I firstly received my order in 4 days and because of this, I have called the support and they have apologized for it and they promise to improve the time. On my second and third try ordering, It really did improve just as the support said. It came in just 2 days which really did became efficient to me.

Your customer service sucks! For one, your staff is $#*!ing stupid for not knowing how to comprehend a simple message, instead, answering it WAY OFF TOPIC, and two, messing up with the correct orders and sending out completely different items, then having to pay EXTRA fees for returns when it is your fault. Like how are you even hired if you're not taking your job seriously. Also, claiming that it will take up to 7 business days to process the returns when it has been over 2 weeks! Still waiting on my store credit or money back! New shopper and never shopping from them again!
This was my first time using Fashion Nova and I am highly disappointed! They failed to inform me that my dress was out of stock and instead of doing so they had the nerve to still take my money and distribute me store credit. Also the dress I received was terrible quality and not worth the money I paid for the dress. They havent contacted me and its been more than 48 hours. They are lucky I do not ask for the $6 in shipping fees! I live with two girl who ordered their items Monday and I had ordered them the day before and they received their packages before me! It was even worse that I only received one dress. Who do I need to speak to for someone to give me my money back in full put back into my bank account because I DO NOT want store credit because they will never receive my business ever again. There is no policy on their website about out of stock dresses.

This is my second time ordering from fashion nova the first time I spent $400 and didnt receive any products that was 2 years ago. So I decided to give them another shot by ordering Christmas gifts this year I place my order Nov 18 2017 and Now its Dec 4th 2017 and still nothing. My tracking stopped in the U.S. and has yet to make any updates. I wouldnt waste your money on this obviously fake website. As for the 5 star reviews their all fake employees and friends of employees writing false reviews to Luer people into spending money in their piece of Sh*t website. Unbelievable that they can even get away with this.
Fraudulent Credit card charges are currently being investigated by my bank stemming from multiple uses deducting money from my account. I have reached out to their alleged superb customer service number multiple times this morning, and have yet to have had them pick up.
Look at all these fake $#*! reviews they flooded this month to cover up the bull$#*! they've been putting people through. I ordered on November 16th. Do you think I have my products yet? NO. They said it takes 7-10 business days to go to Canada and had the nerve to blame it on "customs" when my tracking literally shows my stuff sat in their warehouse for 7 business days without even going anywhere! ALL of these 5 star reviews are completely false and written by the employees to cover up. Why don't you spend this time instead actually shipping people's products out like you promised, you crooks? You spend all day writing on instagram comments and writing reviews on different websites where people are telling the truth about you? I will never shop with you again. BUYERS BE AWARE.
I ordered items on 11/27 under the deal they advertised as 75.00 or more 2 day free shipping. It is now 12/04 and did not receive my order. I contacted them and all they told me was due to overwhelming response they are backed up. Really, so basically yall advertised so people could spend more but y'all don't hold your end of the deal. BBB has definitely heard from me regarding this because this is not fair to customers.
I ordered over $100 of items on 11/24/17 and I still have not received my order. I tracked it and still as of today 12/4/17 it has not been shipped! I'm a first time customer and I will never order again! I emailed them and they responded 4 days later with I'm sorry but we had a overwhelming Black Friday! How is that my problem or my fault? I needed my dress for my Christmas party on 12:2/17! I emailed again to cancel and got a refund. Do you think I got a response? No! I don't need the items anymore. Give me a refund!

Everything is currently turning out great and Fashion nova has only been the site i've been buying to right now. With my last order, the leggings that i have ordered exactly looked like what it is from the shop, and it actually fits to me!
