This has to be one of the worst websites I have ever ordered from! They accept more orders than they can reasonably put out, and you can forget about getting your money refunded. When I asked for a refund they opted to send me a giftcard... I think the $#*! not! I contacted my bank to get my money back. Waiting a month to receive anything shipped and ordered from a U.S. company is outrageous!

Worst customer service ever! No matter what I sue is, you will be directed to email them! Made an order I was unhappy about, paid out of my own pocket to return it and they have not sent me a gift card back! Fashion Nova does anything to not loose! They dont refund you back your money, they only issue you credit! Still waiting for mine! Highly disappointed.

It took 5 business days to just process my order, which is ridiculous since it will take another 7-10 days just to ship. Then to my surprise there was a missing item from my order so they issued me a gift card instead of a refund... Would have helped if they just told me the item was out of stock when I placed my order. Won't be ordering from them again.

Very bad service, I understand that they have demand but it takes so long, then they tell you that the merchandise is not available and they send you a gift card
