute lie! They never answer the phone! They don't respond to emails! They just give FREE clothes to celebrities to advertise for them and they take OUR hard earned money! Very EVIL business, practicing fraud! ALL I WANT IS THE ITEMS I PURCHASED FOR MY BIRTHDAY! WHERE IS MY TRACKING UPDATE? STOP FALSE ADVERTISING ON YOUR WEBSITE SAYING THE CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR 2 DAY STANDARD SHIPPING! EVIL LIARS! THIEVES!
